- Backup your personal data (Important)
- Download the ROM and GApps and transfer them to your device.
- Boot to Custom Recovery (TWRP/PBRP/etc).
- Wipe the System, Cache, Data and ART/Dalvik cache.
- Flash the ROM + Gapps Zip file.
- Reboot your device.
The ROM has GApps persistence in between dirty flashes, so you only have to flash them once!

People who want to use night light on 11 roms but are facing flicker issues here is a solution for u:
" Enable developer settings, scroll down to disable hw overlay, and tick it...
Try turning night light on, it should work fine now... "
Note: This is kinda temp solution, so u need to do the same after rebooting...
Caution: It will affect battery consumption drastically
