This is very disappointing, even though you have to request to unlock the sim from t mo and then the bootloader from oneplus, it is still possible to unlock your device, as I've done with my 6t and now 7t mclaren. I've had this tablet since early October and as I've read elsewhere that you have to wait a week for the option to show up for oem unlocking but nonetheless it shows up. But now 2 months in and there's nothing....
Can anyone shed some light on this, I've been unsuccessful in finding anything on this. I have not contacted Samsung or t-mobile directly that's my next step if i

Well, my decision has been made. Goodbye Motorola and HTC.
So for the last few days I have been randomly having this white notification popup when I unlock my phone. I always unlock with fingerprint so it's odd that it seems to be random. Any ideas where this might be coming from? I've gone through every setting I can think of, but no luck so far.

It's there since day 1. Not sure if warranty can fix this, they generally break it more or send it back without repair. Most of users said they don't have that. Do you see this on your device? (I used multi touch test app on low brightness)

My wife's 8 Lite doesn't have it. My Pocophone, yes, has it.
There is no much that you can do about it. If it's possible you can ask for another phone.
I found my old ZenFone 5 and want to give it to my little brother. But I can't seem to get it to update beyond 4.4.2 . I don't exactly remember what I did with it back in the day when I had it. I think I tried unlocking the bootloader or something.
When I try to apply the update from within the phone, I get this error on the screen

Just opened the Samsung Members app, and saw a thing. I don't know how it usually works, but I pressed it, it asked me to read the terms and agree, and then it disappeared after. Do they usually push an OTA or what?
You have to go to settings and check for Software Update.
