How to enable VolTe ? - OnePlus Nord N10 5G Questions & Answers

Hi
I want to receive/send calls through the LTE (4G), my carrier support it, i have the 4G+ in my statubar.
In the network settings, i don't have the VolTe switch, so i have do a chat with the carrier assistance, no problem for them.
I have also contact the OnePlus support chat, they make me switching my SIM card from the first slot to the second one + reboot but the problem is still here, they make me wipe the cache and wype networks settings, same result.

But when i connect my device, the driver in my devmgmt.msc isn't good, it say that the driver for this device is not installed but i have install "QPST_2.7.460" and "QUD.WIN.1.1+Installer-10037.3+Setup" with administrator access.

It show me this:

Weird there is no telephone number.
In the three dots menu there is IMS service status and there it should say registered in first line.
I'm on 10.5.8 89 ROM (NA) by the way
EDIT: installing the driver the xda thread says
2. Install Qualcomm QPST Diag port x64 / QPST 2.7.474 software on your computer (links below)
Important: there should be no other Qualcomm drivers on the computer, disable them, otherwise error messages will appear!

However, I did not do that modification myself but it seems to be a good option as your carrier is mentioned explicitely.

So effectivly i have this first problem bcz in my IMS statut service i get that:
Translation: Non enregistré => Unregistred
Indisponible => Unavailable
Disponible => Available
I'm on 10.5.8 89 ROM (NA) by the way

I think I'm going to have to find out if I have a driver from the Qualcomm manufacturer already installed somewhere in my computer and remove it while I'm working on it.
