Hi everyone,
When trying to change the brightness and colors settings in the browser, it keeps on crashing.
I open the browser, click on the 'extra menu' key, choose colors and brightness and then the browser hangs for 5 seconds (without opening the colors menu) and then the browser closes and i see a message "process has stopped".
Also after that happens the colors and brightness setting stay as if i was still in the browser until i open the browser again and close it normally.
Can anyone help ?
Thanks a lot !

I am running the stock ROM on my Sprint GS3 and have no issues adjusting Color/brightness in the stock browser. No crashes, no hesitations. I also have no issues making adjustments in Android Chrome (set as default browser).
Thanks for your reply.
I am using the stock ROM - connected the USB cable only to charge and to transfer some (music) files and never messed around with any non-market app
Having a small but annoying issue here.
I find that if I turn on wifi with widgets or quickpanel in SystemUI, the wifi will take very long, or sometimes never auto connect. However, opening up settings and pressing scan results in instant connection.
Thanks in advance.
I don't have your issue and I use a notification panel created by the Power Toggles. (this was not an advertising message)
Try to create a shortcut to the WI-FI settings by:
- long press on 'desktop'
- select 'Shortcuts'
- scroll to the 'Settings shortcut', click on it;
- scroll to the 'Wi-Fi'
I know this is not so fancy like a widget or another setting app, but should be more quickly to access and I think is a workaround for your issue.
So its hit or miss... on stock messaging app I turned off that preview option so it doesn't show the text in the status bar or lock screen. But how do I stop the lock screen from turning on when a text comes in. Like I said I feel like its hit or miss or maybe I'm just nuts but sometimes I feel like it does and sometimes it doesn't.
If you are rooted, you can use Xposed to show that option: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2293956 (under applications, "Show screen on toggle"), then you can go to the messaging app and turn it off.
I prefer the htc browser over chrome, but I keep getting this annoying scrolling bar at the bottom that has settings, facebook, ebay, tweet it, etc. I can X out of it, but then it's back the next time I open the browser, Any ideas?
In your settings there's a setting to turn the toolbar off. System settings. Not browser
Sent from my HTC One_M8 using xda app-developers app

That is the Luman Toolbar. While in the browser, pull down the notification window and tap on the Luman Toolbar in order to disable it.
I think

It's the AT&T Browser Bar app and in settings it's under Browser Bar.
Whenever I try to use apps on a device that use the accessibility section of my phone, Whenever I turn on the feature, it always seems to turn on the action to voice output. I just installed PushBullet and when I turned it on in Accessibility, when swiping my homescreens, the accessibility voice turns on and says "page _ of _" Please help me fix this bug. It's soooo annoying.
There is no official fix for that... Only thing you can do is go to Application manager, swype to all apps page and find and disable Google Text to speech and Samsung TTS
