Use the ODIN brush into the C9000-TWRP-3.0.2.tar , brush the restart immediately please press the HOME + power + volume immediately enter the TWRP Recovery.
After entering the REC system will prompt DATA partition encryption, sliding slider directly.
Decrypt the DATA partition ( this will cause all the data on the built-in memory of the phone to be lost !): Point Clear -> Format Data Partition -> Enter "yes" OK.
Return to the main interface of TWRP, point to install, point storage location, select the SD card, then choose a good download before the ROM ZIP file, and then slide the slider to the right to start brush machine process.
Brush machine will automatically restart after the phone.

This is an extremely debloated Samsung oreo rom with absolutely minimal Samsung functionality mimicing the look and feel of a Google pixel. The basic apps (dialer, messaging, contacts, gallery, keyboard) are from Google. ROM works on G950F (S8) and G955F (S8+) (I only tested S8 as I do not own an S8+). Should work on SM-950FD as well as reported in https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=75844308&postcount=332. Personally I very much like the Samsung phones/hardware but I am not so fond of the software and bloatware. If you want Samsung stuff, stop reading, press the BACK button on your browser, and use another ROM !!!
Upfront "warning"
This ROM is integrated with (a) the NX kernel and (b) a slightly patched version of Magisk. Flashing another kernel on this ROM might BREAK things. Same holds for Magisk. I always use the latest versions of the kernel / Magisk in the new releases so there is no need to upgrade kernel / Magisk yourself. You have no benefit whatsoever in doing that anyway.

Disclaimer
I will try to support questions / feedback. I will not answer questions such as "Can you please add Samsung feature X,Y,Z" ... I have deliberately removed them. If you want Samsung, go and use a Samsung ROM. There are instructions further down on how to create your own variant of the ROM so you can do this yourself if you want to add stuff. I will not answer PMs (don't have time to look at them). I have attached also a bash script (as .txt file). This is the script which I personally use to generate the ROM starting from a standard Samsung system.img. If you are a DEV, you can study this to see how I create this ROM. Again, feel free to (re)use. The usual applies: no warranty, installing this will trip KNOX, install at your own risk, ... I am not responsible for soft or hard bricks. Your phone must have TWRP to install this ROM. If your phone is bricked, your best guess is to try and flash the ORIGINAL Samsung firmware with Odin. Do repeat{ search, read }.

Make sure first that "OEM unlock" is enabled in your developer settings (if you don't understand what this means then this ROM is not for you).
Make sure to flash the Oreo bootloader (see post #2) if you come from Nougat.
- click WIPE and then FORMAT DATA (do this ONCE when you come from Nougat) => then reboot into TWRP
- Wipe /system, /data and /cache (for a normal clean install)
- put the googlewiz_oreo_vXX.zip onto your /sdcard
- wipe data, system, dalvik, cache
- flash bootloader (if you come from Nougat)
- flash ROM
- reboot
Please mention the device and release you are on when reporting bugs.
ROM updates
The ROM only touches the /system partition. ROM does not update bootloader, nor modem (baseband). Most ROM updates can be dirty flashed except when the release notes mention clearly that you need to do a clean install (in that case, wipe your /data). Adblocking
For adblocking without AdAway (everywhere: both in browser and apps) do the following:
> adb shell
# su
# hl
The "hl" command will replace the hosts file with a huge (> 200000) hosts which refer to IP address 0.0.0.0; this will make ads go away in your browser and applications. No ad-blocking app is required. If you want to restore the original hosts file, use the command "hs" (ads will come back then). The "hl" command is agressive; some web pages or apps might not work properly. To use a less aggressive ad blocking use the command "hm" (this uses a hosts file similar to adaway without having the need to install that app).
/etc/init.d, /etc/services.d and /sdcard/init.d
/etc/init.d scripts are running once /data is mounted; do not rely on any Android functionality in those scripts as Android is not fully initialized when these scripts run. Use /etc/services.d if you want to rely on Android functionality; scripts in /etc/services.d are ran later than /etc/init.d; see post https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=76901055&postcount=1771 for more details. You can put user scripts on /sdcard/init.d/; they will be ran last.
Writeable /system partition
Use "sysrw" and "sysro" in an adb shell to make the /system partition writeable/read-only; note that Magik's safeynet will NOT work if the /system partition is writeable (this is normal behavior).
Building a variant of this ROM
Attached (linux; bash) script gives you a clue of how the ROM was created starting from a stock system.img ext4 image file from Samsung.
Kernel
This ROM uses NX kernel and optimizations tightly coupled to it. Installing another kernel may have all sorts of side effects which I will not support you with. You have been warned.

