Short answer is no.
Cannot unlock bootloader, no twrp and Lineage for US snapdragon variant.
Rooting may be possible but i don't know if it's still supported.

SM-G955F/FD OREO Android 8.0 ~EXENOS~ Original Kernel Source Code

Normal users need not concern themselves with the Galaxy S8 Oreo kernel sources because they’re not meant for them. They’re meant for developers who want to create custom software for the handsets.
Samsung has now released the kernel sources for the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ bearing model number SM-G950F and SM-G955F respectively. It’s the same firmware version G950/G955-FXXU1CRAP that the company started rolling out yesterday in Germany. Developers can now use these kernel sources to create custom recoveries, kernels and ROMs.

TWRP custom bootloader on Galaxy M30

So i have had me galaxy M30 for a while now it came out with android 9.0(Pie) and just recently got the android 10 update to OneUI 2. I haven't rooted it or installed a custom boot loader yet. i wanted to do that and i was doing some research and I read about how TWRP isnt ready for phones that come with android 10 out of the box. i was wondering if the would have a problem on my M30 too or if its safe.
if it is safe to install TWRP in my M30 the has already been updated to android 10. Then where can i get the suitable version of twrp and the steps to install it. Also where can i get the stock boot loader incase I wanted to change it back.
device info:

android 10 (OneUI 2)
Exynos 7904

How can I root Samsung Galaxy J4 (SM-J400M)?

Hi everyone,
I'm new to this forum and I would like to have a walkthrough or tutorial of how can I root my devide. My device is Samsung Galaxy J4 (SM-J400M) and I wonder if I could install LineageOS or something.
I don't care much about the OS - once I only require the possibility to install Android Apps (including Google Play, Whatsapp, Youtube, Telegram etc). The main focus is to get root access and that's all.
Please, I'm a complete newbie in this field XD

Best to backup everything important before rooting.
