Download the latest build and GApps (optional)
Reboot to recovery
Make nandroid backup ( optional)
Wipe Data, Cache, Dalvik
Flash the latest build and GApps(on non Gapps build if needed)
Flash encryption disabler if you are decrypted, else format data
Reboot
DIRTY FLASH :
Download the latest build (gapps or non Gapps)
Reboot to recovery
Flash the latest build
Flash Magisk (optional)
Wipe Cache
Reboot
Note: GApps only has to be flashed once and on non gapps buildwhereas Magisk/Su is to be flashed every time you Dirty Flash the OTA Update.

Hii... Which is your current ROM ?
Btw It's magisk app issue, update to latest canary to fix safety net issue or simply use another app from play store.

Sorry but what is the lastes canary version ? What app could I use ?
I want to be able to use Gpay

Or you can flash legion and install canary magisk and pass safetynet.
U can search playstore for safety net apps.
