is a project founded by Adhitya Mohan (@poad42) and Ido Ben-Hur (@idoybh) with the goal of staying close to AOSP in design goals, offer a clean interface, do as much as original development as possible and avoid becoming a kitchen sink and cherry picked mess.

I guess always. In his other Hydrogen Thread someone reported the phone won't boot after trying to connect to WiFi.
These roms should be very similar I think.

Oh okay thanks. Might wait with trying this rom until this issue is hopefully fixed. I can live with the other bugs, but not this one. Would be great to try out Oxygen OS tho

Just downloaded this amazing ROM, but I'm facing 2 problems.
1. The fingerprint setup is a mess. I was never able to register a finger successfully (see attached error).
2. Magisk hide seems to be not working at all. I came to get the device registered in the Play Store through props, but still all apps are warning against root while being on the hide list.
Just remembered now, despite being activated, but WiFi Calling doesn't appear to be working. It was working normally on MIUI 12/12.5 on both Android 10 and 11.

You need to install it on Android 11 . don't wipe anything with TWRP recovery .i recommend you to use Pixel experience recovery to flash it (AOSP android 12 )

This is my preferred way of doing it:
Download all the files you need to pc.
Put your phone into recovery.
Wipe: Dalvik/Art cache
Cache
Data
System
Vendor.
Then Format Data.
Boot back to recovery (very important)
Connect phone to pc and transfer all files that you need (ROM, gapps if needed, Magisk if you want root and DM verity if you want decrypted recovery)
Flash ROM etc and reboot and Voila!

There's a way to remove the cap on the accepted currency, but it's not tested.

Thanks for the response. I think the voltage is limited. The charger delivers max 6A at 20V and Ampere shows me that charging reaches 6A but at 10V. Can you give me an outline of how to remove the cap?
