Okay so after having tried several guides, apps hacks and what nots, I couldn't get GPay to work here in India.
However after some more fiddling around I ended up getting access to rather easily than expected.
I'd straight away get to the steps.
1. Download this apk.
2. Install this on watch using whatever method you guys been using to sideloaded APKs to watch.
3. Install tunnel bear vpn (or any other if you prefer)
4. Select US server in VPN app. Make sure you're connected.
5. Open the just installed GPay app in the watch and complete the setup and add a new card.
(Mine got stuck at selecting Google account for some time but then got through after switching VPN off, dunno what's actually going on)
6. Once setup is complete, you should see your card in GPay, and the GPay qs tile available.
Note: Though I've successfully added the card, I haven't tried payment yet, I'll update about it soon. Though it should work 99% since my card is shown in the GPay app.
Note 2: After the setup, I disconnected vpn and have been using my watch and phone without vpn and proxy.
With wifi and Bluetooth both enabled, and still haven't lost GPay app. Even after reboot. So hopefully it stays.

Hey I'm unable to install that apk, it's telling that I'm trying to downgrade the version? Is it because gpay is already in my watch, but disabled?

Yep. Install "GPay enabler" available in watch play store. It'll let you enable the app if it's already installed but disabled.

No it's working already tried that, that app removed from play store, sideloaded it, didn't work. But however found another way, instead of installing gpay, just reset the watch and while setting it up, switch on US vpn on mobile. Even working after reboot.
Omg dude, you helped me so much. In my ****ry it wasn't available on watch4. Bought the damn watch because of google wear and google pay support.
Sruggled few times. But finally got it working without VPN. Tried with VPN but it didn't help.
Downloaded the app you specified. After that updated the app with google play one.
And after it showed up in the app list.
Restarted the phone. Worked. Dude you saved me. Was loosing hope already. In few days will try to use it. hopefully it will work
Saved my ass
good luck to all!

Got the app installed. Enabled gpay, but not helping as much as I hoped. VPN doesn't help.
Maybe some other tips for watch 4? Edit2: card tile is avaliable, but does not register when trying to pay. Just says that try again on the terminal.
Will this work on Galaxy watch 4? Has anyone tried this on watch 4?
Any words whether after this LTE wont work in the purchased country? Could someone confirm if lte and google pay both work?

Hi,
I regret that I read your answer late. I have tried changing the CSC to SER (Russia) in hopes of getting the Samsung pay and ecg blood pressure features. But I later realized that those apps need to install a companion app in the phone and those are region locked and couldn't install on phone. I wonder how you get the Samsung pay to work. Also when I tried to change the csc back to INS (default) it didn't show that option at all, can you verify whether you're getting csc selector by running the command *#272*imei# ?

You can change CSC only once. There is no option to go back. At least for now. If I learn trick to change, i will let you know.
You are correct, you would need companion app for ECG and Spay. but those APKs are easily available on net. Search for Spay Phone companion apk and install on phone. That's how I was able to make Spay work,
Fo ecg, bp, follow @Dante63 trend on SGW4 page.

I have just installed the health monitor from following @Dante63.
Now trying to install g pay via the hacks on xda.
Since I'm on the Russian region, I have S pay in watch by default but when it tries to connect to phone, it directly goes to play store to install Spay watch plugin which is not available in India. Can you share where/how you installed this plugin app on your phone?

