The rom is pretty smooth and is working pretty good for me. But I couldn't find any settings for off screen gestures. Is that a feature in this rom? if not, could we get it?

then Pixel Extended came out of no where and its almost everything that i wanted

Hey theres a problem i am facing on my oneplus 5t from last 1.5 years which is getting worse day by day. the issue is that my screen freezes and dont respond to my touch sometimes, earlier it was easy to recover by just restarting the phone one time but now it freezes a lot and dont respond to touches and yeah this is not hang or someting , i can control thr phone through google assistant voice commands. and yeah this is even not a hardware problem coz it gets recovered nowadays by just putting the phone in fridge for 10 minutes. you can search on yt of exact issue. so , anyone got a fix for this?

I do. I'd hoped they at least fix the camera HAL, but it seems they're not capable of that, not right now at least.

I'm going to try and work Sultans HAL into the ROM I'm working on eventually so that will be nice. Its obvious they can't seem to do anything besides make false promises

Yeah, I'm very disappointed. The worst is that this is not happening at all for the OP3 -- there's a vibrant stream of two-way communication with feedback coming in and updates coming out... but with the X there's just this ****ed up silence and indifference. They didn't even try to apologize for taking 4 months to release a half-baked update with just a few fixes...
Useless update...just ignore as OnePlus is ignoring us.
Anyone else facing this issue or not but when I am trying to install OOS 2.2.2 from either team win or from standard recovery it keeps gets failing and deletes my files previously I had rooted Oneplus x and twrp installed I removed root then falashed OOS 2.2.1 but it also didnt bring back recovery so i installed by flashing recovery image using twrp but after tht still no luck and updates keep failing

You have to get back to stock recovery in order to flash the Ota 2.2.2

First flash the full rom, 2.2.1 then flash the Ota update it should work.

Incredibly disappointed at the lack of Marshmallow. I saw the update and thought, this is the one! But no.
I just tried attaching the .zip but it's too large.

The stock rom is much better regarding mobile data. I had always ridicilous slow transfer speed with CM or AOSB based ROMs.
Also with this ROM you can:
* Use Chromecast -> Mirror your Phone screen on TV
* Use the free speech in whatsapp without any problem
* Improved Camera quality. Not the worse 4k patch noise crap from cyanogenmod which wont work properly. (effects, hdr etc.)
* No LTE problems
But sadly there is still the vibration during call issue. Its such a shame that oneplus is not able to fix that massive bug. Really bad developers there. The X is my first and my last Oneplus phone. I try to sell it but its hard to find an idiot who will buy this. Ebay is full of offers...

I tried to sell my OPX too, but no luck! Because people already knew that OnePlus closed all of their "service centers" in Indonesia. The lesson is: Never ever buy a stuff from the unknown Chinese manufacturer without a physical present in your country.
Updated my X to 2.2.2 and after 2 days the most annoying bugs are still present:
1. Lag when I try to wake/unlock my phone
2. The proximity sensor is still buggy (shortcuts opens during the call)
I don't have YouTube lags
The battery consumption seems to be normal
Video camera is way better
Unfortunately I will go back to Hydrogen OS. Disappointed!
The last update is wonderfull. A very stable Rom with smoothness updated. (I'm using it with boeffla kernel and haptic vibration during call is disabled in kernel setting ). The new camera seams to solve the fps issue in video, and photo quality is top notch as it was always been compared to custom roms. Signal is through the roof, download speed is unbeatable. I'm waiting for the mm version. Nice work so far.

Its been a while I didn't saw any new post or discussion in various rom posts like pixel havoc and other. No one is trying out those roms. Is that mean no one is using this device. If you are still using this rom comment down below your experience now.. Thanks in advance.

Google messed up the UI and UX on Pie
And as there's no more updates to Oreo ROMs I'm sticking with liquid remix by difr

Excuse my "noobiness", but I wonder why Xiaomi updates MIUI and doesn't security patches. Stock ROM for Land is now 10.2 but its security patch is from 2017.04.01!!![emoji33][emoji33]

Been using it for a long time and even though I'm within the 1% of people with a "defective" device (means that I get random black and green screens with Difr's kernels) I have to say that this ROMs is awesome, no lag, excellent ram management, perfect battery backup up to 8-10h of intensive use
I don't remember facing any critical bug (apart from the random reboots that as I mentioned earlier less than 1% of devices suffer)
Edit: forgot to mention that it has little to absolutely no performance drop over time
Haven't wiped the device in around 3 months (and I'm the type of person that usually swaps roms at least once a month)

Any kernel that uses touch drivers from the 9.1.24 version will do. Beginning with the May releases, Poco team messed up touch again making it oversensitive at the edges and bottom, and they ruined scrolling too. 9.1.24 is not perfect either but it's still better, scrolling is fine too.

