I'm the proud owner of a Chuwi HI8 SE. It's a pretty good Chinese tablet at a low price (Paid it 60 bucks).
Specs :
OS : Android 8.1 - Oreo
RAM : 2 GB
ROM : 32 GB
CPU : Quad Core MT8735VT Cortex-A53 (1.1 GHz)
GPU : Mali T720 (550 MHz)
Screen res. : Full HD 1920x1200

So what I'd like to request is a custom rooted Android ROM for this tablet at a lower version of Android (Version 5 would be perfect), since I feel like Android 8.1 is a bit too much for it to handle, and also because I've found no rooted ROM at all for this device ! uwu
I've downloaded the device's ROM somewhere outta here on the internet *but cant post links*. So please DM me through Discord for me to send you the link.
I have no idea of where to start...
