My wife's Mi5s Plus suddenly got problem with rear camera. Error log said "Can't Connect Camera".
I've looking for answers, hoping this only software problem by trying reflashing stock firmware even custrom firmware. But the problem remain the same.
At the hardware test, I finally knew that only Rear Black and White Camera still worked, beside Front Camera.
The problem was, she can't use Whatsapp Web because QR Code scanning need Rear Camera. And her works gonna be a messed.
Since I finally rooted her Mi5s Plus, is there something I can do to swap function the Rear Camera to Front Camera which still worked, as Main Camera?
So Whatsapp defaultly using Front Camera to do QR Code Scanning?

Its not been disabled. There's no camera icon, and if i try and use photo in wattsapp it says Failed to open camera camera may be in use by another application?
Ive installed camera apps but they dont work
Ive reset the phone to factory settings and still no camera?

I follow suggestion in this site , is the rear camera connector problem, I solve in one by opening and plug down , following YouTube video "ulefone be touch tear down ", I have two phone,,both with problem , in one the connector was damaged during first assembling or by heat.
I have problem with face unlock, can't recognise my face. Then I test with hidden settings miui. in Ir camera test says "ir camera poco f1 camera id not config" . its hardware problem or software problem?. I've tried several ROM but the result still same.
My realme 3 pro also had a very weird problem, I was using Google Meet and the front camera suddenly stopped working, that was on Unlocked Realme UI 2.0 (A11).
Since then I've tried a lot of ROMs (PixelBlaster, CrDroid) but still front camera is not working, any suggestions?
I also tried flashing other ROMs including Lineage OS 18.1/19.1, EvolutionX 5.9/6.0/7.0, Havoc OS 3.9, Pixel Blaster 6.0.
Then I went to service center believing that my front camera needs to be replaced. But even new front camera was not working. He even tried to replace back camera setup, but nothing worked.
If anybody has any idea or solution, please reply.
