Note: GApps only has to be flashed once and on non gapps buildwhereas Magisk/Su is to be flashed every time you Dirty Flash the OTA Update.

Flash MIUI 12.0.1(fastboot flash only!)(if you're on non OSS build)
• wipe Dalvik/Art, Cache, Internal
• Flash rom in recovery
For gapps use MagiskGapps only

did forced reboot, flashing 12.0.1 indonesian firmware over 12.0.1 global got it booting !

The instruction use miui 12.0.1, but global 12.0.1 has android 11 and indonesian has android 10, instructions didi not speciify which 12.0.1 to use, so i just used what was on my global device - global 12.0.1
