All links sent me on the official chinese page (http://fans.hisense.com/thread-170868-1-1.html) where is no download link. Anf if I try to create a count I need a chinese number phone :crying:

Hello there. I just bought my second hisense a5c. First one was the original bilingual i´m guessing (color supporting) and second one has gapps. I need to flash the original color firmware on the second one. I loose google play, but i regain color and fix an issue with the gps on an app that´s not running fine on the google version. do you still have the original firmware to share? How can i get my hands in it? And small workaround on flashing it on the hisense would be also well received.

Yes, try flashing a stock again. That way should restore whatever isn't there.

ehm....can you upload the Rom as a .backup file too because i don´t how to flash that without a custom recovery and i know i can restore my tab with the stock recovery but only with a .backup file

I' m having the same problem. I'd like to ask you to send me the link, because my droid messed up, and can't upgrade to the new version (4.2.2?) I have integrated the system app updates into the rom with Titanium Backup. I have read somewhere, that may cause such problems. Please write a brief method how to install the downloaded rom.

Hi, my ME173x is a Chinese version and someone got a package like rom from the repair guy.
If someone's pad has been soft-bricked, you can try this:
NOTICE:
The rom maybe for HD7 Chinese version and there is a Eng pdf manual in it. I can't verify it works or not. If your pad still works, DO NOT try it.

The pdf manual says you should download the tools use SIP support account but we don't have the account. I think the image is included in the RAR file. Otherwise maybe the computer should be registered and I'm not sure if any PC can use this recovery image.

After success download ind file, Please place its that (inb file) at buit in memory.
ok here they way to do its!
1-put inb file into sd main
2 create sdfuse folder.
3-put inb file into sdfuse
4-reboot-your k900 into recovery mode with long press volume up and together with power button.
5-after reboot to recovery mode use up and down volume button to navi up side down.
6-choose sdupdate and press power button
7-after finish update reboot again.
8-yeah bingo and u can see (Superuser) was already in u lenovo K900:good:

The phone is good. Im very satisfied. There has been rumors that we will get the 4.3 update but not sure when. Yes the phone heats up sometimes but with the latest updates i feel like its gone down tremendously. There is no actual flaw to this phone i really like it. I will be using it until the K910 is officially released in my country. I wanna try an LTE phone lol.

Yes I know its very much "legit" . I had no problem in downloading the file uploaded initially. I will try this soon as my phone is just a week old and just wana make sure everything fine with it as after rooting I will loose its warranty.
Just a single question I have is, when on lock screen I press PIN code the whole screen brightness kinda flicker/brighten up on touch. Is it normal or its only me getting this? Also screen brightness varies while I use the phone!

I've downloaded this ROM, first I've checked every single thing as version I'm using, Kernel etc and all of them are perfecly equal to the image that them posted as "my device after flashed" but didn't work for me \:

Just flashed successfully and the phone is also running perfectly.. saw superuser access request on the start

Just go to superuser and hit the unroot button. Only stock kernel is available, no custom kernels around yet.

My problem, mainly, is the speed/instability of my internet connection. Yes, problems of the third world, I live in Venezuela; So I want to see who can help me with the download of this ROM, and, for example, upload it as a Torrent file (would be the most optimal solution), or simply upload it to a service like Mediafire, Mega, etc. So I can download it easily. Thanks, man. It's a nice choice, but download stops before reaching half of it
The same happened with sammobile ones. And the worst thing is that downloads cannot be resumed.
The only solution seems to be to download the firmware as a torrent, but I couldn't find it anywhere.

You can use Ninja Download Manager (https://ninjadownloadmanager.com/download-free/) - it has helped me whenever I faced broken/failed downloads.

Thanks, I'll consider this option to be able to face future file download issues. But i've found a solution: a software called SamFirm.
It allows you to download Samsung official firmware downloads, and when a problem like the one that has occurred to me happens, solves it by appending corrupt downloaded file with the rest of it, that, obviously will start downloading instantly. No need to re-download all the entire file, just the necessary fragments.

OK I promise the above URL isn't malicious. I need this specific file to download. Internet too slow(both mine and the site's), and if i pause just once, the download gets canceled. I've already tried to download it 5 times.
I'm not willing to go to sammobile for premium updates, unless there's a way to download for free.
