i searched a lot about that issue..
I changed battery but nothing has canged.
The mobile loses a lot of charge also if it is in standby..also at night it loses minimum 5-6% of charge doing nothin.
Only in a few hours of normal use battery goes from 80 to 20%..

Hello, I recently rooted my phone and installed the omega rom. At first i was really impressed with the battery- it was like 1-2% in 8 hours. It was amazing, but now i have the same as stock(7-9%). I remember when i switched on the alarm clock then it started draining faster. I also installed a custom kernel(Siyah) but i dont think that is the problem. Can anyone help me with what the problem is and how can i get less battery drainage.

I switched it on in STweaks, but still the battery drains(It show that the phone is constantly awake for a short period of time). And now there's a new problem with charging- the charging speed is fast until it reaches 50% and then it took 1 and a half hours to charge 20 % and now it's even slower.
Battery life is now like 10% in a day when not using it a lot.(couple calls and little bit of wifi)
I used some guy's power plan and disabled many apps and now i had 1% in 12h

I've been having an issue with a very inconsistent battery life and was wondering if anyone else had the same issue. Whenever I fully charge my device it has significantly less battery life than it did before the charge. The only thing that seems to fix this is restarting my phone. I don't want to have to restart my phone every single time I charge it. For example, normally on standby mode it would only drain about 2-3% over a 7-8 hr period. However, whenever I fully charge it and don't restart it drains down about 15% in the same time. Help!
I flashed my SIII with Omega ROM v49 yesterday and noticing high battery drainage.
E..g. It came from 100 % to 85 % in 2h 22m in which i was in a phone call for 25 min and nothing else.
I have my data connection off, power saver on, wifi off most of the time, smart stay off, gps off. Screen was off maximum time.
Yesterday the battery drained in less than 12 hrs.
I use Battery Calibrator to calibrate my battery today too.
Is this a bug with v49? Because I used to have Samsung stock ROM which has a consistent battery for 36 hrs which include 3.5 hrs call time.
Need help here. Is it the problem with the ROM or something might be wrong in the device settings.

use better battery stats and check whats draining your battery.

Hello Guys,
I have made no modifications to my Bip, after about 2 months of usage, the battery percentage started depleting rapidly. It charges up from 0 - 100 in less than 5 minutes and the battery percentage dies after about 20-30 minutes of usage (2% per minute). When the screen goes off at 0%, I can always turn it back on multiple times and it works but goes off again still at 0%, suggesting to me that maybe the battery's not actually depleted, I'm thinking the software is having a hard time reading the actual battery percentage. I could be wrong.
Any Ideas what could be wrong anyone and how can I fix this please :crying: ?

Hlw Guys, I am facing battery drain issue in my poco f1 for 4-5 days.....its draining like a hell. after full charged its draining 25% in just 30 mins of normal browsing.....its very bad... Yesterday night I full charged it go to bed.... after 6HR of not using phone its drained to 100 to 30%......Its really bad please if u have any solution then please tell me. And also explain me why its happening.... should I have to change my battery or something else can be done without doing this. ):
seems like you need to replace battery..
Check battery health in Accubattery. 15-20 sessions for a reliable estimate in case of partial charging sessions and less in case of near complete ones. If rooted the battery capacity can be checked from the built-in kernel profile.
