Note : I accidentally found a vanilla version of Sakura Project but using any recovery to load it doesn't work, I hope everyone can help me to make this rom work.
Your thread name and question are both totally different
Both mojito and sunny are the same devices and all the custom roms are compatible for both even if they specify that they are for mojito
Second you are saying that you are facing problems regarding installation If you want our help you have to tell us exactly what problem or error code you are facing

so i have a redmi note 3 kenzo i unlocked the boot loader unofficially installed twrp from fastboot through cmd it had two files twrp latest (3.1.1.0) and boot.img and i installed resurection remix and GAaps it got stuck on first boot in the boot animation for like 30 mins so i tried lineage os 14.1 (nougat based) but still it is stuck

That's the link to the los thread. Firmware is in op #2, but it is not for you since you unlocked unofficially, it will relock your bootloader.

Flash fastboot rom in fastboot with Miflash. Best flash latest global dev rom to unlock officially. Wait before you flash nougat custom rom until LineageOS team has updated the firmware (or flash thestrix firmware before flashing custom rom).

i did flash the new firmware , but the rom is till stuck on boot animation i have arm64 7.1 gapps latest rom i wiped every thing
transfered my .zip files to my internal storage updated firmware(https://forum.xda-developers.com/redmi-note-3/how-to/cm14-14-1-aosp-n-firmware-kenzo-kate-t3507789) and thenn i installed rom wiped cache installed gaaps wiped cache againn and it still stuck on boot animation for the whole night ( i left it on )
my internal storage dosent have any files even after a night of running i foind it wierd
??

i installed rom gaaps and firmaware from adb sideload and i says no os installed twrp dosent install files

So I have this problem going on for few days and seems like a software issue because service center guys were saying the same.
I have unlocked the bootloader officially installed Twrp and want to reset the rom.
I am using Snapdragon version redmi note 3 32 gb

How to do that without getting any fastboot option or any screen.
The device is not recognized by my pc

Now is there any special requirement to flash other roms like China developer from global stable or custom roms from global stable.
Which Rom do you suggest for normal usage/no gaming/browsing
You can install China rom but you might need to flash twrp again after full wipe, at least that's what happens to me every time I want to flash China dev rom.
I would suggest Nitrogen Os for everyday use (for first install you might need to format data in twrp to flash nitrogen) , Viper Os has slightly better camera quality than nitrogen and a little less battery backup but an amazing rom overall. Lineage Os is very stable with good features but you need to flash firmware first, there is a guide in rom thread for that. Resurrection Remix is the most customizable of all but use with agni or infected kernel for better battery backup.
For me top roms are
-> Nitrogen Os
-> Lineage Os
-> Viper Os
->Aosp Extended
->Pure Nexus with infected kernel
->Cosmic Os

Outdated Bootloader is the main cause ur some custom roms are not booting.
If u unofficially unlocked device. Then u should nt use firmware emmc zip. Emmc is what upgrades ur bootloader.
So only thing u can do is flash latest fastboot global rom.
And unlock device.

i dont know i use official mode before. equally you can try with updated recovery i dont say this but the other user can have reason =)
if dont work try with unofficial mode (i dont try it but is other option if you need unlock your bootloader)

I've always installed custom OS using a custom recovery but it seems that that there is no recovery partition on Android 11 ?
Do I have to flash the boot partition with the custom rom .zip directly ?

You need to:
1. root
2. flash custom recovery
3. flash rom
To flash the recovery you use "fastboot flash boot recovery.img" ?

This phone have a/b partion system. The recovery partition is present or phone will not boot. Install a rom via fastboot is possible but it's not safe. In every custom rom thread you can find los recovery and how to install procedure. Read with accuracy. Open the section kernel and custom rom. I suggest you pixel experience

i suggest rom with gapps... the best vanilla rom for me is los... but the system ui is very basical

Yeah nezuko and corvus seems pretty good, I would rather use a popular ROM like lineage but those ROM looks very promising
Corvus is fantastic... With some optimization made with root... In my opinion is the best at now. For performance, stability and systemUI
I tried installing TWRP but the phone would infinitely boot and shut down after a few seconds. Is there any other custom recovery i can use so i am able to install a custom ROM?

TWRP 3.7.0, which i found in some telegram channel. The phone would enter TWRP recovery for some seconds and reboot after. I dont know what im doing wrong since i followed all instructions.
Im trying to flash crDROID
No official TWRP for FLEUR.

TG(Telegram).
Some roms have their own recovery when this one does not exist and must use Fastboot commands to install the rom.
You have to be sure that the rom is for your device, code name FLEUR.
No such roms on XDA, post on T.G.