Hi people,
Just sharing the steps I've tried to install and set up Samsung pay on my galaxy watch with my samsung phone.
Prerequisites:
I've setup the CSC to SER (Russia) region using the IMEI code, where Samsung pay is available for the Watch 4. I've downloaded the latest available samsung pay watch plugin - https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/samsu...ch-plug-in-2-6-88-20006-android-apk-download/ and also setup remote debugging by following this article - https://android.gadgethacks.com/how...-one-ui-3-0-its-actually-pretty-easy-0384228/
Once that is done, simply copy the downloaded apk to the adb directory and using the command to install the plugin to your phone.
adb install <apk-name>
Click to collapse
Once that's done, open Samsung pay on the watch and choose proceed on phone, this should install the plugin app in the phone. Since I use the Russian region in the watch, I got the terms and conditions on Russian and then I was able to add my Indian debit card to the watch. Now, long press the back button to launch the Samsung pay to initiate the payment.
I tried the google pay app using the steps over here -https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/google-pay-unsupported-country-will-app-will-be-pre-installed.4325033/page-2#post-85581263, but it keeps on disabling and when I enable it, I get a message saying its not available in my region despite having it setup. But, when I again tried to uninstall and reinstall with the steps and the card is available. Some say that if we make a payment with google pay, the app don't disappear, yet to do that. Will update once I go to a store nearby.

S pay worked well, G pay for disabled before I got out to a shop. So sticking with S pay. It was cool showing the watch to the terminal, the guys were simply staring like they are seeing alien tech.
Good thing that ny existing S pay application on my phone didn't got affected in any way. I still put on a magic show to those old machines using MST and S pay.

Absolutely. Using Spay on watch is fun. No internet, no bluetooth, simple NFC works and it's super convenient.
It would have good to get Phone SPay connected to Watch Spay, as you lose points on using Spay on Watch. But again convenience matters

Getting a msg saying not supported in your country yet!.Any workaround for this pl
Related
Hi guys,
I have been following xda-forums for a while now and it has been really helpful in solving issues reg. app / OS / etc. Keep the good work up.
My Galaxy tab 10.1 has issues in the market place, I am not able to find few apps in Android Market (app) which could b found while accessing from the Browser. For Example, lets say "Google Earth" or "Google Chrome to Phone", when I try to install them from the browser, I get a pop-up "This item cannot be installed on your country".
Why does android market hide apps and why am i not able to install them inspite of living in India, which is supported according to android market's website ?
I bought by tab in US and currently using it in India. Can this be the reason ?
Thanks in Advance Guys,
-Vick
You need to clear the data in the Market app and use a VPN connection
Thanks blue13x, but can u guide me how to clear the data in the Market app and setup a VPN connection ?
I think the problem is with the account you set up. The same happened to me because I have a Canadian market account. If you have a US credit card, you certainly can set up a US account for your Google checkout. Otherwise, you cannot bypass the location check when choosing apps. Once you have set up a US account, regardless of where you physically are, you can download all apps available in the US market. I find the best way to do this is logging in to Android Market on your computer and choose whatever you like. They will be downloaded to your tab automatically. The plus side is that Market also checks compatibility for you, which the version of Market on your tab won't.
If you only have an Indian credit card, then you are out of luck my friend, I am afraid.
US Credit Card not mandatory
Hello,
I am also facing the same problem as I purchased my Galaxy Tab from US and I am now using it in Egypt.
I first changed my country in my Google account >> didn't work
Then I created a Google Checkout account with my "Egyptian" credit card but with an address in the US >> it worked BUT the Android Market issue still the same !!
Can I change country settings from within the Galaxy Tab itself ?
Guys, I have the same problem, the 7" had the market enabler to trick the GSM network
Now with the 10.1 wifi, u shud use a vpn, buy one from WiTopia, I just recommend it cuz I ve been using it on my tabs, PC's etc....
Now you get a vpn, u can present in any country u want now I look as am i n the US, but I can move to Europe or Asia anytime with my vpn, virtually
PS I live now in Qatar
Sabba7 to my Egyptian friend over here
Sent from my GT-P7510 using XDA Premium App
Sabba7 ya gennoz !
A friend just sent me Market Access app but I did not try it yet.
I just can't figure how the galaxy tab recognized the location is not USA.
So how much is this VPN from WiTopia ?
The same here, in Russia. What if set up my google checkout account with US card, will it help? I dont want to use VPN. Also, may be there is just some market enabler patch around?
You can use market access - and it should be on boot
Sent from my GT-P7500 using XDA App
I tried market enabler with no luck
Not just outside the US
bought my galaxy tab in ohio and use it in ohio. I get the same problems regarding not being able to install in your country. I have, however, been able to download the same apps from the android marketplace website. I reported the problem to google market tech support but their answer didn't work. Needs to be fixe

