I might have bricked my phone, need help - Galaxy S II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I was trying replace lineage 16 with my original samsung OS back on the phone. When I installed Lineage, I also installed TWRP. Before I used lineage, I had NeatROM, which if I remember had it's own kernel. And before that Philz with the original OS I think
.I used that latest version of Odin to reinstall the Samsung OS. In the middle of the process, it failed and gave me the message below. I tried uisng an old version of Kies as it suggested, but there is no support for the S2. I should mention that way back when I put in NeatROM I changed the PIT file to 4g.
I tried to restart the phone in recovery mode again after getting this message in hopes of trying to install the old OS with Odin again, but on boot, it goes back to this message.
Is there any way I can recover this phone?

Alcatel 4013x Rom Flashing and problems

Hi. I have a Alcatel Pixi 3(4) , 4013x phone. I accidentally bricked my phone. Let me tell the full story. I wanted to install a custom rom for my phone. From what i have researched i should get a mt6572 compatible rom. I downloaded a custom rom based on cyanogenmod. It flashed but would not start. I forgot to tell you then i installed clockwork mod . I wanted to flash the stock rom . I found it here http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/general/rom-alcatel-one-touch-pixi-3-4013x-t3159883. Downloaded the latest version of SPFlashtool. It did not work got error not enought storage(don't have screenshot). I tried with multiple versions only errors. Then i read if you format within spflashtool and then flash it will work. I accidentally , instead of going for format except bootloader , i formated all . And now when i am trying to flash i get this

I think the nand is dead. Did it complete the flash and say "pass" or not? Which rom did you flash and which rom was it on originally?.

Try another stock ROM for it. Was that the first time you flash this ROM with odin?

Unable to flash device using FlashTool for Mac OS X

Hello,
I am attempting to flash my Sony Xperia M phone, to downgrade it from 4.3 to 4.1 (in order to install a custom ROM).
I have downloaded two versions of the 4.1 OS, but neither appear to work.
The problem is, the progress bar indicating how far along the Flashing process is, is stuck at one point forever.
As I understand, it should take only a matter of minutes, but I've left it going for hours at a time, but it never completes.
There seems to be something wrong with the software, or the OS I've downloaded, or the phone itself. I have no idea.
If you are able to suggest ways around this problem, that would be appreciated.
Here's a screenshot and a WebM of the Flashing process.
