This is not a tutorial, I will not explain how android works or how to flash or how to root. I just want to explain what I did to get my S6 Edge SM-G925X working as a WiFi Phablet.
I'm not responsible when you do something wrong to your device and brick it!
Don't ask for fully functionality - the radio parts on the board are missing and so you will not get mobile calls or sms texts or 2G/3G/4G data connection.
Yesterday I got a S6 Edge LDU (SM-G925X) but was not able to really turn off the retail mode software (even with the right passwords found by google). PingPong root didn't work and CF-auto-root I didn't want to use because of tripping the knox flag (it would not really matter but I didn't want to)
So I decided to replace the ROM with a regular S6 Edge stock rom.
I went to sammobile and downloaded the oldest available German stock firmware for the SM-G925F since I'm from Germany. This version: G925FXXU1AOE3_G925FDBT1AODO_DBT.zip
I took the oldest one since I wanted to try PingPong root later again.
I suppose any other firmware should work as well but when it is to new, PingPong root will fail.
The *.tar.md5 file I renamed to *.tar and removed ALL files inside except these five:
boot.img
cache.img
hidden.img
recovery.img
system.img
I flashed the .tar file with ODIN 3.10.6 (3.9 or 3.10 didn't work).
After that I had a S6 Edge without any retail mode software
Then I used PingPong root to root the device and now I have all options and no annoying retail mode. Fingerprint sensor works good else I tested nothing until now.
Now I enjoy my new cool Phablet device but I'm not really sure whether I love the edges or not
I recommend you to turn on flight mode to save energy since the LDU has no radio hardware but the ROM is for regular S6 Edge and tries to connect to mobile network permanently. You can still use WiFi, NFC, Bluetooth.
Don't ask me to upload this or that or to explain it step by step. You should know what to do from what I wrote here ore leave your device alone! (sorry noobs)

Same here. I'm getting the "complete(write) operation failed" error.
Anyone could help? tried different things suggested on the internet, sadly none of them worked.
Try to delete *.bin files right in tar archive with Total Commander. It has full-featured trial and can modify tar without repacking.
I just bought a S6 Edge LDU (LRX22G.G925XXXU1AOC6_LLK) off ebay in hope of getting rid of the Samsung Retail Mode and using it as a wifi device. I followed instruction that I can find on XDA, but mission has not been successful so far. Here's what I have done.
1. Trying to disable Samsung Retail Mode but failed. Password 5444 or any other passwords that I can find just doesn't work, even the menu in Samsung Retail Mode is different: There is no "“Configuration settings”, instead, there is "Store Settings" which asks for password. Without Samsung Retail Mode disabled, the phone can't be restarted nor power off, and the entire Developer Options is greyed out (which means no USB debugging mode, therefore Odin wont work when the phone is on).
2. Flash modified rom for G925F (G925FXXU1AOE3_G925FDBT1AODO_DBT.zip, with cm.bin and sboot.bin removed) succeeded, but the phone stuck at Samsung Logo page with no light on, it also seems the recovery mode is gone, only download mode is still available.
3. I flashed stock recovery for G925F, G925T with Odin. The flash succeeded, but the phone still stuck at Samsung Logo.
4. I tried to fix it with Smart Switch, but after entering model SM-G925X, then the serial found at the back, the program just close it by itself.
Have you disabled Samsung Retail Mode before you flashed the rom for G925F?
This doesn't work on my g925x. I think it's due to the Factory Reset is still locked by Samsung. It will give "MDM does not allow FactoryReset " message when I was trying to wipe data and factory reset via stock recovery. I was able flash a G925f to the unit which changed the baseband version and Build number to G925F, but retail mode is still there and running.
I also can't find a way to disable Samsung Retail Mode. The password 5444 or galaxy just doesn't work.

