Greenify (4.7.5) was working fine on my Galaxy A71 running Android 11 till yesterday, but today it started asking for "retrieve window content capability" when I try to hibernate an app. I've already enabled that on Accessibility options, but the app keeps asking it to be on for Automatic Hibernation for work.
Already cleared cache and data, but zilch, it just won't detect that that option is already turned on. I took a screenshot of the option in my phone, it was taken before I clicked on Allow, because the message only shows when the toggle is off.

edit: nevermind, it just started working again by its own, go figure
You Granted Greenify Accessibility as seen in my screen shot?
And why start a new Thread? You'd get more help in Greenify's main Thread.

I'm on the JellyWiz RLS7 rom and since I'm a noob I'm not aloud to post in that specific thread. Ever since yesterday, I noticed that my 4g lte logo had gone white. I thought this was curious but I put it aside. Later I noticed I could not connect to the Google Play store and I remembered that if you have your background data restricted you cannot connect to the Play store.
I have NOT manually set it to disable background data as you can see in my screenshots. Am I just dumb and disabled something or is this a rom issue/Verizon issue?

Edit: I have also done a factory/data reset and it did nothing. I would really like to avoid reinstalling the rom if possible.
Go into system settings, data usage, hit the menu button, see if restrict background data is checked.
Edit: oops couldn't see the second picture at first lol

Hello everyone,
For the past days I'm getting this a weird popup message: "Hmm...try again? If it still doesn't work, try logging out, then sign back in."

This appears randomly, no matter what I'm doing or which app I'm using. I have already went through all the apps I have installed during the last few days, uninstalled most of them, and I wasn't able to find anything related.
As far as I can understand, I always get it a few seconds after unlocking the screen, and at random times when using apps, mostly when switching back to the homescreen. It seems to appear only when connected to wifi (although it's so random, the latter might just be a coincidence).
Is there any way I can find out which app can be responsible? Anyone else getting this?
I just got this new phone and turned it on 3 hours ago.
I found that camera (stock) always runs in background. Any solution to disable?
sorry, I posted on the wrong section.

Using face unlock all the time no background camera issues here.you can try turning off face unlock see if that works.

My WhatsApp looks like having difficulties accessing the contacts (as far as I could see). I have noticed this few days ago. I'm on a MIUI 12 root pocophone, custom rom HNPORT 20.5.7. I'm uploading images so you can see what i have installed so far, and what the problem seems to be.

I have all the permissions concedes to WhatsApp, and it keeps sending that error. I noticed because, visually, WhatsApp didn't recognize my contact list until I closed it and launched again, and if I don't use it for a few minutes, the problem comes again. I have tried to lock the app so it never closes while in the background, but it keeps happening, so thats why i think it is some root problem.
Have anyone had a similar problem? (maybe with another app a/o another permission).
Edit: Now i just figured it deletes my profile photo everytime it happens too.
Hi Guys,
I have tried everything I can without downgrading or root access, there seems to be an overlay on Instagram's login.
I have a farm of 100 A7's Lite, Carrier T-Mobile and if I open Instagram the login page is black, if I click back for a split second I can see the login page, so its there, but this black screen covers it, if the bot logs in then the screen is removed. I am sure its security related but I can't find a fix
Its only related to Android 12, it does not happen on 11, installing an old APK form 6months ago works until it updates in the background, I uninstalled, reinstalled, removed all bloatware including t-mbile played around with many developer settings and so far no luck
