With a simple and powerful UI you can easily manage everything!
You can use it to just replace 4G with LTE, because they are basically the same but LTE looks cooler, or place 6G in there to prank your friends.

have you enabled the module for "SystemUI"? also check that its selected in whitelist mode or not selected in blacklist mode. it can't find icons if systemui is not hooked properly
Okay press on Restart SystemUI and after the restart is done, force-close the module and after that open up the settings again.
if it still happens can you get a logcat?
also can you send a screenshot of the normal icons when connected to mobile data? maybe sony has done some stuff to the os and changed the way the icons work

duplicate answer by accident - plz ignore

I hope this is what you want
I have made All what you said nothing works

What you sent is the XPosed Log, not an actual logcat.
I can't reproduce your issue, my EdXposed does work after some fiddling.
Please message me on XXXXXX then we can investigate together.

Support for the app has to happen here on XDA. There is no need to call users to other sites. Please read THIS.

Alright @Bellitsch89,
please disable all other modules, disable the activation scope for MobileIconChanger, make screenshots of the EdXposed settings, so that i may reproduce the situation and capture a proper logcat.

Module working perfectly.
Request: If possible, add feature to use Old/small signal style.

Just select icons from category Jellybean/Lollipop as replacements.
But as the mobile data indicator is still an extra icon, it will just be a bit smaller than the original icon and it will not be merged on top of the signal strength indicator.

thanks for informing me, it seems I've done a mistake uploading the module which now can only fixed by the mods. I've sent them a message. Until then just download it from the GitHub Releases and tell me if it works.

Doesn't work for me, not replacing anything.
Oneplus 7 with Android 11, Oxygen OS 11.0.1.1. LSPosed 1.4.5, Ressource Hooks enabled. Rebooted also after applying the icon changes.

Hello, this is because your system (OxygenOS) does not use the icons you changed.
See how your icon in the statusbar is very small and has activity indicators? compare that to aosp screenshots I've included. Same thing happens on Samsung OneUI.
I see on your screenshot a tiny 5G icon, it looks like that might be used by the system at some point because it visually would fit into the design of the statusbar icon on the screenshot.
If you want more precise feedback about the situation on your device, i need a logcat captured while restarting systemui.
Also it would be nice if you could send me your systems SystemUI.apk so I can analyze it for how the icons are saved on your system.

I have opened an issue on github page, I hope there is all the information you need, if you want I can explain my issue here, I am not sure where would you like the feedback and troubleshooting to be either here or github, or both, thanks in advance!!

hi
unfortunately No icons found! message
restarted many times but no effect.
Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite / Android One 10 Rom / LSPosed 1.4.5 (systemui checked) / Magisk 23

Just tried on my Pixel 5, just says to restart because no icons found. Logcat attached. I've tried disabling all other modules and restarting several times.

XPrivacy
After weeks of research, development and testing I proudly present the ultimate, yet easy to use, privacy manager: XPrivacy.
XPrivacy can prevent applications from leaking privacy sensitive data. XPrivacy can restrict the categories of data an application can access. This is done by feeding an application with no or fake data. There are several data categories which can be restricted, for example contacts or location. For example, if you restrict access to contacts for an application, this will result in sending an empty contact list to the application. Similarly, restricting an application's access to your location will result in a set location being sent to the application.
You can use the successor XPrivacyLua on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and later.
Features
Simple to use
No need to patch anything (no source, no smali or anything else)
For any (stock) variant of Android version 4.0.3 - 6.0.1 (ICS, JellyBean, Lollipop, Marshmallow)
Newly installed applications are restricted by default
Displays data actually used by an application
Option to restrict on demand
Free and open source

You can also use the XPrivacy Installer as an aid to install XPrivacy.
This forum is for questions only. See here for bug reports and feature requests.
Please post messages related to privacy only.
XPrivacy is not intended to make other application do things they are not supposed to do.
There is only support for the latest official XPrivacy version.
XPrivacy was a lot of work, so please support this project
If you want to donate, see here for all options.
Use at your own risk !
The latest version from a while ago still works properly up to Android 6 Marshmallow, if Xposed works properly on your device
(you can ignore any internal error report of XPrivacy, since these are known to be harmless)

Im using this since version 0.3 and think it is really a great Mod!
Thank you very much for your hard work!
I'd really like to contribute, but since I'm pretty limited in terms of coding the only thing I can offer is to translate Xprivacy to German if you like.
I already got some experience in app translating (though it has been some time since then), so just PM me, if you want me to translate it