Configurable installer
You can remove apps from the ROM and do some customizations. Create a simple text file with the content below. The file must be called "googlewiz.config". You should push it via adb onto /sdcard BEFORE installation. Then install the ROM via TWRP. The installer will read this file and remove the google apps which have "=0". There should be no spaces, i.e. "clock=1" instead of "clock = 1". I think you get the idea. It's not rocket science. If the file is not on /sdcard, everything remains in the ROM (with Nova as launcher and Swiftkey as keyboard). This config mechanis is very simple, avoids aroma, and still allows a bit of configuration. So as an absolute minimum (assuming you remove all above) you will have in your app drawer: Messaging, Camera, Contacts, Photos, Settings, Magisk, Nova Google Companion, Nova settings, Play Store, Swiftkey, Phone. (Nova Google companion icon will go away once clicked and OK).

For Nova launcher (default); put "launcher=nova" in the config file. For Google Pixel launcher, put "launcher=pixel" in the config file.
For Swiftkey keyboard (default); put "keyboard=swiftkey" in the config file. For Google Gboard, put "keyboard=gboard" in the config file.
Switching between keyboards across releases may cause keyboard not to work properly when you dirty flash; if you decide to switch keyboard across 2 releases, do a clean flash.
The pixel icon pack only works with Nova launcher. If you use the Pixel launcher the icon pack will not be installed (even if you have "iconpack=1" in the configuration).
Screen usage option: "immersive". Possible values are "none", "navbar" and "full". "none" means that both navbar and statusbar are always visible. "navbar" means that the navbar is not visible (swipe from the bottom of the screen to display the navbar). "full" means that both navbar AND statusbar are invisible (swipe from the top or bottom of the screen to make them visible).
The ROM uses pixel icons in the settings, statusbar, tiles, navbar; if you (really?) prefer the original Samsung icons, put "icons=samsung" in the googlewiz.config file.
If you want to know how this works, unzip the ROM and look at scripts/simpleconfig.sh. It is a very simple config mechanism which avoids a complex installer with aroma.
Configurable BIXBY key
By default, the BIXBY ket is set to HOME: the nova launcher home screen. You can put a line in googlewiz.config: "bixby=X" with X being one off {HOME, BACK, CAMERA, CONTACTS, MESSAGE, CALL, SEARCH, CALENDAR, APP_SWITCH, SCREENSHOT, ASSISTANT}
example: "bixby=CAMERA" or "bixby=CALENDAR"
If you put "bixby=NONE" the bixby key remains unbound. This should allow 3rd party button remappers to work.

VoLTE
Many people ask for VoLTE. I can't do it properly ... sorry ... not for now ... my provider does NOT support VoLTE ... which means that I cannot test anything. In addition, VoLTE is CSC specific configuration and all CSC config has been currently removed from the ROM. It is tricky to bring this back into the ROM ... especially if I cannot test anything. I would just be working in total darkness. Please understand this. If there is a DEV wiling to help let me know. Android wear and Samsung gear
Android wear is not working. Same point as for VoLTE. I do not own a wear device which means that I cannot test anything. If there is a DEV wiling to help I can explain what to try. Samsung gear is working but you need to flash additional package on top of the ROM; see post https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=76412043&postcount=1102. I have not personally tested this (as I don't own a device); but user zoltain73 tested it (https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=76417301&postcount=1120).
Live wallpapers

