Previously I was running on marshmallow and I wanted to test emui 5 with nougat.So I flashed TWRP recovery without any problem after unlocking my bootloader.I then flashed a beta update for emui 5 and it went without any errors.But when I booted into the device there was no network in my cell.I tried to troubleshoot it but couldn't do much.So I thought of rolling back to previous version through my nandroid backup.So I booted my device to recovery but the TWRP recovery was gone..So I again tried to flash it..Every thing would go fine but when I rebooted to recovery it won't boot into TWRP..It would just freeze in there..I used TWRP recovery for Huawei honor 5x as it was compatible with my device.. can anyone help me..I would appreciate it a lot ?

you need nougat compatible TWRP , marshmallow recovery won't work

I was unable to find any working custom recovery for the current C5000ZHU1BRA1 or any reliable method to root this version. Please, anybody, post a reliable root method.

My question is that if I try to flash a custom rom(I guess Havoc OS) after unlocking my RN3's bootloader "unofficially" with this guide.

And to avoid that what should I do?
I don't want to go for official unlock tool, it takes 360hr I can't wait that much.

Havoc got bootanimation bug. May take time on boot.
U Flash arrow OS. best battery.
First update ur phone to latest miui 10.
Then unlock it using ur method. After unlocking U will be on zcx old recovery.
Now download Flash below twrp latest 3.2.3 official.

Go to new latest twrp
Format data. Type yes to format. Will delete data and internal sd.
Then wipe data reset
Flash Arrow os
Flash pico or nano gapps
Reboot

1. If I unlock unofficially and install zcx twrp, and then how will i install official TWRP that you mentioned 3.2.3 version safely without any bootloops or stuck?
2. After installing official TWRP, if I try flashing ArrowOS, is it possible to get bootloop after flash (because some people say they hard bricked their phone after flashing Roms after using unofficial method)?

Just go to zcx recovery.
Click Install
Press select image
Select twrp 3.2.3 img file.
And flash
Reboot to recovery again

Hi there, its been a month im trying to flash twrp on my magisk rooted infinix s4...whenever or by which means i try to reboot to recovery it goes to fastboot indirectly

Which TWRP did you use? Did you try commenting on the thread you installed the recovery from?
