Second of all, a little question:
When you say to flash latest "R" firmware, do you actually mean "R" firmware?
(Like 12.0.8.0 Europe)?
Or do you mean 12.0.9.0 Global (which is Android 10)?
I am asking this because I am both curious and also have the unencrypted vendor from 12.0.9.0 waiting to be flashed and I don't want to mismatch versions.

I wonder about your update frequency. AEX has been updated monthly on average, what are your plans for this ROM? Isn't it better for you to focus on one ROM instead of putting your work in 2?

AEX and Evo will be on par with updates. And evo is a fun project for me. I did cuz of additional reasons which I'd not like to discuss.

Does this rom has hardware buttons customization like AEX?
Audio issues will be fixed in the next update
I tried flashing the rom thrice but I was unable to get in after rebooting the device once
Sadly now I am back to stock ROM

Gestures and Ambient Display Settings aren't working. Like Swipe up to home is working but Back gesture isn't working.
Pushed out an update with fixes for issues with headphones, black UI (LOS fixes), gestures and other improvements.
EDIT: Gestures are still broken somehow, the fix worked fine on AEX builds and for testers in earlier builds. But somehow, still weird. I will address in next update along with smart charging and some more goodies.
This ROM is no longer getting updated. For now, use OFFICIAL BlissROM if you want a fast, stable ROM with many features!

But I would like to know what is the maximum frequency allowed by this kernel. I am now using the LineageOS 17.1 ROM but the kernel does not allow me to modify the governor or the frequency. I would like to know if that happens with this kernel too. Also, the maximum frequency is 1800MHz and 1296MHz when the normal frequency of the exynos7420 is 2.1GHz and 1.5GHz.:silly:

this is AOSP based ROM not Samsung Touchwiz ROM
so dont expect that some samsung apps will work especially samsung camera

AOSP roms won't support samsung specific features, although basic spen might work fine, but don't expect a fully featured versions of samsung apps to work. If you need Spen and samsung app support on a newer android version, take a look at Floyd V5.1 by Anan, his work is absolutely amazing: https://forum.xda-developers.com/note5/development/rom-floyd-n7fe-port-v1-0-t3882804

ROM is lit...great work man
its really good; although there are camera bugs in 3th party apps in other roms this rom has no bugs at camera section. seems like choppy in some animations like switching apps or waking up the screen. but you can ignore these for what you getting (sorry for my english)

did you get a error in twrp?. am using T-mobile and install fine, maybe wat u need to do is edit update script by deleting assert lines , stop at UI TARGET in the script.

A minor issue when adding an O365 account (Exchange). Restart was necessary, and GMail crashed when first synchronization. Now it works.

I installed "from scratch".
If you follow instructions (install TWRP 64, next install ROM), it should be ok.
No MIUI installed for me
Using this rom for a few hours now, It's really good so far, battery life is amazing, almost no drain, phone is very snappy.
But I am missing the face unlock feature that was on MIUI, any way I can get face unlock with this great rom?
Also, is there a way to enable the call recording feature that was on MIUI 11?

i try to set password or pin but it doesn't work, just sweep to unlock work, sometime qs bar has a little lag but still fine

No. You will get errors if you use other recovery.

why not?! It's a 64bit build for Pine after all.
All 64bit apps will work.

Good work, so far the ROM is working fine. Except for the PIN / Lock screen issue. Any workaround for that?
After 10 days of use with the rom i have only 2 bugs to report.
The quality of the microphone is horrible, both in calls and in audio and video recordings.
The camera has a video recording bug.
BUT IT IS INCREDIBLY STABLE, congratulations, it is the most stable rom for pine so far.

The rom is very good, fluid and very functional. I only found that it is not possible to reproduce and record video in resolution higher than FullHD, but it is only a detail.

No, or I could'nt find the button. It's always 60hz (Aida64).
found it: settings-->advanced settings: 60/90/120 Hz

Currently I'm using Nitrogen and you can change Hz in "Device specific features" setting. I hope it will be supported in all ROMs

Yes CTS profile passes also if you install magisk it will pass without any other steps

Is it possible to implement the Xiaomi/Poco stock camera as standard camera.
with no sim unable to connect wifi (no wifi in all Wi-Fi networks), manually added wifi (with dhcp, static) - still no wifi shown,so unable to continue
As I understand there is no adaptive refresh rate? And no taptic engine?
Thanks for the rom. All set up with google pay. Charging description a bit off, saying it's charging slowly, when it's actually going at full speed. Other than that, I've found no issues.