Bluetooth and audio
Some users are reporting bluetooth audio issues with Bose headsets. Enable developer settings and set the bluetooth audio coded to SBC. Check again if audio works.
Google ChromeCast
Screen mirroring to a Google ChromeCast works out of the box. You need to install the Google Home app (put "chromecast=1" in the googlewiz.config file before installing the ROM). Bootloaders
Before flashing this ROM, please make sure that you first flash the Oreo bootloader (see zip file attached to this post).
If you want to go back from Oreo to Nougat, you must revert to the Nougat bootloader (see zip file attached to this post).
If you accidently flash the wrong bootloader, please do not panic. Nougat ROM will not boot with a Oreo bootloader. Oreo ROM will not boot with a Nougat bootloader. If your device is stuck do the following: Press BIXBY + VOL DOWN + POWER and keep them pressed for about 10 sec. You will see a turkoise screen with a big white "Warning" on top. Press volume down. Immediately press BIXBY + VOL UP + POWER and keep them pressed until your device is back into TWRP. Now flash the proper bootloader. So, it is highly recommended that you put both zip files attached to this post on your /sdcard !!!

Previous releases had swap disabled. I have re-enabled it at the cost of a small performance penalty. But apps should be held longer in memory. If you want to disable swap, then put "swap=0" in the googlewiz.config file and reboot.
It should be possible as of this release to install another kernel.
I have only tried with the stock kernel.
After flashing a kernel you will loose root. You must reflash the file Magisk.zip (this is included in the ROM in the directory called "root"). Unzip the ROM zip file and you will see that directory.

Speed up Nova launcher
Open Nova settings, Look & Feel, then set "Scroll speed" and "Animation speed" to "Faster than light".
Google Assistant
Google assistant only works with English/UK as main language and you must have internet connection.
Google now cards (see attached picture)
Swipe from home screen left border to display Google card feed (enable in Nova settings > Integrations > Google Now Page; also open the Google search app to initialize it). After a reboot, the first swipe will show an empty screen, just tick on the search bar to make the cards appear.
Google Lens photo analysis
Google Lens photo analysis is supported from the photos app but only if your language is set to English. Read this: https://support.google.com/photos/answer/7539151?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform=Android. Google Lens app
As of v53 the ROM also support early versions of the Google Lens app; I have the impression it is not 100% stable. I guess Google is rolling it out to get user feedback so that the AI machine learning algorithms can be trained with more and better data.
Google cloud printing
The Google cloud printer is included in the ROM; this means - for example - that applications which support print function you can print a PDF file onto Google drive.
Google markup
Google markup is a small photo editor which allows you to draw on a photo. To use it, open the photos app, click on a photo, then on the menu with 3 dots in the upper right corner and "Edit with markup". It's handy for marking something on a screenshot. Note that the share button in the markup app does not work. This comes from Android P developer preview 2.

- Removed Fusedlocation (not needed)
- Fix spacing of icons in statusbar
- Fixed the setting of the GoogleDialer as default
- Zip file is 300MB smaller than v0

Weird, for me it works fine. If you know how ... check the logcat when you turn the screen off.
My goal for this project is to fix camera, microphone, then tweak the rom and then eventually bring pie after all the bugs are terminated.
Also this rom will eventually rebranded to LightningFastRom as LightOS was already taking on GitHub.
Older & Unstable Build will be deleted as space is needed
All New as of 6/20/2019 are now userdebug builds until the next version of android is ready Plus if mush faster then before

Disclaimer
XDA-Dev nor anybody will take responsibility for any actions you take using these instructions or applications. ROM flashing can void your warranty. Please proceed with caution and at your own accord.
Flashing will completely erase your device's memory. Make a backup of everything you need.
Installing LineageOS/LightOS ROM
Download Unofficial or OTA zip to your sdcard storage on your device .
Boot into the recovery through whatever method you choose (TWRP, Power + Volume UP + Home, ADB etc...).
Back up your existing installation.
A wipe is required when first flashing LineageOS/LightOS for testing purpose only to get a clean test subject, unless otherwise stated, no wipe is needed to upgrade between versions.
Select Install Zip from SD Card.
Find the Unofficial or OTA zip file you downloaded earlier.
Swipe to Install in TWRP.
Wait for the installation to finish.
Wipe cache
Select Reboot.
After initial reboot, setup device enable root for ADB/Apps then reboot a second time with (add reboot&&adb logcat|tee >> First-boot.txt) or watch this video by XDA member @AlaskaLinuxUser.

