Hi guys. I was wondering if experts here have any mods etc to propose, to enhance the performance and features of our phone. I'm currently using Xxx_nolimits Magisk rom to add stuff such as viper4android and Google camera. Is there any other feature that was available in newer phones, which we can make use of as well on our device in some way?

Hello everyone!
I have been using the stock sony rom but i rooted the phone,installed cwm and unlocked bootloader and im searching the best rom and kernel for gaming,battery and music. I recently tested CM 10.1 and its amazing. Im using it right now and i dont regret installing it but i hate the fact that bluetooth does not work and that when capturing a video lips are not synchronized with sound. So, tell me with your experience what do you use and what do you think better. it will help me a lot .
2) Something else, how can i install android 4.2 lockscreen (with the camera swipe and password ) to 4.1.2?

Its a rule on xda to ask for 'best' stuff here. In XDA, no one is best.... Its all for you to find out.
I am using CM10.1 by percy_g2. It's best ROM i have ever used. Really smooth & lag free.
You can also try PAC.man.
I usually switch to many roms, and I find some of stock apps of particular roms very good (like miui music player, xperia keyboard etc.). So PLZ guys tell me the full procedure to port these apps universally for all roms. SO THAT I CAN GET ALL THE BEST THINGS IN ONE ROM.

Hi all, so I'm running a rooted nexus 5 with CM13 rom. I saw some videos on kustom live wallpaper app and how it completely changes phone interface and I was wondering if there was sth similar to it for rooted phones, and hopefully legally free? I want to be able to create buttons/widgets with it's own custom animation/functionalities options. I searched a bit here but no luck. Thx all in advance.

Why don't you just use KWLP?
I was just wondering, since I'm already rooted, if there was a free alternative to it. If not, I guess I'll buy it, purchasing is a little difficult here.
Kwlp doesn't seem to be working on my rooted phone I have arrows ROM installed does anyone know if that will be the problem or do I have to hide kwlp in magisk or anything

So how would you make AR solutions for these phone?
Is there a way to tweak it so AR core can run on these phones?
I use Unreal/Unity to build apps and then I install the .apk directly, so I don't need google play.
I cannot buy all phones, but I suspect it will not work on these?

Hi, I think you can ask in HUAWEI Developer Forum. A lot of Huawei experts there, you can get quick and accurate answer about this question.

I have the global realme gt 5G rmx2202 and I've been searching ways to enable the deactivated call recording feature on my phone, I know it is disabled in EU due to regulations.
I would prefer not to root the phone or change the stock rom. is there any other way to enable this feature?
Thirdparty apps are useless i have tried both free and purchased ones.
The system call recording is so superior I just cant live without it I used to have it on my korean thinq g7.
I would like to thank XDA forum developers for their hard work and dedication we all appreciate you.

I too would like this feature, in UK it's not against regulations if recordings are not made public. I can also say it's for training purposes.
For some, rooting is not an option as some Financial apps will fail security.

Have you tried "Cube ACR"? I don't know if your particular regional ROM has an internal lock that disables it or whatever, but this at least works for WhatsApp calls.
Edit: I bought Chinese version, flashed global on it.