So If I'm on a sense based 4.2.2 rom I also need to install the CM 4.2 fix? (just installed the latest version of Xprivacy .11)
the app has improved greatly, its very usable now.
some suggestions/details:
app/usability:
1. the app is usable when it is not enabled, there should be a check on app launch if it is enabled in xposed.
2. some sort of loading indicator instead of just directly jumping into the batch edit category after a wait.
3. search for apps.
4. app filtering
2,3,4 are already implemented in xposed app settings, perhaps you could look at that code.
ui stuff:
1. all the activities except the main one should have menu items and the navigation action http://developer.android.com/guide/topics/ui/actionbar.html#Home
2. the blocked apps/ apps with the particular permission should be sorted above the rest.
i'd say blocked apps->apps with permission but not blocked-> rest of them
3. scroll bar in batch edit
4. action bar spinners or a viewpager like the xposed app separating the batch edit and the list of all apps. (AB spinners would save space though)
these are suggestions, i love the app as it is,

First the most obvious: did you reboot? did you enable XPrivacy in the Xposed installer?
Which ROM do you use?
Do you see orange triangles if you start XPrivacy and browse apps?

Yes, I rebooted twice. I'm on TrickDroid 4.2.2 (sense based) on the HTC One. I do see the orange triangle on some apps when I open up Xprivacy but not on all (going into the different categories)
a have a request. The application is really great, but I would much rather like to get notification(and then I can open XPrivacy by just clicking on it) when new application is installed instead of just popping up. I hope you understand me

If you see orange triangles XPrivacy is in any case working.
Maybe your settings layout is different, so that XPrivacy cannot hook into it.
This is not a big problem, because you can access all settings from the app too.
You can do me a pleasure by sending a logcat, starting from the moment your device boots, so I may be able to figure out why this (not) happens.

Introduction
Tired of pulling down notification shade every time you want to check progress of ongoing download? This xposed module allows you to have progress of your ongoing download in front of your eyes; saving you from interrupting your current activity every time you want to check for progress.
Features
- implicitly supports all downloads carried out via Android's standard download manager
- implicitly supports bluetooth transfers
- implicitly supports Chrome and Firefox browsers
- with "God mode" turned on, progress bar will be shown for ANY ongoing notification that contains progress bar (for 3rd party download managers, browsers and other not implicitly supported scenarios)
- customizable position, margin, thickness, and color of progress bar
- optional sound notification when transfer is finished or interrupted
- supports multiple concurrent progress bar notifications
ROM Compatibility
- All ROMs based on AOSP 4.1+, potentially including custom ROMs
- Compatibility with a particular custom ROM depends on how intrusive are changes made to the standard system functionality related to status bar and notification handling
- The same applies to heavily modified OEM ROMs
Reporting bugs
If you have troubles to get module working on your device/ROM, make sure to:
- install debug version available in the second post and attach xposed error log after testing with some notification containing progress bar. Xposed error log can be exported from within Xposed Installer app
- provide fully decompiled SystemUI package
Required permissions
- Read external storage - required by Ringtone chooser

There are no errors logged for this module. The ones in the log come from other modules (xstana, tinted status bar).
Make sure you actually tried downloading something before exporting a log.
You can initiate download by e.g. downloading some app using play store.
Would it be possible to implement it for Firefox download manager as well?
And also a colour picker perhaps?

Firefox? Hard to tell. This could be a bit of an issue since it's a third party app and things can change with every update.
Color picker is planned for some future release.

The one and only permission that app requires (as mentioned in the OP) is com.android.vending.BILLING
You can check in the manifest: https://github.com/C3C0/Statusbar-Download-Progress/blob/master/AndroidManifest.xml#L11
This is because of the in-app donations, which I decided for as I was trying to learn how in-app billing using Google play services works. That's all.

Nothing in the log apart from errors from other module.
BTW, this is not a full log. It's trimmed. I cannot see whether module was even loaded at all.
Anyway, if you are able to pull whole /system/framework folder and /system/app/SystemUI.apk including odex from your ROM and provide them
somewhere for download, I will be able to do some reverse engineering to see if anything could be done about it.
I could also provide you with version with verbose debug logging turned on then.

I just tested Dirty Unicorn's Weekly 9.6 on my Nexus 5. I didn't experience any bootloop. Is you signature still current about you using version 9.5 or are you currently using another version? I want to see if I can replicate this issue.
Edit:
Tested Weekly 9.6, Official 9.6, and Official 9.5 with no issues. All done with full wipes, re-installation of Xposed, and installation of module.

