Perhaps this video can help you? I actually ordered DroiX X96 Max+ 4/64 and gonna mod it with antenna and probably a fan too.

should be the case....
the sony heaset only applies to sony phones... so we poor xda people still need to either build our own... or get one of those for 20 bucks... which I think is quite a ripoff
Hello,
I'd like to record something but don't like Bluetooth microphone, nor do I like the tiny built-in phone's microphone.
Can I use (read: buy) a 3.5mm Corded microphone with the Atrix ?
In other words, when you bought new, does Atrix have a Corded headsets (mith microphone) ?
Easy way to check is: the plug has 4 terminals.
Thank you. It would be great if you happen to have tried with success.

Yes, this should work. I didn't get a headset with mine (I got it used), but I'm using a standard Blackberry headset with 4 terminals and it's working great.
However, I don't think the microphone built into those headsets is any bigger or better than the phone's built-in one(s)...
Hi!
Anyone's tryied to unmount and replace the internal speaker of this smartphone?
Last day I had to replace the broken lcd+glass of my sony xperia go, I moved this piece

}
from the old glass to the new, I didn't find any kind of cable or connection fort the speaker!
And now the display/lcd works but not so the internal speaker!
I don't know what's wrong and what piece I need to replace, I wouldn't wonder that I've forgot to make some strange connection.
Anyone who had the same problem and who can help me?
Try rotating it by 180° -- I'm not sure about the Go, but the one for the U (which looks the same) it has 2 metal tabs biased to one side...
You openned your phone and replaced LCD without the service manual?
hey guys,
I was wondering if someone might know what NFC chip is inside the new N9 ?
Best Regards,
David
If you look at this image from iFixit:

The 2 big gold contacts to the left of the chip with the purple border connect to the NFC antenna.
Thus I would guess the purple chip is the NFC controller.
iFixit does not say what is does but labels it as: "20795P1 KML1G TD1431 402391 1W"
Looking at the number this could be a chip of the Broadcom 2079x NFC controller family - but I cannot find any specifications for it.

Edit 2:
Did a quick test - looks like the chip does not support Mifare Classic tags.
I``ve bought dirty cheap box IK316 Q44 v.1.0.It has 4 chips with 2Gb(1Gb total)
ddr3 samsung 8GB eMMC and some freaky cpu IK316.I cannot find anything about this cpu.Wanna try armbian or some other ROM on it,coz the original one is so buggy and complete waste of hardware power

Hello All Winner. Strange chinese factory... they spend more time and money to fake the cpu/ram/OS than optimising it.Sorry for the images, but I prefer to work under the last(may be) good sunlight for this year.
DO NOT CONNECT IT TO YOUR PC/LAPTOP VIA USB!!! It will blow your usb fuse!
hi i have a box like yours , it's stupid to run the command adb reboot bootloader and then get stuck at bootloarder i realized windows has no driver for this chip can you help me save the box, thank you very much
