Wifi problems on Samsung j3 SM-S337TL Luna - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi.
I did a Hard reset on my Samsung SM-S337TL Luna phone, when I am configuring the phone it asks me to connect to a WIFI network and it does not detect any Wifi network.
The phone is also blocked by google.
I have put several ROMs in the hope that it can detect the WIFI but so far nothing.
I would appreciate a little help.

[Q] Android 4.1 : Wifi (proxy) connected but not working

Hi All
Yesterday, my dad bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 (unlocked). I tried connecting it to our home's wifi router but it's not working after being connected even though we have 2 laptops and an iPhone working perfectly on the wifi. Also, in the Manual Proxy settings, if I enter some address in the Bypass Proxy field, the option to connect to the Wifi network gets disabled i.e. I can't connect to the Wifi if I have entered an address in that field (I would have uploaded a screenshot but I'm still trying to figure out how to take it)
In the forum, I found similar problems on other Android devices but none of their solutions seemed to work.
Thanks in advance

Bluetooth tethering does not work

Hello there, it's been a long time since I've posted on XDA but I require assistance. I purchased an S6 Edge a few months back and everything is working as should apart from bluetooth tethering.
I have tried with my laptop and my nexus 7 which I have installed in my car, both of which worked fine with my previous HTC M8. After setting up tethering on my phone, the other devices connect and the icon appears indicating that tethering is active and an internet connection is available, but I am not able to actually connect to the internet.
My Samsung is not rooted, unfortunately, as I don't want to trip 'knox' for warranty purposes.
Just to clarify that I am doing everything correctly, I select 'mobile hotspot and tethering' from the settings menu of my S6 Edge, then 'Bluetooth tethering'. This turns on Bluetooth and enables tethering. From my paired devices (Laptop and nexus 7) I select 'Use as internet connection'. The devices connect and the tethering icon appears. No internet connection is available.
I imagine this isn't a common issue as after searching I didn't find any threads indicating the same problem.
What would be the best way to troubleshoot this?
EDIT: I would like to add that Bluetooth file sharing works without problems.
EDIT: I would also like to add that my phone is SIM free, and I use the same provider as with my previous HTC M8 that worked fine.
My android version is still 5.1.1 as the update is not available in my area yet.
Thanks in advance for any help,
Rob.
Update: I manually updated my phone to 6.0.1 (without rooting) as I never got the update pushed to my phone. I am still having the same bt tethering issue. My phone says I'm connected and sharing internet with my other device (nexus 7) but that device isn't connected. My s6 is connected fine, it's just not sharing properly.
I get the same results with my laptop.
Can any body suggest any fixes??
EDIT: If my phone is connected to wifi, it will share that connection. If it is connected to 3g/4g it doesn't share the connection even though the phone itself is connected.
Bump.
I suppose nobody is having this problem. Is there any way to debug what is happening?
I am having the same problem. Trying to bluetooth tether my Galaxy s6 edge to Galaxy S2 tab. Both on Android 6.0.1 It appears that the connection is established, but internet does not work on the tablet. Let me know if you had any luck.

Bluetooth problem galaxy s6 G920F 7.0 nougat.

WiFi not working well after trying to connect to a EAP type network

So yesterday I tried connecting to eduroam (a 802.1x EAP-TTLS network) with a Gretel A7 (cheapo chinese phone, MTK 6571 chipset and MTK 6580 CPU).
Also this is Android 6.0
Since the network wasn't showing up (which was weird, on my laptop was working fine) I tried to add it up manually.
After setting up everything, and hitting connect, my wifi would find ANY networks anymore.
I tried deleting the network from the wpa_supplicant.conf, but it wasn't enough. So I had to do a factory reset (wifi got to work BUT: was extremely slow, disconnected many times from the network, gave limited connectivity many times as well, and wouldn't find as many networks as before).
When I got home I flashed the stock rom, but my phone's wifi was still having the same issue.
I believe this phone is not ready to connect to a EAP connection, maybe? What can i do to fix this phone up?
I've been messing with the /data/misc/wifi/ folder trying to figure something out but still made no progress.
PS: PLEASE, ANY HELP IS MUCH APPRECIATED.
PPS: Also, if anyone could lead me to a more proper forum, I'd gladly close this topic
