Hi,
In my previous phones i usualy could activate the hidden call record button in the native dialer app.
Seems to be there is a hidden call record feature according to @S3V3N (asked him if it could be enabled )
But since not activated yet, i came to an app where a call record button appears onto your screen when calling.
When calling and trying to record simply tap the button to record.
Most of the call recorder apps that i know do not have this button option ( not that i have noticed before ) so therefore i thought this would be worth to share.
You can download it here : Boldbeast https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.boldbeast.recorder&hl=nl
Works on my rooted device (dont know about non-rooted ones)
You can disable the lockscreen notification "standby" in app settings "standby indicator". Make sure after disabling, you give this app the proper energy savings in settings of phone.
You can also drag the call record button to the place you want. So it looks as it is a build-in button.
It works both ways in recording of course.
I my opinion a 'give it a try' app when you want to have control of recording in your dialer app itself.
Enjoy !
I find time to do the appropriate modification

Do you finally success on Dialer_ZTE.apk mod? I'm unable to load framework on apk-tool 4.1.0
Hi
Can anyone recommend a Call Confirm app that works with the Nokia 8 / Nougat dialler? I'm looking for something that pops up a panel when you touch a tile in the dialler to confirm that you actually want to dial that number i.e. prevent mis-dials. I've used https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.nanabit.callconfirm&hl=en on my old phone for a couple of years but when I put it on the Nokia the panel doesn't pop up and it seems to be hidden behind the dialler. I've tried a couple of other apps from the AppStore but they seem to have the same problem of the pop-up being behind the dialer.
Any info appreciated.
Cheers Andy
Edit: Having revisited this it seems that the Nokia / Nougat dialler puts up a full screen panel when you tap a tile and the Call Confirm box is between this panel and the tile panel. With Marshmallow the CC box just appeared over the tiles.
Hi again; updating on my post above. I have now updated to Oreo and Call Confirm by Vlad Lee seems to work as it should.
that's a total shock to me that in 2019 android smartphone in stock cannot toggle between full screen incoming call and just a notification
please advice how do I remove full-screen incoming call and make it notification only while device is active. I've tried to install stock google dialer, but play market claims it's not supported (lolwhat?) and downloading the apk file didn't help (couldn't install). as to third party dialers, seems that they just affect phone book and dialer but not incoming calls and that couldn't help either.
Hi everyone,
i'm setuping an Huawei P20 Lite for a friend who can't move. I'm looking for a solution to :
- Take orreject a call
- Start a call
Only over voice, without touch the phone.
I've did some tests with my personnal Huawei Mate 9 and i could do this :
- Say "OK Emy" i've setuped a parameter to start a call with the screen lock --> i did in Settings --> Smart assistance --> Voice control --> Voice wakeup and i've enabled the wakeup "OK Emy" with the sentance "OK Emy".. Sadly this option is not P20 Lite
- Say "Take the call or reject the call " too--> in Settings --> Smart assistance (assistance intelligente) --> Voice control (contrôle vocal) on my Mate 9 i've an option to enable "Answer cals with voice contrôle" Sadly i don't have this option on the Huawei P20 Lite... Do you know why and if it's possible to enable ?
Is it possible to change the firmware to add this both options ?
Should i buy an another Huawei ? Which huawei have this both options ?
Thanks

Known Issues
Some features are removed on purpose. Since GravityBox has been working on Samsung Oreo devices without much issues, I only implemented features that need special Samsung coding.

