Hello, I need to install recovery on my phone, downloading TWRP from the official site. Successfully flash, but my recovery does not work. Bootloader I'm unlocked. I've tried multiple versions but still the same. Will anyone please advise what to do with this? Thanks
Heyyo, hmm are you following a guide such as this one?
https://forum.xda-developers.com/le-max-2/how-to/protocol-backup-stock-rom-flash-stock-t3517151
That's what I followed for my x829 and it worked flawlessly for me
I have already tried this according to these instructions. Still the same result, recovery can not control. Extract from cmd, am I doing something wrong?

Fastboot boot =/= fastboot flash
Fastboot boot is a temporary attempt to boot from your recovery image - once you end the session, you are still just working on stock recovery. You need to do fastboot flash recovery rec.img or whatever the filename is. Boot is intended to ensure compatibility before full installation.
It still does not work to do what I do... I install the Recovery, but I do not want to click anything on it...
Install this https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=457095661767101877
It does not help, I still can not control recovery... I do not know what to do anymore.

I am almost sure that you have flashed the recovery image in the boot partition !
You have do that fastboot flash boot recovery.img instead of fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
To have your phone working, just flash the attached boot.img : fastboot flash boot boot.alpha.x.img

Please help
For some reason, few cases present the generic and ugly message of bootloader unlocked, and not the original of Xiaomi and here I have the solution.
If you have a uggly bootloader message, like this:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
And you want the common image with a padlock, similar to this (but not the same):
You only need follow the next simple instructions, you have 2 ways to do.
First way - ADB Recommended
1. Install or download adb from here.
2. Conect your phone on fastboot mode.
3. Download and extract the attachment file on the same folder than adb.
4. In the same folder of adb, open a terminal (cmd, powershell) and type: "fastboot flash logo logo.img" (without quotation marks obviously).
Second way - TWRP CN
1. You need the TWRP CN (not multilanguage).
2. Download the attachment file, unzip and put on your internal memory.
3. Reboot on TWRP.
4 Choose "IMG" on the install section.
5. Select the logo.img and fhash.
I hope it will be you useful.
Hello dear
My device: RMN9s (Vietnam Global Version)
Status: Unlocked bootloader
Below is instruction which worked for me when I update from 11.0.3 fastboot india global to 11.0.5 fastboot india global
REMEMBER: Do a full backup data of your device before doing this
1. Turn off find my phone, mi cloud, passcode, fingerprint ...
2. Reboot to FASTBOOT to prepare flash fastboot rom.
3. Use XiaomiADBFastbootTools to flash rom with setting UPDATE (https://github.com/Szaki/XiaomiADBFastbootTools)

}
4. Wait for it then phone will reboot with your data untouched
Note:
Download fastboot rom here: https://mifirm.net/model/curtana.ttt
Have not tried to flash Fastboot Global to Fastboot India Global
I think the best is only update with the same type of ROM (Global-Global, India-India, China-China)
Do not try to downgrade from higher version to lower version, this will cause to brick your device
Again, Happy flashing and update