how are you able to install g925f? i tried to flash base the first thread. Bricked it and now it doesn't boot up. Which version of the firmware for g925f and did you flash similar to the instruction given by OP?
After trial and error I got it. The demo version i had would not work with any of the passwords that i could find online. There were actually 2 part demo software on it. The only thing that i could get odin to flash to my g925x was cf_auto_root then i downloaded root browser from play store. Then i used root browser to manually delete all whole folders and files that had any reference to demo stuff. That pretty well wiped about 99% of it. Security settings still wouldn't let me do a manual restart, power down or do a factory reset. I still could not get odin to flash any other files until the other day when i found these files . https://www.mediafire.com/folder/79cjpyg0s604p/LDU_FIX . I then tried to flash AP and CP files and they both flashed woot woot (they are still the only ones that I can get to flash) upon reboot I could now do a full factory reset, power down, restart, etc... it has been wiped clean Hope this procedure helps. Let me know .
Thanks for that information. I was able to flash the ap and cp but still stuck on the Galaxy s6 edge live demo boot screen. i can't even go to recovery to do a reset. If i understand correctly, it's power+vol up+ home..it would just go directly to the galaxy edge boot screen.
When i use odin to flash ap and cp, it went successful and i was happy thinking that it will actually boot into lollipop. Bummer..

How long did you wait for it to try to boot ? It takes a while for the first boot after a full flash . Also, did you use cf auto root, if so which one ?

I bought a S6 Edge LDU (LRX22G.G925XXXU1AOC6_LLK) off ebay in hope of getting rid of the Samsung Retail Mode and using it as a wifi device. The retail mode is very annoying : it runs the demo by itself, reset phone to demo mode by itself. No matter what you do to the phone, like install apps, taking pictures, they will be wiped by this retail mode automatically. Plus, the phone can't be restarted nor powered off, and the entire Developer Options is greyed out (which means no USB debugging mode). Moreover, stock recovery can't wipe data/factory reset.
To remove the retail mode, I followed instructions that I can find on XDA, but it hasn't been successful so far. Here's what I have done.
1. I followed those instructions on how to disable Samsung Retail Mode with password 5444 or galaxy or any other password, but none works, even the menu in Samsung Retail Mode is different: There is no "“Configuration settings”, instead, there is "Store Settings" which asks for password.
2. I let the power runs out, then replug power and hold power/home/volume up to enter recovery mode. Wiped cache successfully . But when I tried to wipe data/factory reset, I got message that says:"MDM does not allow FactoryReset". This means factory reset on this device is locked by Samsung. Google shows demo unit from other models has this same issue and can be fixed by flash certain twrp. But it seems no twrp works on G925x yet.
Then I unplug the power to let power runs out, replug power and let the phone go into download mode, and Odin flashed
the tar file modified from G925FXXU1AOE3_G925FDBT1AODO_DBT.zip (with cm.bin and sboot.bin removed)
The flash succeeded, but the phone stuck at Samsung Logo page, it also seems the recovery mode is gone, only download mode is still available. I also Odin flashed tar file modified from T-mobile stock rom, same result. Stock 925F recovery doesn't work.
4. This soft-brick was later restored by flashing the stock recovery for SM-925X extracted from the stock firmware downloaded from a paid website.
link to the file:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=3427316&d=1438623299
5. The search is still on for:
1) Password that can disable Samsung Retail Mode, allow factory reset, or
2) Method to wipe MDM or
3) Custom recovery that works on G925x.
I managed to download files claimed to be the official firmware for SM-G925X. Although Odin flashed failed, but it did restore the Current Binary from Custom to Samsung Official. There are three files in total with name:
BL_G925XXXU1AOC6_LLK_CL4260274_QB4268704_REV02_user_low_ship.tar.md5
CSC_PAP_G925XPAP1AOC6_LLK_CL4260274_QB4268704_REV02_user_low_ship.tar.md5
AP_G925XXXU1AOC6_LLK_CL4260274_QB4268704_REV02_user_low_ship.tar.md5 (this file failed Odin's md5 check)
I managed to restore stock recovery with the files I got and I was able to enter stock recovery mode. When I tried to wipe data/factory reset, I still got message that says:"MDM does not allow FactoryReset".

