@paulosscosta which ROM version did you install? there's two from 28.12., maybe the second has the Bluetooth fixed

Buddy, no, it doesn't bundle vendor and firmware with it, this is the gapps varient and nothing else. Actually Evolution-x provides plenty of customizations and due to this reason the size can go high.

If you have tried this rom you would see that anx camera is there.

2. Optimisations for safetynet.
3. Wifi optimizations.
4. Synced with latest sources.
(However, the bluetooth bug is still not fixed and it is under investigation. It seems rom source side bug. Please bare with me.)
