I was looking through the LG open source download, and there is a zip inside it that seems to contain some form of code for android source? I was wondering if anyone could tell me what this was for?

I'm fairly new to modifying APKs and such. Could one of you either tell me where to find the framework apk on our phone or post it for me? I believe the file I'm looking for is called "framework-res.apk". Thanks!
EDIT: Sorry for wasting this thread, but I found it. If anyone else needs it or can't find it, it's located in \system\framework.