I agree if you want giant home theater remote or securty camera mometering station but then again other may want it fixed to use it as is thanks for understanding
The project is going no ware I'm at a stand still atm.
My rom is much more stable now with no more random reboots/shutdowns plus charge animation that wotk but look ulgy and much better boot times

Yes I'll uploade a new eather today or tomorrow for 530/530NU, 535, all millet device exsept milletlte as I'm missing this device form my devices tree and no my project does not suppoet the 3G model of matisse & millet as in my opinion 3G is obsolete but that's just my pinion, so keep your eyes on this post. for links to the new builds.
One disclaimer adb does not work atm but that's nothing compare to the camera and the low mic gain bugs witch need more attench atm.
Fresh build alpha are done and will be live as soon as the finish uploading to my google drive check the date if not sure which zip to use, use zip with Unofficial in the file name

Hi. I just clean flashed your 19/12 build + latest nano gapps on my 530NU. Boots ok. Wifi is very unstable compared to your 12/12 build (turns on and off frequently) and I had to skip the initial setup. Graphics show some stuttering. Coming back to your 12/12 build.
I will keep testing your new builds as much as I can.

That's really odd can you post log of the first boot and log of you with using so fo both my 12/12 build & one 19/12 build I can take a look and see what going on and try to fix it the video linked in the posted will how to pull clean logs.

I managed to get these logcats for the 1st and 2nd boots of your 1212 and 1219 builds. Both were clean flashed and gapps free. This time I didn't have any WIFI problems on 1219, however the graphic stuttering was present right after first boot. I hope this helps.
BTW, the latest custom MM ROM with a working camera and mic is https://forum.xda-developers.com/tab-4/development/rom-pac-rom-mm-final-t3546818 I still use it as a daily driver. I can grab some logs for you. Pls let me know.

Hi, these are the libs that was missing in the latest build (checked while reading logcats) and you have to put it in android_vendor_samsung_matisse-common/proprietary/vendor/lib.

Selinux should be made permissive.
So, for now, WiFi doesn't start immediately after boot, it starts after 10 minutes that tablet stays standby, before it tries to connect (even if I try to do it manually) and after it tells me that there are autentications issues.
And after these, there are the camera and microphone issues.

It's a tool for use with any Wear OS watch. I am releasing today an improved and optimized version with several new features.
What does it do?
It is an All-in-One tool for Windows that makes it easy to do certain things with the watch, such as:
Send files to the watch such as MP3s, images, PDFs, or download files contained in the watch.
Install applications (Sideload).
Install applications in bulk
Uninstall apps of watch (Debloat).
Enable/disable Watch apps
Remove bloatware with Universal Android Debloater. [new]
Extract all the apps you have installed on the watch and mass restore them when necessary (Backup/Restore).
Get APK for Wear OS from "legacy" APK files for the phone.

Requirements
Windows O.S.
Have the ADB drivers installed. Here is the link to download them. During installation, make sure to enable the "Add to System Path Environment" option. Here you have more information about ADB drivers. Since v10, if you don't have ADB drivers installed, they are automatically downloaded and installed as soon as you open Wear OS Tools. [new]
Connect the watch and the phone to the same Wi-Fi network.
Enable debugging over Wi-Fi on the watch. On the watch, go to Settings > system > About and tap "Build Number" several times until you see a message that says "you are now a developer". Then go to Settings > developer options and enable "ADB debugging" and "Debugging over Wi-Fi".
If you want to connect the watch to the phone via Bluetooth or Cable USB, follow the steps detailed on the tool.
Considerations
The tool is available in English (EN) and Spanish (ES).
Tested on TWP3 and TWP5, please give feedback on other watches.
To find out the IP address of the watch, just go to "Debugging over Wi-Fi" in Settings > developer options. Under that option, you will see the IP. You can also see it in Settings > Connectivity > Wi-Fi > "Your Wi-Fi network".
You can connect the watch by USB cable, by bluetooth or by Wi-Fi network.
Wear OS watches are a bit unstable to stay connected to the Wi-Fi network especially if it is connected by Bluetooth with the phone, to make sure it connects smoothly when using the tool enable the "Enable Wi-Fi automatically when charging" option in Settings > developer options, and plug the watch to the charger. Another trick is to momentarily deactivate Bluetooth in the watch, the Wi-Fi network will be activated in a few seconds.
Since v10 you can use the tool in multitasking mode, i.e. you can for example backup watch apps while you are applying custom configurations. [new]
When you have finished, turn off "ADB debugging" on the watch, otherwise it will drain your watch battery...
Where to download?
Wear OS Tool v10
Method
Download and unzip in a folder the file from the "Where to download" section.
Make sure you meet all the points in the "requirements" section.
Locate the IP address of the watch as explained in the "considerations" section.
Run Wear OS Tools and enter the IP address.
If your watch is Wear OS 2 enter 5555 or nothing in the port number, and skip to step 7.
If your watch is Wear OS 3, enter the port number, which will be different from 5555
.
Select "Pair new device" or "Wireless debugging" (This step is only performed the first time) and enter the IP, port and pairing code, then re-enter the IP and port number as in the previous step.
A notification will probably appear on the watch asking "Allow debugging?", select "Always allow from this computer".
In the tool, choose a function to run and follow the instructions on the screen.