Hi
Thank you for your reply. If you are not able to remove updates, your Market app or your device is reporting your location incorrectly. This could be due to the Market being corrupt, or some other issue with your device. For support with your device, I recommend you contact the manufacturer or carrier directly. I have provided a link to both below for your convenience:
Sprint:
Samsung
To resolve issues with the Market, I recommend you perform a factory reset on your device. Please note that this will reset your device to its original state. While your media content (photos, music, etc.) will not be deleted from the SD card, applications and their related data will be uninstalled.
Before the factory reset, make sure that your contacts are synced to your Google account by signing into Gmail from a computer and verifying if your contacts appear there. If your contacts are not synced, then I recommend updating your sync settings at Settings > Accounts and Sync and choosing either AutoSync or touching the account you would like to sync and choosing "Sync Contacts."
Along with syncing contacts, please back up any important application data and/or settings by navigating to Settings > Privacy and selecting "Back up my data'"and "Automatic restore."
To perform a factory reset:
1) Go to Home > Menu > Settings > Privacy 2) Press "Factory data reset" 3) Press "Reset tablet"
After you perform the factory reset, make sure you sign into your device with the same primary Google Account you were using before. If you have any questions or concerns before performing the reset, or if doing so does not resolve the issue, please let me know so I can continue to investigate the issue.

Country issues with Galaxy Tab 10.1
Hello!
I am new to all of this, but can relate to what all of you are saying about the Galaxy Tab 10.1.
I bought one in New York and the Samsung agent at Best Buy told me I would have no issues with it at all. Wherever there was wi-fi, I would be able to use the device without any problems. He also told me I would have a world-wide warranty.
However, I too am having issues with Market and the ability to install "UK based" apps, for example BBC iPlayer, or Beebplayer. It tells me this app cannot be installed in your country. Now Market won't load at all.
I also tried to register my device on the Samsung website, but without success. I called Samsung and they told me the device is not supported in the UK. Any device with a model number beginning in "GT-P" won't be supported apparently.
If I had any idea that I would have such issues, I may not have bought one at all.
Is anybody any further on in figuring out how to get the device to recognise the country it is being used in? I am happy to do a factory reset as I don't have anything on the device yet, but would this action help it "think" it was living in the UK!!? OR, can the creation of a UK Google account fix the problem?
Best Regards,

Yes, market enabler will not work with the wifi only version of the GT. There needs to be some modification of the build.prop file or you can get around it by clearing the market apps cache and using the vpn method described above.
1: rooted tab 10.1
2: cleared all caches including advanced with power/volume menus
3: Even with vpn was being blocked by the out of country message
4: set clocks in all routers/modums and the galaxy tab to same time zone as vpn server (some sites track your time zone).
5: repowered router
6: changed vpn server location
I had cleared caches previously so I don't think that was it but one or more of the other steps fixed my problem and I have full access to market
If you have trouble with your market account sign in, go to web --samsungdive.com --and reset your account there, then return to Tab and reenter account data.
I kind of ran into a version of this problem, but with some apps that would not accept US currency on Google Checkout. Since you can only use a credit card, and mine won't allow out of US transactions I was stuck.
ADWLauncher folks directed me to AndroidPIT.com. They don't have everything, but what is available can be downloaded as APK and you can use paypal and other payment methods.
Worth a shot for some things.