Hello
can u share those file with us.?
please share that website or files.
I went through this and through a series of trial and error with Odin and apps I got my SM-G925X Live Demo Unit wiped. Developer options are no longer greyed out. I can also do a full factory reset and it knows if there is a sim card in it, but no signal of course
First I installed cf-auto-root smg920f. The 925 version woundn't boot. Auto root was the only file that I could get Odin to install. I then installed root browser from play store and used it to go through all the folders and files and deleted whole folders and files that referenced retail, demo, or anything like that was manually deleted. At times the application would close and I would have to open root browser again and get back to where I left off. it eventually stopped closing at random as more of the demo folders and files were deleted. I eventually got it all deleted. No more retail demo software I still was not able to do a full factory reset due to MDM. I finally found a file today, that Odin would flash to the Phone AP_G925FXXU1AOCV_CL4497415_QB4506175_REV02_user_low_ship.tar.md5 This did the trick, MDM was no longer stopping me from doing a full factory reset and I now had access to developer options as well as the phone telling me there was no sim card in the tray
Hope this helps

Hey, I am having this same issue but my model is SM-G925A. Do you think I would have any issues following these steps? I think that I have an actual live unit with the demo installed. Would this possibly prevent me from using it as an actual phone that could make and receive phone calls?

If it's a full phone unit with retail demo installed then I don't see why it wouldn't work once you clear it out. Have you tried to flash with the AT&T firmware ?? As far as cf-autoroot goes I don't know because I dont have your particular devices firmware you can try the 925 autoroot and if it doesn't boot then just use the 920 and then start deleting the files manually .

Unfortunately I have parted with my S6 Edge LDU so that I don't have chance to test it, but I read someone else reported unsuccessful story using those files in another thread. I'm also not sure how come LDU can be fixed, especially the locked MDM (which prevents factory reset) can be override by flashing an stock AP file. From all my readings, the locked MDM can only be overrided by TWRP. Unfortunately I haven't seen a working TWRP for S6 or Edge LDU yet.

Well... i can do the factory reset because i enabled it in the samsung retail app... but i don't know what does it have to do the locked MDM with the rooting process and installing a rom for g925f for example ?

Guess there are different versions of ldu. Some can be unlocked with password 5444 and M729Q16K8546, others won't accept these passwords. Without factory reset unlocked, you will get a message telling you "MDM doesn't allow factory reset" if you try to do it through stock recovery.
Unlocking ldu involves two tasks, and people can mixed them up:
Task 1. stop/remove retail mode app.
This can be achieved by unlocking with password, root or flash a stock AP.
Task 2. Enable factory reset and unlock the ldu partition, otherwise some program auto run at boot to prepare ldu with or without retail mode app, blocks custom recovery, and cripples android system, etc.
I have seen this is achieved with TWRP on other phones.
If you achieved task 1 with password, then you have high chance achieving task 2.
If you achieved task1 with auto-root-cf, then factory reset is still locked, you will have trouble achieve task 2.
If you achieved task 2 then task 1 is out of the question.
Many may only achieve task1 with auto-root-cf and stuck at task 2.
This will save you 8-12 hours of your time if you are lucky. This means that it also includes the meaningful links of 8-12 hours of searching. Sentences in italic are important. 1 link is for the Odin official website, the rest are re-links back into XDA.
The device in question is a SM-925T Tmobile S6 Edge.
The problem was this. I rooted my phone and messed around with Greenify and the Play store. To prepare for rooting, I allowed unknown downloads, unlocked the bootloader, and turned my security lock off (I had set it to a finger print lock). After I was done rooting, I immediately locked the bootloader again(<--A mistake that caused my bootloop/ soft-brick). After I was finished messing with the above apps (Greenify, etc), I wanted my phone to restart. So I held the Power button and selected restart, while I was on the lock screen (may not be important). I noticed that it took a long time to restart, and upon closer examination, I noticed another error under the "kernel is not seandroid enforcing" (which appears to be natural for rooted phones). The error was "Custom Binary blocked by FRP Lock". It was a new error. I investigated this new problem using the internet , and this dude was panicking like hell, but he didn't appear to fix his problem. He did hint that returning to the bootloader to its locked state was a mistake. Looked a bit more and this guy pointed to another thread, which introduced me to flashing and more importantly his fix, which was to flash the stock 5.1.1 image through odin. He used this link, which contains all the stock firmware for the majority of the new Samsung S6 and S6 edge versions. To make a long story short, most of these fixes involved flashing your firmware to the stock version. So I went to the Odin Website, and downloaded every version, as a couple threads have said that different versions worked for them. Here is a thread with everything you need for Odin. Now, after sorting through and finding micro USB cables that are detectable by Odin, an important step because Odin might develop a pattern of detecting then failing to detect your device through that cable, and testing all the usb 2.0 ports, I was ready, and had Odin with my stock firmware. Odin kept saying "NAND Write", then in the next line "FAIL". This was annoying as Odin wouldn't detect my device again unless I unplugged it, restarted it to download mode, then restarted Odin before plugging it back in. I got confused and found links for somehow fixing the .tar files, stock roms, .pit files (DO NOT MESS AROUND WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT THOSE THINGS DO), and other threads/websites that say to boot into recovery mode , factory reset, then wipe your cache. I could only do that once. After me messing around with all of the above file variants and supposed fixes to help with my issue, I couldn't boot into recovery mode, it got stuck on the "Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge" logo. It did not fix the NAND write failing. There however, are a lot of websites allowing you to download stock software for your phones, and I don't think I can link them as it might break a rule. Surprisingly, some have claimed that using a stock file for another device worked to fix their problem. This thread, which convinced me to use Smart Switch when it failed for everyone else, was very useful, although I recommend downloading Smart Switch from the official website of Samsung. None of the Odin flashing had worked so far, including the Roms and .pit files so I tried Smart Switch. I opened it, and upon selecting the "more" tab on the upper right corner, a bunch of tabs drop down. One should be "Emergency Software recovery and initialization". I had to find my S / N (Serial) number, and I was very confused on how to obtain that number as I was locked out. But to obtain it, do the same process to boot into download (hold volume down, home key, and power key), but stay on the prompt and don't go to the screen that has the word download in the middle. Don't do anything other then reaching the prompt confirming if you want to install a custom ROM. Then, press the home key and it should show your S / N number along with your IMEI number. Once I imputed the code I saw on my phone into Smart Switch, it told me to connect the device. Now, by this time, I realized that Odin only detects my device if it is actually in the download screen. Why shouldn't my computer? I booted into Download on my phone and followed the steps on my computer, making sure that the computer can recognize my phone while it is using a valid USB port and Cable. And after some waiting, for me, my problem was fixed and I could use my phone again, it reverted to it's out-of-box state. I hope this drawn out but very specific explanation helps you guys. It's my first post And also, this thread confirms that you can use a USB hub for flashing(at least for ROMS), Smart Switch, and for rooting.
Thank you for this detailed account, however nothing of the above has worked for me. Odin won't flash the firmware of 5.0.2 (and I tried 5.1.1) and Smart switch does not recognize the device to do anything. BTW phone has been rooted for months and last night decided to turn on its FRP lock randomly and now I'm stuck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Explain throughly what you have tried. Especially different ports, cables, and computers. Did you have the right device drivers? Did you do anything else?
I followed your footsteps and and the step where it has to show me the S/No and IMEI, it only shows IMEI number. I am unable to find the S/NO any suggestions?