I have same screen, was great till i cracked it. Waiting on new screen from Alixpress is painful lol.
i also have the same screen. . My screen replacement costed me 120 Euros. . Before i never had an issue.
I switched always to the latest Beta for hoping it to fix instead it got more . I wen back to Miu 10.3 . Still the same. i Updated to Miui 10.3.5 still the same.
Last week i installed Pixel Experience(completly wiped my phone before) . Was till the same.
I installed Franco Kernel on PE . The Screen freezes happend then even more often.
From Franco i switched to Optimus Drunk and i got better.
And now im on Crdroid Rom (Optimus Drunk Kernel is the main one there)..
It is definitely a lot better .
Im running it just for the days , but only a got a few amount of ghost touches. And about screen freezes im not sure.
On miui my freezes and ghost touches where so heavy every 3 times i wanted to use my phone, i had to lock and unlock it again 1-5 times.
There was a brief thread for the ROM in the ROMs section that was promptly closed. I don't know if it will come back anytime soon, because I'm not sure if the dev even understands why his thread was closed, and I haven't made any effort to discuss it with him. It was enough to get me curious, though, so I Googled it, and it's fantastic. I highly recommend checking this ROM out, even though you will have to go through Twitter or telegram to get support. I haven't found any major bugs, and the fingerprint reader works better than all of the other non-stock ROMs for me. The only thing I ran into is that it comes with AOSP dialer and I wanted to use Google's Phone app, but it won't install. I had the same issue with MiUI. I was able to use the patched APK from XDA, though, so I think I'm good.

I haven't seen anything other than stock Google and AOSP apps, but maybe you noticed something I didn't?
I installed it it's kinda good with the additional improvements but whenever i lock my phone and put it for 5 min it reboots randomly for nothing, i did a clean instal with the right vendor anf firmware im only getting this issue on REVOS so i went back to derpfest

Huh, that's interesting. The only problem I've had with it is my email app (Spark) kept crashing, but I guess it was the app, because they updated it yesterday, and now it isn't crashing.
How is the FP on derpfest?

Tho i found where the issue was, i was using LKT a magisk module to improve the battery i guess it's not compatible with it's kernel.
Found i bug u can't share a picture from the gallery or an mp3 file from mixplorer or any file manager to the messenger app it's the only rom with this bug
For the fp it was better in january build now it's getting worse after every update and it work 1/10 outside in the sun so kinda not the best
It's just an Evo clone , vantom kernel renamed to their name a gimmick crap , it's bullshi t ....
Sources aren't clear/open , years without thanking RKBD for his keyboard ...

Tottally agree! It used to be a copy of miuipro. And now is a king of miui eu with YouTube Vanved and micro g embebbed.
Don't thing that is the kind of dev we should support.
Lol I'm not suggesting anyone give him any money. I just liked the ROM and it worked great when most of the ROMs have some sort of issues that irritated me. Now I'm running ColtOS.

No problem. I don't know anything about the guy or his past releases. I'm a flashaholic. Since my last post I've moved on to Titanium OS. It's great to have a phone with so many developers!
After trying this for a while this is my review:
Rom is very smooth but Android Auto doesn't seem to work. Fingerprint it's nice for me (I think the FOD is the problem of this phone no matter what ROM do you use), but it doesn't have facial unlock so it's a bit annoying when fingerprint doesn't want to work. Apart from that it doesn't have long press to kill apps.
Anyway it's a good ROM for daily driver if you don't need those features and has a lot of customization options!

I've used this ROM for a while but switched to MSM Extended. I had some issues with RevOS after the OTA update and missed some configurability.
Hello, i've had this Redmi 9S for more than a year and i've tried these ROMs since like 8 months ago, like: Evolution X, Corvus OS, MIUI eu and now im using rn Pixel Xperience since its release with the following compilation serial number:

From my "xperience", evo and corvus had the bugs if i remember of the sudden shutdown after pressing vol + and - atst, some issues with magisk and EXPosed, the screen recording, and some other old known bugs by that time. With MIUI eu i couldn't use the EXPosed mods properly, but i remember much more Viper4Android, damn i couldnt do a thing with the sound. Right now with p-experience, i have EXPosed installed with Viper and GravityBox working, YT vanced, the screen recording option of GB working too, but magisk out of date cuz if i update it, the **** just bricks.
And Im here now after 5 or 6 months of "not touching my phone" and now i wanted to ask u guys what are the "best" new or still running ROMs rn and what are the known bugs now too. Im looking for ROMs without the bugs i mentioned above if possible.
I've been lurking in xda since years with other phones, but finally had the idea of creating my own acc. Hope its a good journey...

Right now iam using crdroid 7.7 (unofficial) and iam quite happy with it. The only Bug it has in my case, is no Vibration. Others in the forum say they have Vibration but i dont. Apart from that its working like a charm.
