Hello,
I downloaded Android x86 from the official site on my laptop and install unfortunately I have a problem when I download and
install pubg the app doesn't work, it doesn't even start the app. What could be the problem? Have not changed anything so far,
only activated the arm function under the setting on android x86.
Thank you

I installed an Android x86 TV from geektillithertz.com. I want to know what can I do with Gapps?
Same question here.
Thanks.
no Gapps
I also installed Nic's android TV x86 6.0.1 on my Intel machine that I built with only Intel HD graphics. The unit was working well with Remix OS and I had sound with external speakers, bluetooth/WIFI worked flawlessly. I decided to give the full Android TV image a try, but without Gapps this it is incomplete. The other issue is playback error with Android TV, which is now available >80 cities, I'm going to try to change to static IP and see if it fixes that issue and report back.
I know that this post is old, but if you continue need it you must install with ADB on wifi

how?
Installing android virtual device (AVD) with Intel HAXM support
Installing HAXM via android studio sdk manager gives no error.. but in AVD Manager, an error displayed - "/dev/kvm is not found" and hence doesn't allow me to run AVD
Installing HAXM(6.1.2) by downloading from intel official website gives me an error "Failed to configure driver: unknown error. Failed to open driver" which I tried to resolve using this solution given on intel blog
But still not working for me as comments shows for few people it is not working too..
Now, Clicking on green run button gives me same error in addition it displays something more related to "enable Intel VT-x from bios"
Now, in my computer's bios settings.. there is no VT-x but just "Intel VT" feature that I enabled.. but still no difference.. same error message.. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling android studio and AVD.. still no solution
My PC config is :
4gb ram ddr3
Intel i3 550 3.20 ghz
BIOS version TCIBX10H.86A.0037 (not updated - latest firmware is TCIBX10H.86A.0048)
Intel hd graphics
500gb hdd
Windows 7 32bit
PS:
1. Hyper-v is not installed on my computer (may be not supported or Windows need to be installed, I never tried to install it myself)
2. There is no virtual box installed either
3. Sorry for bad english and I'm new to android app development also
One of your issues is that you are running a 32 bit system. Android devices tools require a 64 bit computer.
From what you have said about the missing bios option again tells me your pc is not compatible on a basic level. Not a whole lot you can do. Other then get a new pc to work with Android tools.

Thank you for your reply.
I have another PC of my colleague, but I don't know exact configuration of it. Still I came to know that it has 64-bit Windows 7 installed and some high end Nvedia graphics card installed. I'll try using it and let you know.

Problem continues even on other PC and I could never find why the error continued even if I got VT - x supported and enabled on both the PCs now.. (I checked using 'IntelĀ® Processor Identification Utility' and 'securable.exe') finally i had to move on to 3rd party emulators which run on VirtualBox (like Genymotion).
Wine 3.0 has been released recently and it now supports android, especially x86 android, like our beloved YB.
Unfortunately, im using windows version.
ive tried the WINE 3.0 on my Shield Tablet (arm), it works but with limited function. i only got to play with the windows calculator. media player comes pre-installed but doesnt run. maybe because my android tablet was ARM-based.
ive discovered that for android, the C:/ directory is at /data/data/org.winehq.wine/ - so you would probably need to root your device.
for those who have the YB android, pls let us know what you think
I tried to get Office 2016 working in Wine 3.1 but got an error upon install. I haven't had a chance to try any other installs
Hello,
I just got as a present an Acer One S1003 and it's on Windows 10 and I don't like it. Cannot return it (don't ask why pls), but I managed to install Android 7.0 on it. Now the issue I have is that it doesn't find the driver for Wifi and G Sensor. Everything else works, sound and all, but I can't enable Wifi or Autorotate.
Tried to find the drivers on Google but I could only find the Windows 10 ones.
Please help me to find some drivers or let me know if I need to install a different version of Android.
Thank you,
Daniel
on android 8.1 and 9 wifi is working but don't work g sensor and i can only run android x86 8.1 with no hardware acceleration. Can't normal start android. I don't know what is with x64 because this s.h.i.t of tablet supports only UEFI 32 bit, NO 64 bit and NO legacy mode, but processor is 64 bit and have 4 gb memory. Someone in acer is very very creative processor x64 4 GB memory and only support UEFI 32 bit my mind can't understand it :/
I can't seem to export a working version of Jacks Flights using Android Assistant or Extract APK. When I re-install the APK on the same phone the app no longer loads and throws up the logs below. Any ideas how to fix this?

From what I can find out from react native github is that its trying to use non existing 64bit versions of libraries. I am running the x86 not x86_64 emulator. https://github.com/facebook/react-native/issues/2814
If anyone else has this problem I resolved my problem by using an earlier version of android. I think it is somthing to do with having to supply 64 but versions of applications from 7 onwards. I did it in nougat *