press vol down home keys and power key once you get to the first blue screen release vol and power keep holdind home but I already tried smart swich didn't help
5.1.1 has FRP lock auto turned on whenever you have a google account on the device... This is probably going to cause a lot of problems with all newer devices that get rooted. I even tried removing all google accounts, flashed recovery and flashed boot img back to stock after rooting and still FRP was bricking the device. I got supersu onto the device, all working fine for a 3rd time, as soon as I added a google account onto my device and restarted, it was FRP lock blocked and soft bricked again.... I used kies to restore to factory again, re-rooted it for the 4th time when I finally discovered an option in developer options called OEM unlock, Turning OEM unlock on turns off the FRP lock security feature.
My conclusion, If your going to root 5.1.1 make sure you remove all accounts from the device first, do not change google passwords for 72 hours prior to rooting, once rooted, YOU MUST TURN OEM Unlock ON in settings>developer options before adding any google accounts to the device.
Hi everyone!
I also got a Samsung S6 Edge + from a friend with custom binary blocked by FRP. I don't know what he was planning to do but I guess it was rooting.
He said he want me to backup any files before I try anything. Don't know how to proceed. But as suggestion, I want to ask if using "fastboot oem unlock" command would fix that.

I'm pretty sure fastboot isn't for Samsung devices. Hard to back up any files u less you can get into TWRP or the phone. If you flash stock firmware is highly likely the files will be wiped

There is no TWRP recovery on the phone. Yeah you're right about backing up files. I don't even know how to proceed and I can tell you I have huge experience on that stuff, rooting flashing custom recoveries and roms, etc... but in this case, I can't say if files can be backed up.

