Hi, I am recently experiencing a problem enabling the hostpost on my S21 G991B
when some device connects to it it has no internet connection, if i connect my s21 to another wifi with internet while i share my connection through an hotspot, it works. But it is not sharing my mobile data. This is happening recently, two weeks ago i could share it without a problem, If I put my sim card in my wife's phone and activate the hotspot, it works without problems, sharing the mobile data connection
anyone know what can be done to solve this problem?
I already tried clearing the cache, rebooting or changing sim cards
Help! This has been driving me insane!
I found a solution in another thread, you have to edit your APN, on APN TYPE (I think this is the translation since my system is in Spanish) leave it empty and save, the problem is solved after saving

Hi forum!
I'm heaving the strangest issue here.. i have data connection turned off so i only use wifi. I've changed to a different operator SIM and (don't know if it's related) since then i'm not able to sync my emails giving me error 80022EFF, nor maps, market, not even open google.com...
I changed back to the old SIM and problem still persisted. rebootedwith 10 secs power button and still no internet connection.
(I changed the SIM cards like 5 times and once the wifi worked a bit on the market then stopped working again...) I changed network and worked a bit then it stopped again too. it's not my home internet tha is failing because i'm using the computer on the same network and the web works fine...
Edited: oh and the wifi says that it is connected with full strength
Any one know how to fix this?

Hi Everyone..
I have a strange problem with my s2... I used stock kernel and xwlsz firmware... My problem is I can not make check ins when wifi or gps is not open. The apps say "We are sorry that we could not find your location" But i can show my locations only with mobile operator before that strange problem occurs. I wiped cache and dalvic cache, changed kernel,reinstalled rom but nothing change I tried to change my network from hspa/3G to Edge.. The problem is solved. I can use location feature of my phone without wifi and gps But the speed of internet is terrible... I can not open wifi everytime becouse it drains batt..
No problem with GPS i can use navigation in my car
No problem when i use wifi to connect internet
The problem occurs only when i use mobile network internet... Very annoying
Any ideas ? How can it solved ? Help Please..!

My problem with wifi lies in the fact that when I turn on my wifi searches for available networks and trying to connect to any network and entered the password the phone stores the network and instead connect me with wifi, cleans up other networks and shows from a network is inaccessible.
It happens since I got the phone on all ROMs, on open networks and closed.
Anyone knows the solution to this? none programs didn't helped

Ok so i'm having the following problem. I have no idea whats the cause whats the solution nothing.
In certain apps like Zedge, Duolingo, Spotify, while i'm connected to wi-fi they do not work at all. But if i open them with mobile data or another wi-fi network it works flawlessly.
Now some interesting facts in my opinion.
1.The other wifi network i'm talking about is my laptops hotspot connected to the same network i'm having problems with my phone. And yes while connected to hotspot the apps works fine.
2. IF i connect my phone to a vpn on the same wi-fi i'm having problems with the apps works fine as well.
I have no idea how to solve this and also i didnt find any answers somewhere else.
The following things i've tried and didnt work:
1. Network reset on my phone
2.Router reset to factory
3.Delete cache and so on
4. Reinstall the apps

I have a galaxy s21 thats ~ a year old.
I am having issues with my 4g/5g connection. The Phone says i have connection but i dont always have internet.
The only way i have found to fix this issue is to either remove cache or go into settings->connections->mobile networks->network operators-> and choose my own network operator manually (this is a temp fix that i have to keep refreshing a few times a day)
I am on verizon.
Any ideas? Could the sim card be going bad?