Tested Weekly 9.6, Official 9.6, and Official 9.5 with no issues. All done with full wipes, re-installation of Xposed, and installation of module.

signature is outdated, I'm running weekly 9.6 (Aug 18th build i think). Had to boot into twrp and delete the app manually to get the phone to boot again
Excellent. Works with quick pic but can you make it work with stock samsung gallery app? Quickpic was sold to cm and dont want to use it now ?.

I can confirm this, phone was stuck at boot animation for nearly 20 mins then went to recovery and deleted apk and it booted fine, running AICP on Note 4, latest build.
I'm guessing this module doesn't work on Touchwiz ROMs either. I am using a TW 5.0.0 ROM and it bootloops when I enable this module too.
Doesn't work on my Oneplus running Blisspop 4.0 using Quickpik 4.5.2. The lock option doesn't appear inside the 3 dot menu.
Same as above but with the stock LG G3 rom.
Quickpic v4.5.2 doesn't shows the option to lock.
I apologize for the issues users are facing. I have set the module as experimental at the moment since individuals are reporting bootloops. I have tested four personal devices (Moto G, Nexus 5, Blaze 4G, and OPO) to have no issues. I am trying to nail down what may be causing issues for some, but sadly have been unable to reproduce the bootloops some are facing.
Nexus 5 latest Cataclysm. Bootloop. Does it matter if FIRST I started and configured the module (updated hooks) and THEN restart the device?
@iHelp101 Idk if I should call myself a idiot or whatever, but after failing on 1st attempt and reading your post that you tested it on 4 devices, I just out of curiosity thought to give it another try, this time reading the instructions properly. I realized that I updated hooks for Cyanogen gallery before (thinking the default gallery on my CM ROM would be Cyanogen gallery though it was Gallery3D upon checking my nick does tell that ) and maybe that caused me to stuck in a bootloop. This time tho I just installed the module and activated (read that hooks ain't required for Gallery3D n Quickpik so dint do anything other than activating) and it works like a charm now! :good: Thank you very much for this awesome module! :highfive::highfive:

Thank you for the positive message. I will try to reproduce these steps to see if the module causes a bootloop for me. If you are able to, once again updating your hooks for Cyanogen Gallery. Reboot and see if you get a boot loop again. If so I can nail it down to the way the hooks are stored (Via SharedPreferences).

I am trying to find the correlation currently. I apologize about this and promise I will find a resolution. If you are still in a bootloop use TWRP to delete the module located under /data/app/com.ihelp101.dontswipe.apk.

[MOD][UNOFFICIAL] WakeBlock for the V20!

To start off, credit goes to @GioBozza, @CappyT, @pioccd, @TotemFallico, @SimoIanni. They made this mod. All I did was port it to the V20.
ORIGINAL THREAD (go drop a "Thanks"): https://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-6p/development/wakeblock-blocking-drain-late-t3526313
Next, some caveats:
Neither I nor the users mentioned above take any responsibility for anything that goes wrong with you installing this.
I have personally tested this on the H918 on the 10k firmware. I see no reason for it not to work on other variants, BUT MAKE BACKUPS!!!
This mod is unofficial, and will remain so, meaning I may not be able to update it for every release, whether that be a new Android version for the V20, or a new mod version.
This is for STOCK ONLY.
This mod requires ROOT.
Again, MAKE BACKUPS!!!!!!!!!
Instructions (READ THROUGH THEM FIRST):
Backup `/system/framework/services.jar` and `/system/framework/oat/arm64/services.odex` (The latter is only relevant for ODEXed ROMs).
Download and install the app from the linked thread.
Download the `services.jar` file attached or linked in this post.
Copy it to your device somewhere safe (such as `/sdcard/`).
Use either the command line or a root file explorer to copy the downloaded JAR to `/system/framework/`, overwriting the current one. (YOU MADE A BACKUP, RIGHT?)
Make sure its permissions are set to 0644 (rw-r--r--).
Use either the command line or a root file explorer to delete the `services.odex` file that you made a backup of I'm sure C_C.
Reboot.
(If you have TWRP 3.1.1-1, you'll have to keep the backups on your device somewhere, since it doesn't support MTP right now!)
If all went well, your phone will boot successfully and you'll have some pretty fine control over your wakelocks. If not, restore your backups using the TWRP file manager and try again.
If you have any questions about the installation process, ask here. Otherwise, ask on the linked thread.
Nice job!
Good job everyone!