The only way is to 're flash the exact same firmware he is currently using now using the 5 files firmware package. But yo ensure csc_home is used so the data will not be wiped.

Thank you for you reply.
Please can you tell me where I can find such software or how to do it clearly! I know how to use Odin but I don't know how to exclude user_data to be wiped. Thank you

Thank you thank you thank you!!! This is exactly what I was looking for I had just rooted my note 4 running 6.0.1 and had no idea what the oem option was as no rooting method talked about it at all so naturally as soon as i added my Google account phone restarted and locked up.
Kies was the answer I needed as frp lock was active in download mode and my factory reset in recovery failed everytime but running Kies firmware upgrade and entering my model and serial number it installed perfectly in download mode with frp lock still active saved me alot of hassle ?
Hi all,
I'm trying to fix my friends Samsung Galaxy s6 SG-G925f which got itself in a bootloop. He hasn't flashed any roms, or rooted,... he's not too tech savvy, it happened by itself. I figured this would be an easy one, cause I could still get into download mode (impossible to get into recovery). So I downloaded the original firmware from sammobile (slow) for the 925F in Belgium, but as you can guess that didn't work. Odin failed flashing it.
I tried so many different things since then:
Different android versions that were listed on sammobile.
Tried flashing different recoveries, on which odin failed as well or reported that "recovery was not seandroid enforcing" following by a bootloop
Tried messing with the pit (ZEROLTE_EUR_OPEN_HIDDEN200M.pit), which finally made odin complete a firmware flash, but still no cigar.
I have read stuff about doh 6 and doi1, but I don't really understand any of it, not even sure if it applies to a Belgian phone.
Download mode reports:
SM-G925F
CURRENT BINARY: Custom (I have been able to change this to stock, but that's all it did)
REACTIVATION LOCK: OFF
SYSTEM STATUS: CUSTOM
Secure Download: Enabled
KNOX WARRANTY VOID: 1 (0x020c)
RP SWREV: B:3 K:2 S:2
After an entire day, I haven't gone past the galaxy s bootscreen, haven't been able to enter any recovery mode, oh yeah and samsung smart switch emergency recovery failed as well.
I have fixed many different phones, just by reading on xda, but I'm really at a loss with this one. I would really appreciate some help!
Thanks a bunch
Kind regards
I have the exact same issue posted here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s6-edge/help/soft-brick-s6-edge-g925i-t3346589
Well, I haven't been able to boot a single rom/recovery...
Flash these 3 things through Odin;
Make sure you use the correct Odin version (3.10.7)
925F Bootloader (BL)
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24459283995301219
925F Modem (CP)

TWRP by arter97 (AP)
http://www.arter97.com/browse/S6/ke...r97-recovery-g925fi-13.0-twrp_3.0.0-0.tar.md5
Flash this ROM with optional Add on package for the bloat.

