Hard to say, as I do not own this device.
For many devices, you need a custom recovery to flash other custom roms without a PC.

Just search for "[RECOVERY]" in your device's forum - like I have done it ... see screenshot.
There are several custom recoveries available.
Depends on your exact device model and the current OS/Android version.

Just this mitnute rooted my GS3. I used odin and the CF-Root-SGS3-v6.4. Everything we smoothly, I can see Super User on my phone, however, I cannot see Clockworkmod Recovery anywhere on my phone. Do I need to install it separately?? Thanks in advance guys :good:
CF auto root is the recommended path to root, it won't install CWM.

Then u can flash custom recoveries. U dun have to use cwm. U can use others like twrp, philz. Btw dun use the apps in play store to flash the recoveries. Google search "gt-i9300 (the custom recovery u wan)" and find it.

It's recommended you flash a custom recovery regardless if u want to flash some mods or roms. It always comes in handy and you have the option to backup the whole system and create an image file, so you'll be safe, if anything goes wrong with flashing someday or you screw your system, you can always recover it with the custom recovery. Pretty amazing

You need to flash it with ODIN on your pc. Also your custom recovery that you want to flash through ODIN needs to be a .tar file

Unfortunately, we are not allowed to recommend stuff here and advertise. Just look under android development and read the comments, I'm sure you'll fine a good one. Don't forget to backup your current system first and your data. When you're done, you can test out roms not worrying much about if they work or not

Mod Edit
As ^^^meeklosh^^^ suggests:
"Best" or "Recommend" ROM/kernel posts are not allowed on XDA.
Please test these things for yourself.
This is the only way you will get an unbiased opinion, and then, you can decide for yourself if it meets YOUR needs.
Don't forget to make a nandroid before you start.

Hello,
I want to unlock the Bootloader of S3 GT-I9300 so i can flash custom kernel & OC it.
There are different varients of S3 so i am bit afraid of bricking the device as i have no knowledge about samsung devices (SONY User).
My Questions.
How To Unlock BootLoader
Mention some kernel with OC for stock 4.3
How to bypass custom bin count & what it is?
My S3 is Indian and i have a stock 4.3 ROM + Odin incase needed while tickling!
Thanks!!

When you flash anything with Odin it increases your bin counter you can see it if you go into download mode.It tells Samsung how may times you have flashed your device although you can reset it with triangle away. You cannot by pass it only reset it, to avoid increasing it just flash custom roms with a custom recovery this does not increase the counter.

Short story: No
Long story: custom firmware developers have to make a firmware for your device, so if there is not custom firmware for your device, then there isn't any.

TG(Telegram).
Some roms have their own recovery when this one does not exist and must use Fastboot commands to install the rom.
You have to be sure that the rom is for your device, code name FLEUR.
No such roms on XDA, post on T.G.
