for what? to clock the CPU changed from demand
Try a different kernel. I use Boeffla Kernel, and I can get up to 1600MHz.

Well frequency couldn't be reduced by under volting.. can it??
You have to reduce the frequency and that is called under clocking...
Sent from my GT-I9300
i found problem
solution was uninstall TDT 4.3 now everything works fine

Intel Performance Viewer
If you have an intel powered Android device then you might find this tool really useful. This is a great app that can be used for monitoring your device's performance. By finding out which apps are consuming the most resources, you can save battery life by killing off the apps that are hogging all of your CPU and RAM..
The tool collects the following metrics depending on the device:
- CPU Usage
- Memory usage
- Network I/O
- Storage I/O
- CPU Frequency
- Frame Rate
- Various Battery Metrics
- Various Storage Metrics
On rooted devices you may also collect the following metrics, depending on the architecture:
- CPU Cycles
- Cache Misses
- Branch Misses
- Bus Cycles
- Instructions Retired
- Context switches
- Page Faults
- CPU Migrations

schedutil Governor Tunables Description

Hello all,
I have a rooted Pixel 3 and I am trying to customize my CPU governor with Franco Kernel Manager. The default governor is 'schedutil' and it has the following tunable parameters:
'downrate_limit_us' (default: 20000)
'hispeed_freq' (default: 0 Mhz)
'hispeed_load' (default: 90)
'iowait_boost_enable' (default: Disabled)
'pl' (default: Disabled)
'up_rate_limit_us' (default: 500)

"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",

}
What does each of those parameters do? I have been searching all day for documentation on these tunables, but to no avail (although I can imagine what the rate limits do). I have seen a lot of custom kernel on this forums so I presume the contributors here know the answer. Would you mind helping me, please?
Thanks in advance.
I'm looking for the same information... especially about "pl" and "rtg_boost_freq"
There's no documentation anywhere?