Modaco posted instructions a while ago RE using the Amazon Android app store from outside the US, might be worth trying similar steps for the Google Market.
http://android.modaco.com/topic/336...tore-from-outside-the-us-including-paid-apps/
Amazon's Appstore for Android does not seem to have this problem and will allow me to purchase and install from China whereas Market will not. Amazon does not have quite the full selection as Market, but I have been able to find almost everything I wanted there.
guys i am facing this issue
i tried everything from apps like market enabler to US vpn and US credit card. nothing changes. Many times i cleared market data without success.
still cannot install apps. It says item cannot be installed in your country !!
please someone help.
my solution for full market access
actually when you think about it, the very first possibility that the system can identify your location is through the internet connection.
So here is what I do;
0. In order for all the following procedures to work, you should have already set all the location parameters to US in your Google Account settings on the web. (Google Checkout, Calendar, Profile address, etc.)
1. Disconnect your tablet's wifi from the default access point (forget the connection)
2. Switch off your wifi connection, wipe the cache and data of the Market app, remove your Google account from the tablet's settings and restart your tablet
3. Then on your mobile phone switch off all the internet connections (wifi & mobile data) and restart your phone
4. After your phone turns on, the first thing you should do is to fake a US provider on the Market Enabler; after that you can enable the mobile data connection for internet access... but not the wifi. (we are avoiding as much as we can for our real ip not to appear on the other side)
5. On your mobile phone settings enable the "wifi hotspot"; which will be the access point for our tablet.
6. On your tablet fake a US provider with Market Enabler, as well... after that switch on your wifi and connect to your phone's mobile internet through wifi.
7. After the connection established launch the Market app; as you have your Google account removed before hand, it will ask you to sign in... do so and wait for the legal aggreement pop-up to appear. If you can see the terms "Google Book" and "Youtube" in this pop-up window, that will be the first clue that you have unlocked the full market access.
8. Confirm the aggreement and wait for all the market tabs to appear (Apps, Books, Movies)
As to my experience, the system is registering your location when you first set up your Google account on your tablet... and keeps it later on. That's why, no matter how many times you restart, wipe and/or redo fake procedures it doesn't help.
So, vital thing is to have the right conditions set before kicking your Google account on the tablet.
Hope this could do the trick for you all.

My tablet was purchased in US, I have a Google Apps US account with a US credit card. When I activated the device, I was in Canada. How do I make it revert to US? My Internet connection is in Canada with a US VPN.
I don't see any option to reset my SamsungDive account? Not to mention it displays 2 tablets there. The first tablet was the 16GB one that I exchanged for a 32GB model. Both tablets were purchased in US.
When I go to Android Market, I see Netflix listed, but when I try to install it, I get the message: "This item cannot be installed in your device's country." Thanks for your help.
I was able to use Amazon App store to get the daily free apps outside of the US until last week with US address and credit card sign in, but now I cannot any longer. I get that because of my geographical location I cannot purchase an app. I have to be using a US based IP in order to download. This is new and I will be greatfull if there is any info regarding this "problem"

The same thing here regarding the updates. May be we can spoof the IP on a computer and buy them from amazon.com straight. After that just install them on the phone or tab.
It worked. I downloaded Hotspot Shield and faked my IP on the computer. Signed -in in Amazon.com with my computer and got the free app for the day (Sound Sleep). After just used the amazon appstore on my phone and downloaded and installed it the already "purchased" app. It works for now.
@elena
Thanks worked for me

Just tried it on my PC, its not working, still getting the same message, and apparently for some reason amazon.com is still detecting I am in Canada (I get the "shopping from Canada banner").
Strange that hotspotshield is indeed working (verified my IP using several methods and even got region locked hulu to work without a problem).
Any insights ?

It didn't work for me (although I guess it should have), maybe because I tried to logon without the proxy first and it flagged my account somehow? Even in Chrome's Anonymous it didn't work. Also checked my ip and hotspot shield was working.
It was fine 'till some days ago, with almost 200 free apps downloaded.
Use a US based proxy & set this in your browser settings.
Use VPN
You can set up and account with a free VPN server in the USA and then start that before going to the Amazon site. The SGS2 can also use the VPN you set up so that you can get there from the phone also.
Regards,
John.
yeah... you can use RaptorVPN... you can configure it on your phone and then download the apps.
I finally got it to work again in the phone, using Orbot and this config:

I am completely new to android and am getting my android phone on Sunday.
[1] I have visited the Webpage of Android market and tried installing sum free apps. It tells me to sign-in. When I sign-in I get the message “There are no Android phones associated with this account. Please sign in with a different account.”
Now, how can I add a phone to this account? I tried in settings but no option to add a phone anywhere…
[2] Once, I sort the Login issue, I believe it directly sends App to phone. Now wht if I have to download App/games on my PC and transfer it to my mobile manually. I am saying this as I don’t have any data plan on my mobile and I prefer to download to PC 1st and later to mobile.
PS: I am an orkut user and hence I am using the username/pass of orkut. Do I need to create a new acc. For my phone?
when you get your phone it will prompt you to set up or sign in with a googlemail account. Once youve done this you will have a phone associated with that email. You can either then use the market on the phone or sign in with this email on the web based market. On the web based one when you click install it will automatically install on your phone.
Im not aware of anyway of downloading from official market to your pc to transfer manually. You can do this with some other programs, i.e some games companies let you download it to pc but to my knowledge thats not possible on the official market. I dont use the web based one a lot though so i may be wrong
i can use more replies !!
Okay, well you can't 'add' a phone to your account - you need to get the phone and enter your account details into the phone, then it will show up on the Android Marketplace website.
You're right in thinking it sends the apps straight to the phone, and I don't know of any way to download an app to your PC to transfer to the phone. However your phone will have a wi-fi feature, so just connect it to your local wifi hotspot and you can download the apps without having to pay data charges
I'm afraid I have no idea about the Orkut thing, though...

I agree with the other posters, just use wifi and you will be fine! If you dont have a wifi hotspot just go to a restaurant or mall that has free wifi and setup your phone there.
You will need a gmail account to activate the market on your phone.
Googles Android market does not provide a way for you to download apps to your PC. You can however copy them from the phone if you gain root access.

You can copy them out even without root access. Just use a file explorer like File Expert which lets you back up the apps to APK files.
Thx for the above replies
I have some new queries, if I change my phone/hard reset, whts the way to install all paid app without downloading again? – As the above member have suggested I have to take backup using something like “File Expert” ? Does it take backup on to PC ?
For any purchased app/games the developer provide update for how long? Where to see this info.
Rooting a phone can ever- delete Messages, Phone numbers, installed Apps ?
As Note is having Wifi-Direct, can i just use a "USB-Wifi dongle" on my PC and connect to my phone OR will i have to buy a router compulsary ? ( I intend to play big files more than 4GB and surf internet )
it's just a mega synchro...
If you synchro your google account, you have contact, mail, ... etc in distant server, so when you flash or reset data when you put again your google account it take all back automaticly.
You can use WiFi for shared files with your computer. It's better with a router but it's possible with dongle.
Hi,
As you all know in little to no time all unlockers and enablers ceased to work and with them the ability to see all paid and free apps on Google market. Market Enabler/Unlocker worked on principle of changing MCC code in your device and thus faking your country of origin. The only thing required was root access.
In the meantime Google updated its Google Play app and servers and thus disabling the function of those apps.
The solution i'm using doesn't require root access and is working for now and i believe that it could work for a long time because of the method.
And the method is rather simple By using VPN your phone gets new IP address, preferably from US or UK, and thus allowing you to use the google market to its full potential
VPN stands for Virtual Private Network and works on a principle of intermediation where between you and target host sits another VPN host which redirects your requests and thus making target host think that it is you instead of the VPN host..(confusing right )
Maybe a picture will help a little:

