You could actually be the one to supply them.
Contact OnePlus support, and request a remote session to fix your phone. They should send you a link to the MSMDownload tools to download before the session. Just upload a copy of them.

When's the last time you asked them? I'm not sure about the unlocked version, but OP has had the MSM tools for the T-Mobile version since July 31st. If it's been a while since you last asked them, try again.

Dude! This is amazing. I have been waiting a couple of months for this. A coworker dropped her phone in a toilet, and it must have shorted something corrupting the system files... It would stay on when in bootloader, but I couldn't find a file to flash. I just flashed this and it's working 100%. You're awesome!! Thank you.

Bloatware?
Do these firmware files include the massive amount of bloatware included when you purchase the phone from Verizon? I am appalled at Verizon. There are a good 5 gigs or so of apps installed on my device I have no intention of ever using and it is driving me crazy.
Here is the latest Stock Nougat build for Harpia in TWRP flashable format.
This zip does not include gpt (partition table) or bootloader, so you can downgrade back to your official stock build without any issues.
Usage is simple:
Copy file to device storage
Reboot into TWRP
Flash zip
Profit!
Please remember to hit the "thanks" button if this file helps you!

Just wanted to give a huge thank you for posting these. I flashed one and it fixed my GPS issue so thank you so much.
One question, is there anywhere to see the release dates of each radio? I'm just curious the order of which is oldest and newest.
Thank you again.

You can use simg2img to unsparse the NON-HLOS.bin to NON-HLOS.raw, then use a hex editor to search for the date.
You can do the same with fsg, the other component of the radio, also; it is already unsparsed, so no need to use simg2img.

Thanks again for the radios and for helping me check the dates! I have one more question which I can't seem to answer myself.
In the names of the radios, some start with MPI (example MPI24.241-15.3) while other radios begin with MPIS (example MPIS24.241-15.3-7). Do you know what this difference means? I have not been unable to find the meaning of this difference. Thanks again.

I'm not sure what the difference is either, except that "MPIS" seems to be on the most recent builds.
Sorry for all the questions, but I do have another.
As I have been having constant GPS problems, I have been trying many of the radios to see if there is any solution or change to the issue. I havent found a solution yet.
I am curious if you think there is any danger or risk in flashing one of the amazon/verizon radios on a non-verizon or non-amazon phone? The baseband version is the same as my phone on stock the only difference being you have versions listed for Verizon and Amazon as well.
Thanks again for all the help.
@Q9Nap,
Thank you so much for these files.
Question:
Which one of the fastboot files is for the xt1607 U.S. Retail version?
Also, I have the xt1609 Verizon variant of the Moto G4 play. Can I flash the fastboot files for the xt1607 on my phone?
Since there are no gpt or bootloader files I'm wondering if it will work?
Thanks

The only difference between standard and verizon/amazon builds is the oem partition; everything else is the same.
So you could flash those radios, but the result wouldn't be any different.

If you've somehow managed to unlock the xt1609 bootloader, then yes you can use these files; afaik though, an unlock solution hasn't been released as of this writing.
I have flashed xt1609 files on my xt1607 successfully though, so it would work if the bootloader was unlocked.

Unfortunately the xt1609 bootloader is not unlockable at the moment. (neither is there any root method for it. Bummer, huh?)
I just thought that the files could be flashed through adb fastboot as long as I didn't try to flash the bootloader and gpt, which are not included in these files, but apparently the bootloader would still need to be unlocked.

You must have a unlock.bin to flash it for unlock the bootloader complete. Then you can flash any firmware to Nokia 7!!The unlock.bin you can send a private messenger to “the _laser”who can find at the Nokia6 forum. You mist give you code,imei1,imei2,meid,then he will send you a unlock.bin which can only unlock your phone. And have it to unlock the bootloader, you can flash your phone freely!!
Which languages are included?
Google Services inside or not?

I have exactly the same problem about apps closing on the background and not showing notifications, until I open the apps (whtasapp, facebook, snapchat, etc).
The only to solve this problem, will be if someone build a new global rom on stock android for the NOKIA 7 TA-1041.
While I've gathered there is no modded MSM tool to convert to the international variant, but is it possible to flash to the international variant via normal flashing methods (zip install via recovery) with an unlocked bootloader?
Sorry if this seems like a dumb question.
You'd have to ask the recovery maintainers.
Some devices allow it because the variations are similar enough.
Or recovery might read that 88 in our device number and just deny you.
Guess I'll try it over my days off from work and report back.

I gave that method a try and am still banging my head against it.
There are instructions on here for flashing GSI roms with a global release of OOS as one of the packages, I am gonna give that a try and see where I land once my unlock token comes in from 1+
Crossflash achieved!!!!
