So, I have a Huawei P Smart 2019. And I just can't get it to unlock the bootloader after weeks of research. I downgraded my Huawei from Android 10 and Emui 10 to Android 9.0.1.152 via Hisuite Proxy.
I bought 7 Dc Unlocker Credits and tried several times to read or unlock the bootloader code, but I always get Unsupported (Unknown Chipset)
Hcu I've already tried it several times, everything has no success .. Does anyone of you have tips?:crying:
As far as we know, Huawei has blocked the ways to get the unlock code, for some time ... if you don't already have it, you can't get it at the moment.
What about this method that makes use of the testpoint?

You can unlock it via HCU (the only way rn). You need to buy license, enter testpoint (via DC-Unlocker or disassembling) and unlock it using HCU. It will cost you 19 euro.

everytime i try to create an account on Huawei for the bootloader unlock, there is no option to choose USA or country code +1....

i have fixed my issue using the DC2 unlocker
used Paypal to pay , total was $4.89 USD to DC2 unlocker site took less than 10 mins
however anyone having issues with installing the drivers on Windows 10 can use the search button in the driver box to find the drivers and manually install
just install all 3 android devices that show up in device manager with Android Bootloader driver.

I just bought my honor 10 a few days after HUAWEI shut down the bootloader unlock program. Is there any other way to unlock my bootloader now or am I gonna be stuck with a rootless phone?

I am wondering if there are any ways to know if the Huawei P20 Lite has its bootloader unlocked or not without erasing all of its datas. I am looking for a way to root it without paying for its bootloader code, as I am unsure if these are scams or if my phone is already unlocked.
I bought it on amazon, it's not affiliated to any mobile company, so I thought maybe it's unlocked... Or are the mobile company lock different from the bootloader lock ? It's also from EU (France); ANE-LX1 (C109) model.
I am a complete neophyte into this, as the only other phone I ever root was a Samsung Galaxy Note 4, which was a very easy task.
I saw guides on how to root it without its bootloader code but I have no idea which to trust. I don't ask for you to search for me; I have tabs and tabs opened but I am also anxious by the idea of trying anything that could lock it and force me to pay for its bootloader.

everytime the phone starts up, it goes to a screen saying: "Your device has been unlocked and can't be trusted..." (the most reliable method)
- "Or are the mobile company lock different from the bootloader lock ?" - yes, you can check SIM-lock status in "Project menu" - dial *#*#2846579#*#* from the phone dialer, select Network Information Query > SIM Lock Info

If you intend to unlock your bootloader , you have to downgrade to Oreo - EMUI 8.0 via HiSuite , then you must downgrade to lower build number with Google patch 04.2018-06.2018 . Now you can get bootloader unlock code for 4euros - DC-Unlocker.com or hcu-client.com.
Each bootloader code is permanent, it wont expire, you can use the same bootloader code to unlock if your bootloader will be lock again for some reason.

Hi guys, i received a dc-unlocker mail which says that honor 10 can be unlocked again with their tool.
Is that true?
I tried it and it still said it couldn't read the bootloader code.
Since January 21, 2021 ministryofsolutions is offering to unlock the Honor10 aswell, but It sound a bit sktechy I'm to paranoid to try it out.

Would be nice if anyone could say something about him or his method, since I'm a noob and won't be able to follow what he's doing to my device and tell if it's sketchy.
Why do ou want to unlock?
You know, temporary unlocking they offer will let you flash but you will never be able to boot into twrp!
You need a bootloader code and they DO NOT PROVIDE ONE!
Would be interesting if it's possible. Right now I'm considering whether to dump this thing to the trash bin or to repair it (mine has some hardware issues).

Before Huawei stopped giving unlock codes in 2018 I got mine but I never unlocked because of warranty. Now I really want to unlock but from EMUI 9 onwards (I have 10.0.0.202(C432E9R1P3) installed) they removed the possibility of unlocking via the
Bash:
fastboot flashing unlock
command. I spoke today with Huawei technical support and they confirmed that, without rolling back to EMUI 8, I will not be able to unlock even with the code.
This leads us to the second issue: I cannot rollback via HiSuite, it does not show me the "other versions" button that could roll me back. Huawei support told me that button is the only official way and as it is now it is impossible for me to do a rollback due to security concerns of old EMUI versions. He also told me that the unofficial way is to install the system myself in someway he could not help me with.
I tried everything I could find online and everything I could think of but nothing worked: How do I rollback to EMUI 8 to get the unlock work?
