Sometimes during video recording the camera start to freezes ruining the video recorded. I have this problem from the first day and upgrading MIUI never solved the problem.
Anybody had the same problem? I'm thinking that can be and hardware issue.
No such problem here. I did have a problem with a magnetic phone case shutting down the compass so if you have any such accessories, get rid and reboot. The only other causes would be heavy ram usage by other apps or hardware issue.

I've just tried holding a video call and to my surprise, my face appeared a rather off-putting shade of hot-pink.

I'm experiencing exactly the same issue! Unforunately this problem cannot be solved by performing a hard reset.
Having played around with the OV6650's registers (e.g. the image data output format setting) I'm quite sure that it's not caused by the camera module itself.
There might be something wrong with the ATI chip, the camera is connected to, or with the connection between them.

Ok, i am having really weird issue. Sometimes my gyroscope stops working randomly and i have to restart my device to get it working again.
I started asphalt 9 and i was unable to control my car. secondly i open youtube and tilted my device and the video didn't rotate,
This happens 3 times.
As far i think this is happening because of smart sense.
Anyone else who's also facing this type of weird thing?
Yup bro it happens on my f1 too.. gyro stops working sometimes during the middle of an intense fight while playing pubg. I'm not sure what's causing the issue.. wating for solution if anybody knows how to fix it.
After upgrading my BLA-L29 to EMUI 9, the microsophone for video recording or dictaphone stops working randomly and the only fix is to restart the phone even after resetting the phone to factory settings.
I read online that this issue is happening for the Mate 20 Pro and there is no reference about it with the Mate 10 Pro.

I had that today i guess, shazam and google assistant didn't work. after reboot they did work
I sent mine for repair, they say that all they did is a reset! Which I already did! I'm now monitoring it.

Yes, it happened once or twice and then after an update it did not happen.
Ive once had an issue with someone not able to hear me on the other end of the
phone. Took a reset and then it working again. Hasnt happened in a while.
Now with video recording after I record when playing back I hear sound crackles at the start of the
video then it goes good. Only happens on some videos not all the time. This can be Inside or outside. Microphone
passes test in Hicare. Is this a common issue?
I don't think it's a hardware issue.. all I can suggest is to wait for an update.
I had the same problem today. Restart the phone and it's normal again. I didn't face this issue before.
Hello' after i accidentally dropped my LG G5 in sea water i managed to fix it. However, i noticed some functionalities didnt work.
-audio: no audio at all from phonejack or speaker. Which are independent and in opposite locations inside the phone.
-No vibration.
-No audio playback.
-Video playback works but without audio.
-camera works but only picture mode. No video mode.
-No slo-mo video playback.
Other parts and functionalities work well. Wireless & signal work fine. Memory is intact apps work fine. Battery was drained out but after one charge it works fine.
Now if anyone has any idea if this could be related to audio chip or any other hardware issue, or if anyone has encountered any problem of this kind feel free to share ur experience on how you fixed it. If u threw ur phone please dont bother sharing that experience.
Meanwhile I'll be working on this issue. I'll update this if i come across any news.