Excellent work! Been hoping this would get unoffiical support.
Edit: Damn, doesn't seem to boot on NotSoStock for the H918. I wonder if Tilde changed something in services.jar
@Zacharee1 nice find.
What are you using to compare before and after results of the mod?
Using the link you posted and github I've added the the mod to my rom all seems well but not sure which app will measure this best?
Also is there an app or something you are using to control which wakelock you want to block?
I tried the playstore version, but says device not supported...
Either way it doesn't seem to have any negative effects so far so I guess I'll just wait for a few days to see if there are any noticeable improvements...
Thanks for your work and contributions to this community!
Hopefully you'll still be using this device by time I finally go public with oZoP! Hopefully soon, but can't really say how much longer. Still many, many hours

I'm using Wakelock Detector Free to see which wakelocks are still happening. Some of them can't be blocked without causing systwm_server to continually crash, so you have to be careful.
The core kid is unsupported on this phone, not the app. If you swipe to the wakelocks tab, you should see a bunch.
I'm going to be on this phone for at least 2 years, so no worries there.

Hi, the playstore app says "Unsupported" because it checks for official build of WakeBlock, now I am on DU wich is Unofficially supported and my home screen looks like this

If yours looks like this too you can proceed blocking wakelocks. Please refeer to this thread to see which wakelocks to block(remember that the WakeBlock app asks for the block time in milliseconds so you need to add 3 zeros to the guide's times)

Strange. If you send me the working jar, it probably won't be hard to edit, since NSS is deodexed.

OP is correct... It was am error on myside and have since fixed and been blocking away those dang wakelocks!
Haven't really ever used anything that gve me control like this to pick and choose which ones! Very nice, now the problem is figuring out which ones to block! Haha
I have started lite with mainly just gms.core and will go from there.
Thank you for your work and thanks OP for bringing this here!
Awesome thank you!

Quick update:
Don't use WakeBlock to block WifiOffDelayIfNotUsed. Your phone will reboot when connected to WiFi, disconnected from power, and put to sleep. This wakelock has been causing me some headaches, so here's an experimental JAR that just disables the wakelock altogether. Test it using the same instructions as in the OP (it does boot; I tested that far), and report any weird behavior. I won't be able to fix anything that happens because of this, but it'll be good for others to have that information.
If this goes well, I think I'll try packaging this into an AROMA installer. I've always wanted to try making one of those.

Thank you! Sorry I was unable to reply yesterday. I'll give it a try
Edit: No luck unfortunately, still fails to boot. I've attached the services.jar from NSS 6.5
Just tried this on stock H910 and it couldn't get past the ATT logo. I replaced the .jar file and changed the permissions to 0644. Did I need to delete the .odex file in the .jar?
Will this work on G5?
Looks very interesting - out of curiosity has anyone had the dreaded "anx_wlock" kernel wakelock/battery drain on the V20 and managed to fix it with this?
Thanks. Works great on WETA 5.0.7 H918

Yes it works on any ROM. I'm using it on MIUI.
Please make sure you enabled it from Xposed Manager.
If you are using LSPosed, then disable and enable the module AGAIN from LSPossed Manager. And then force close Messenger.

I reenabled it at redisabled, then cleared the data of Messenger, still doesn't change. I don't know what's the culprit, but I'll try again later. This is a very nifty feature so I really need it. Anyways, thank you so much for making such a wonderful app. I'll report back to you once I make it work in my MIUI12.5 EEA. Thank you.
UPDATE: I just uninstalled and reinstalled the module then updated the app on Playstore,

You can update official Messenger from Playstore any time, it will work on any Messenger version (assuming they don't mess up more).

Thank you for the update sur.
It's not working on the latest Xiaomi.eu weekly build (A11, Miui 12.5). Tried the turn on/off method, multiple force closes of the messenger app, deleting all data, etc. The phone's app list says it's never used. I was able to use it on a LOS 18.1 rom with Riru and LSPosed. Tried to install edXposed from the Magisk repo but it's ask for Riru and redirects me to a download page. Riru is on my phone. Any suggestion? I even tried to remove LSPosed, but edXposed still asks for Riru....

EdXposed doesn't work with latest version of Riru. If you want to use EdXposed, you have to install Riru 25.
Alternatively you can switch to LSPosed.

I just checked with EdXposed, it's working. Have you activated it from EdXposed manager? Can you show me EdXposed Log?