Right, now that we got that covered, on to a solution..In order to use VPN service in your phone you need to configure the phone or to download and install VPN client software. There are a lot of companies offering VPN service for free or for a monthly, yearly subscription. Do note that free services have their limitations like caped download and upload speed, monthly or daily quotas and similar. I will list here some of them so you can try and see which one works for you.
1) http://www.tunnelbear.com/ (has its VPN app on market: http://goo.gl/QN969 )
2) http://www.anchorfree.com/ (has its VPN app on market: http://goo.gl/lcMtT ) (NOTE: their free app uses AirPush ad, you need to install and run Airpush opt out app: http://goo.gl/69JvV to disable those ads)
3) http://www.vpnoneclick.com/index.html (has its VPN app on market: http://goo.gl/KGLPV )
4) https://cyberghostvpn.com/en/surf-anonym.html
5) http://www.securitykiss.com/
6) http://www.justfreevpn.com/
The last three don't have their client apps on market so you have to manually configure your phone with their parameters. Configuration is done in Settings > Wireless & networks > VPN
When you install and start apps or configure your phone next thing you need to do is: (example is for TunnelBear and Hot Spot Shield)
1) Start TunnelBear and select US or UK: Start Hot Spot Shield and click on Start protection, skip to 3
2) Click on Turn ON
3) Exit to main screen by pressing Home button on your phone
4) Go into Settings > Application , find Google Play Store tap on it and tap on Clear data
5) Exit to main screen, enter menu start Play Store and accept the statement
6) Finished
Alternatively you can exit Play Store now and Turn OFF TunnelBear if you are using it (because it has 500MB of free monthly quota) and enter again Play Store and you should still see paid apps for some time after which you could repeat the process. If you are using Hot Spot Shield then no need for that because they offer unlimited VPN bandwidth.
More clearly explained (by yeremiya)
Here's what you do in order to cache the location in your own play store:
1) Clear Play Store data
2) Start up your VPN connection
3) Open up Play Store, accept the prompt (at this point, wait until it's done loading at least the first page if your VPN is slow)
4) Exit Play Store (using back button)
5) Disconnect VPN
6) Run the Play Store again (without clearing data this time!)
7) Enjoy your full Play Store access with your own IP. No more slow VPN, yay!

They are good. But the VPN works for the entire device, we can't choose an app in particular with Hot Spot Shield or VPN One Click.
TunnelBear can select a precise app but it's limited to 500mb as you said.
Finnaly I take this last one
Envoyé depuis mon GT-I9300
+1 for the idea and graphic, but it doesn't work for me.
Doesn't work in Taiwan. I have tried 4 VPN apps (all of the ones mentioned above). I have even tried using Market Enabler on top of the VPN but that didn't work either. I'm not getting in at all!
Works like a charm
I've tried a few methods from the OP, and most of them are working very easily. Some people are still having problems, but than again, some countries block VPN tunnels (so I've heard). I've found tunnelbear most stable and fastest for me.
I've also found out one interesting thing about the latest Play Store. After you clear it's data, it caches your "location" based on the IP of the initial access. What does that mean for our day to day usage? It's simple: you can run Play Store on VPN just to get the location cache, then stop the VPN and continue using Play Store as if you were in USA/UK! Btw, I'm not positive about this behaviour, but I have managed to buy an app with no problems at all while I was not connected to the VPN. Everyone feel free to tell me if this worked for you. It is working flawlessly for me, from Serbia.
If it doesn't work for you - I'm sorry, but you will have to use your Play Store only while connected to VPN (possibly you'll have to connect to VPN for any in-app purchases also). For me this works perfectly well.
PS: haven't tried rebooting my device, this might fail after a reboot even if it worked the first time!
Another PS: If we confirm this behaviour for every device, I'd like to see the OP edited so it contains this simple trick.
@Asitaka @jmantaiwan
Have you tried using it on 3G network or another Wi-Fi network if possible...the reason behind it may be that your ISP is blocking VPN services

