3) Reboot to Recovery (TWRP Recommended)

I've only done my personal setup, and I think it's the best one I've ever had
I don't know if it will change if I install the app and use it in real life

and... I find it can't use mobile network(LTE).. Even if I turn on my mobile network, I can't connect to the Internet.

@Reatmos probably missing APN points, if thats the case, you need to recreate them and activate, then you should be able to connect to the internet

I saw it because I thought it was an APN problem, but it was set up.. Should I erase it all and set it up again?

Worth the try, if that will not help, try to reflash firmware depending on device you have - surya 12.0.3 or karna 12.0.5...

Make sure you are running the correct firmware. (Currently 12.0.3.* for surya.)
Create the corresponding APN, manually.
Then it should work.