You should be up and running in no time.
Merci Michiel!
But sadly, that didn't work either. (I already tried flashing those files yesterday, did it again today) Still a bootloop, unable to get into recovery, I only see the samsung galaxy logo, with the red 'recovery is not seandroid enforcing).
Something weird just happened as well: samsung smart switch actually finished the emergency recovery without any error; said the device would reboot and that i had to reconnect it. I was overjoyed, but of course, you guessed it; nothing changed!
I should maybe also mention, that when I unplug the phone from the computer, the samsung logo appears once or twice and then stops. The phone becomes completely unresponsive until I hook it back up to the pc or charger.
This is not looking good, is it?
Don't worry. Will probably have something to do with your PIT file. Do you know your CSC code?
Well, I was also thinking it might have to do with the pit. I don't know where to find my csc, although smart switch had a pop up I copied that said: PDA: pb2 csc pb2 phone pbp. Don't know if this is what I need? Thanks a lot for the reassuring advice!
Hmmm... Where did you buy your phone?
Well, it's a friends phone, I don't exactly know where he bought it, but I think at Vandenborre. Although I also recall seeing (lux) somewhere in smart switch, does that mean it's bought in Luxemburg? Does this matter for the PIT file?
I just tried the latest MM from here: http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/database/SM-G925F/PRO/
, but removed the hidden.img from the tar, no luck either...
Tried a couple of different PIT files as well, using the pit menu in odin and also tried putting them in the tar as suggested in a couple of posts. Nothing..
If nothing goes I will buy it for 50€.
No, it's not bought in Luxembourg but Vandenborre uses phones with LUX CSC. Don't ask me why.
Did you try;
SM-G925F OXA multi CSC ( BTU CPW DBT ITV KOR NEE XEF XEO XEU ) ZEROLTE_EUR_OPEN.pit?
Yep, that didn't work either, I'm going to try all the different PIT's on this website:
http://www.sammobile.com/forum/showthread.php?t=30136
Should I flash the bootloader, CP file and arter recovery with these pits, is it necessary to unpack them and add the pit file to the tar?
Could you send me the IMEI and/or SN by PM? Then I will see what the exact CSC and official firmware is.
Thanks a bunch for your help in this thread!
Still having no luck booting in any kind of operating system or recovery, although I've tried tons of different firmwares, PIT files, 4 versions of odin, and a dozen of smart recoveries. Stuck in bootloop and the only thing I can change is having the "recovery was not seandroid enforcing" message appear or disappear (without ever being able to enter in recovery). And sometimes the galaxy logo makes place for a blue screen telling me to use samsung smart recovery.
With the help of Michiel, I've found out it's a LUX version and Smart Switch Recovery shows a pop up saying:
"Initialized version: : PDAB2 / CSCB2 / PHONEBP (LUX)"
So I've flashed this firmware: G925FXXS3DPB2_G925FLUX3DPB2_G925FXXU3DPBP_HOME.tar.md5, but still nothing!!
Only explanation I can think of right now is that the above file doesn't contain a CSC/PIT and that the LUX version uses an unique PIT file? Is that even possible?
Same issue here
Have same issue , only "Boot Loop" and D.Mode, any recovery my G925F accept.
Tried a very Big lot of Stock fw, recovery, Custom Recovery, Repair Fw, but nothing get in recovery or boot up this phone.
My configuraction is this in D.Mode:

Current Binary: Samsunf Official
System Status: Custom
Reactivaction Lock: OFF
Security Download : Enabled
Knox Warranty Void: 1 (0X0304)

Also i flash with Smartswitch his Original MM 6.0.1 "Wind ITV" get success but always in Boot Loop and very strange that this configuraction: "System Status: Custom", not turn back Official how will to be.
I know that is G925F branded Wind ITV, but have also flashed with 4 part file extract from "Smartswitch", (Tip of Zip in Temp folder), where there's also his PIT but nothing change
Honestly?, is the first time i cannot repair one S6/S6Edge....have also many Professional tool but useless for solve this issue.
So, since i've seen many users in the web with same issue, i hope that anybody can help we all to suggest what haven't tryed and finally understand where can be the real problem.:good:
If can help, have say me that can be one HW issue, some IC damaged but is very dangerous replace or rehoot these components...
Other expert have say me that can happen when try with "chimera Tool" tryng to repair Boot and have this result, i not know if in this one is been done it, this phone is of one my friend that love put his handles where not know...
Any Expert here can be of help?
So, this is my first ever thread, please dont judge me my english's not so well.
So let me tell ya' all what happened.
My cousin gave me his S8 (G950FD) and told me he got locked out of his phone with google verification. He forgot email and pass to his google account. So i looked for every way possible to bypass it, and i had only one option i.e. to go for odin firmware installation. So i grabbed all files and started. Odin showed fail. All the files were correctly selected and check marks were okay too, so i saw that on phone in downloading mode, it showed sm kinda error related to bootloader, so i removed the BL file and rest of the firmware got installed. And then when the phone started, it showed error under installing updates and went to recovery mode. I tried everything there, from factory reset to data chache reset, NOTHING is Working. I even tried my best to install a BL on phone but nothing worked. I tried the trick of closing downloading mode and going back, that didnt work. I tried patched versions of odin, that also didnt work. So I GAVE UP AND CAME HERE. Can any1 plz help me wd this? I cant install the BL and the phone is in recovery mode forever!
P.s: i tried smart switch and kies ERT and it didnt work either.
Hi , if you are unable to put your phone into Download mode , dry out your battery completely to 0% also probably you are usingwrong firmware version for diferent region .
Try to flash this Combinated firmware , if it fails send me 7 and 8 number from imei .