Another way to do it with a VPN app like Tunnelbear :
cmlx message on Thread "market enabler cant fake my provider anymore" :
"I know many of you don't know how to use VPN (PPTP, L2TP, OpenVPN, Cisco IPSec, etc) or only have very slow free VPN to bypass this new restriction. In fact, you only need VPN just a few seconds to solve this on Android.
1, Turn ON VPN.
2, Go to Play Store.
3, No need to wipe the data or cache, just press the "menu" button and choose "accounts", then press your account which you are currently using.
4, Play Store is to be re-loading and pop-up a confirmation window, says "By using Google Play, you agree to the ... ", just accept it and you can see a new Play Store without restriction.
5, Turn OFF VPN, the status without restriction of Play Store can retain till next reboot your device, you can use wifi / 3g rather than slow vpn to get what you like."
not working, and screw app my google play store no apps shown . i used vpn Shield.
Yes, I have tried 3 wifi networks and 3G. I have tried every method that has been updated to this forum and nothing is working.

I can confirmed that this instruction works well, but instead of selecting your current account, i created a new gmail acount.
Owing to its encryption protocols, VPN is a better option than proxy to unblock YouTube, Facebook and other restricted websites. The encryption technology offers military grade security from hackers and sniffers. The only thing that matter is preferred a reliable VPN that's why I always use Hotspot Shield VPN on my MacBook as well on my iPhone while surfing the web. Moreover I can access Google play and my US iCloud account outside the US without having any problem.
Tried every combination, clearing cache and data, and different VPN apps, but it doesn't work for me. Is it possible the new play store 4.0 is causing problems?

yep, im having no luck following all the instructions here either .. maybe it has something to do with google play store blocking access to accounts that have a payment method that is not from the US (hence no access to the US store ) .. this is annoying android shouldnt behave this way .. its apples job !
Exactly what I needed, except for the fact that it also checks your google account to which country it was registered in. Followed your steps and also created a new google account (whilst vpn enabled) to get this to work.
Hello folks,
Did anyone besides me try to get Google Pay (and its "payment in stores"-feature - NFC Payment) to work?
The bank/card I'm using supports Google Pay but as soon as I'm finishing the adding procedure of the card, there's a notification saying I won't be able to pay with it in stores.
Now after I've talked to my bank's support and Google Pay support (who give cryptic answers though) it seems like the Google Pay App just doesn't want to work with the Honor 10.
Which is why I would like to know if there is someone who got GPay to work in their Honor 10.
Thanks in advance for suggestions or sharing experiences!

Check for playstore certification .
If its uncertified its the issue.
On my Honor 10 it works perfectly even with Magisk installed.
In some reviews I heard that in the Chinese version (6gb ram) Gpay did not work.
If you have chinese version - you have answer.

There should be a default "wallet" app that comes with the phone, when opening it it shows up as "google wallet". However i did notice that when trying to search for it on the play store it doesnt come up.....maybe your right and it was substituted, but i know the "wallet" app came with the phone.
If you havent uninstalled it, then launch that and give it a try, if you have already uninstalled it then i'm not sure what options we have available.

Hey, thanks again.
The only Wallet app that was on my Phone is the Huawei Wallet – which doesn't work for me (in Germany as it seems). I can't add anything there, it'll give me an error instead.
Also, could you maybe describe what exactly didn't work for you before and what does work now?
And do you have the COL-AL10 as well? (mine is the 64gb / 6gb China version – there is no 6gb global version, is there?)
I was now able to add the card to Google Pay successfully so it even shows the card in the Payment ("Zahlung") Tab in the App.
But I still can't get the contactless payment to work. It always says it "Wasn't possible to configure the card for contactless payment in stores".

Mine is the COL-TL10. (6gb 128gb version)
The way the issue would occur for me is, i would go click on google pay, and it would just keep trying to load.....forever, one time i managed to get in then as soon as i tried to add a card it crashed again.
But as mentioned this was all fixed after opening that wallet app (i assume the first launch of it installed something in the background that prevented the crash), how google pay loads up and works perfectly.
It seems we have different phone versions, perhaps that could be why there is the difference with the wallets.
Sorry i couldn't have been of more help

Yes. Reset - delete chinese apps - install gapps. But Google Services Framework is unable to install. Didn't install gms. After that I tried to add bank card in Google pay - and the card is unable to be added into Google pay.
