hi i have a redmi mi 8a and this no fastboot ,no recovery ,no power on, only edl mode when try flash appear need authentication edl ,
Some will have the firehose programmer of this model to be able to skip the EDL authentication and be able to recover phone

My Poco F1 died and I got a little scammed because I purchased another one with a broken display and took its mainboard. Now the phone is locked with an account, I can't unlock it in any way and the seller didn't respond to my request for unlocking the account. I tried with the Mi Unlock Tool, Xiaomi Flash Tool, Xiaomi Tool V2, but it either exits fastboot mode or gives some kind of an error... I can't turn on the USB debugging or unlock the bootloader to install a custom ROM and now I'm in a bad circle. Is there any way to reflash the stock ROM or bypass the account lockout because otherwise this phone is now useless?

you need to connect phone in EDL mode, not fastboot mode. make sure you have installed Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 Drivers.

Hi, after trying to install TWRP recovery through adb the phone got stuck in fastboot mode. Then I tryed to flash stock rom through Mi flash tool. Then the mobile phone wouldn´t turn on. Now ot is in EDL mode. By PC it is recognised as Qualcom COM port. Flashing through Mi Flash or QFIL didn´t work. Could somebody please help me?