Can confirm, at least the limited options I use, most works great on Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra (SM-X900) on BVK4 firmware.
Options I use:
Advanced Power Menu (all of the following I have enabled working) - Power Off, Restart, Download Mode, Screenshot, Screen Recorder, Flashlight
Unlock Keyguard Before Actions
Camera shutter sound menu
Fake system status official
Only thing of the options I use that didn't work was Secure flag disabling (tested with screenshotting Xfinity Account info which doesn't work unless secure flag disabled). Not even a big deal since I mostly use this option on my phone.
If I didn't list an option, I didn't test it. I would be more than happy to when I have time if anyone would like. Also keep in mind my tab is WiFi only, so I wouldn't even be able to test a good amount of the options anyway. The most important thing to me has always been the advanced power menu options and it works great!
One last note, APM hasn't worked on our Tab S7+ (SM-T970) in a long time. I never reported it and honestly since I now have the S8 Ultra, don't care much. It definitely used to, and I suspect it could have been a change in LSposed over changes in firefdskit or firmware. My wife still has S7+, but never really used it anyway. I'll wait for A13 to drop for S7+ and test again. No reason really to look into it at this point anyway imo.
Thanks @firefds for one of the best Samsung modkits out there today!!

EDIT: I'm not one to usually ask for feature requests, but since there isn't even a severely nerfed GravityBox available for Android 13 anymore afaik, I figured I'd ask. The only remaining option I used in GB was hold back button to kill foreground app. And it actually worked on Samsung tabs up to Android 12L. Also mapped holding recents key to launch calculator, but that's no biggie.
Any chance this could be implemented into firefds kit? And/or does anybody know of another mod that can add this option that works with Samsung ROMs? (I know you can do this with Tasker, but I'm looking to do it without that overhead)
Inside the module settings in Lsposed, try to whitelist the app you want to take a screenshot of and reboot. It should work.
I'll look into that feature, or even better - a somewhat working GB.. No promises!!
Great !
Since Gravity stops and Dark Tricks doesn't work for me with this tweak i may to ask,
if it is possible for you to implement expanded Notifications ?
Thank you so much please add samsung z fold 4 (F936B) OneUI 5.0 on the working device list cause it works perfectly for me
S22 ultra (S908B ) on One ui 5 working too
Working well with Android 13 One UI 5 on Samsung Galaxy A52s 5g.
Using:
Network Speed Menu
Date and Seconds on clock
Disable Loud Volume Warning
Advanced Power Menu
Call Recording
Caller ID and Spam Protection
Disable SMS to MMS threshold
Fake System status (official)
Secure Flag (disabled able to do screen shots in secure apps)
Appreciate a lot your work on this and if I may be so bold maybe one day you can make it possible to adjust the height of the Navigation bar which is way to high in my humble opinion... thanks again sir!
Edit: Working on my Galaxy tab S6 lite with android 13.
Works great on S20+. Thanks!
How to activate the Can't take screenshot due to security policy feature, I didn't see anything?
Enable Secure Flag, and add the app you want to screenshot in the xposed module's white list
My screenshot is unstable. Most of the time it doesn't work the first time. Only the second or even third time. Is there any way to do this? On the A12 version it worked perfectly.
Just installed and would like to say BIG THANKS.
Absolutely the best Samsung customization application!
One question only: where the backup files are stored? I would like to have them available in a file just to copy it to another than phone location.
PS. As @1jkan reported above: screenshot sometimes doesn't work at first shot. For me it's not a big deal as I take a screenshots with power and volume down buttons pressed simultaneously but, indeed with Firefds app it works unstable.
@firefds could you also update regular gravity box. As no one else is fully able to. It would be nice if someone of your skill could bring it up to date.
Works on Samsung Galaxy A71 (SM-A715F), using these options:
Hide Charging Notification
Hide VoLTE icon
Network Speed Menu
High Level Brightness
Disable loud volume warning
Enable screen recording in call
Advanced power menu
Call recording
Disable call number formatting
Called ID and Spam protection
Fake system status
Thanks for making this nice tool

Go to S22 Ultra thread - it is more relevant place to ask your question.
But I can answer here: no, there is no way / solution to remove the warning on Snapdragon S22 Ultra variant.

Hello, cant find camera shutter sound menu option on fold 4 latest firmware.
I whitelisted every app with camera in it.
Call recording and status tweaks are working.