Clarification on the new pairing procedure in Pixel Watch.
In the update in March 2023 for Pixel Watch, Google has implemented the new adb pairing procedure that had already been for some time on Android 11 and higher phones. It should be remembered that Wear OS 3 is based on Android 11, that is, watches like Pixel Watch, Galaxy Watch 5 or Fossil Gen 6. For now, this procedure is only implemented on Pixel Watch, but probably in the coming months it will be implemented on the other Wear OS 3 watches.
The process is that you must first pair the watch with a device such as a PC or smartphone, entering a random pairing code and a random port number (only the first time you pair to the device) and then the connection is made through the IP address as it was done so far, but with the difference that the port number is random (it is not 5555 as before) and you will have to consult it on the watch every time you connect the watch in developer mode.
Wear OS 2 watches, and for now Wear OS 3 watches (except Pixel Watch) connect the watch as usual and with fixed port number, i.e. 5555.

Apply optimizations (option 8):
Double the speed of animations and transitions.
Optimizations to improve performance and reduce battery consumption.
Enable/disable adaptive battery management.
Enable/disable the processing speed management system.
Enable/disable useless configuration items in Galaxy Wtach 4/5.
Manage Vibration (option 4):
Enables/disables vibration when receiving calls.
Enable/disable vibration when receiving notifications.
Enable/disable vibration when touching the watch screen.
Enable/disable vibration for a specific application.
Delete cache memory (option 8).
Optimize performance (option 8) .
Reduce battery drain with the dexopt optimization method (option 8) .

Force pairing with Wear OS 3 watches
Improve optimization tool with more optimization tasks (any suggestions from this thread for Samsung Galaxy devices or this thread for Pixel devices?).

I take this opportunity to remind the function 2 of the tool about extract/restore applications from our watch. In the coming weeks there will be update for several watches with Qualcomm Snapdragon 4100 microprocessor as Ticwatch Pro 3, Fossil Gen 6... which will reset the watch to factory settings, and you will lose the apps you had previously installed, this tool allows you to extract the apps to your PC and restore them once updated to Wear OS 3.

Go to the Windows start bar, type ah "cmd" (without the quotes), go to the folder where you have the tool with "CD" command, type "WearOS Tools v4.0_EN.exe".
If you have an error running it, now it will not disappear in a second.
Try also to copy the tool to the root directory of the Windows hard disk, usually C.

In order not to lengthen this post thread about your problem, you could be more detailed, do you recognize "Pasta" folder?, have you tried to run any exe file from cmd?, where have you installed Windows?, have you tried to copy the tool in the root directory of the Windows hard disk? I don't know, give details, because if I'm not going a bit blind, the error you show in the screenshot is relative to a folder path on your PC.

Pasta folder is a incomplete name, "Pasta do sistema" is the full name and inside i put the system temp folder.
I tried with cmd, on root C:
Maybe because the path to temp folder has a folder with space in the name?
