Hi guys
I'm coming from a stock Nexus 5X to a Redmi Note 3 Pro SE / Kate / 3/32. On my old phone, I had Whatsapp Web running on my computer all the time with no issues, but now with the minz1 LineageOS 14.1 ROM and the CM 13 August Snapshot (current) ROM, I get "Phone Not Connected" on Whatsapp Web.
I think I can probably circumvent this by turning off battery optimization for Whatsapp on my phone, but I'd prefer a cleaner solution if one exists.
I'm not sure why this is an issue now - previously Android always pushed messages fine and let me Whatsapp Web in peace
Have anyone succeded in installing Android 9 on Samsung A20e. On my job we upgraded to Android 10 and it broke one of our main apps (the service provider of the app says Android 10 is not allowing the way they manage push messages).
I searceh high and low and I cant find a download option for Android 9 for Samsung A20e.
Hope that I have luck with this post, thanks in advance (and sorry for my english-ish)
Hey guys. I know maybe some of you guys already did that years ago and that I am pretty late with it right now but I havent seen a thread where this was mentioned in (maybe I was just too lazy to look everywhere) but I recently made a video on how to get the Samsung Experience 8.1 Features on the S6/edge without any root or custom rom. Originally, we only got Experience 8.0, according to Wikipedia, however it isnt even mentioned in the Device Info page (if you ask me, they should have waited a few more weeks and should have given us Android 7.1.1 directly like the J5 2016 or SE 8.1 with 7.0 like the S5 Neo).
However, thanks to API 24 / Android 7.0, we are able to get nearly 80% of the Samsung Experience 8.1 Features, by updating the stock apps and TouchWiz Launcher manually. We can even get Bixby Home with that method. Things you will not be able to change are the general look of the UI (Lockscreen, Settings, QuickPanel), however you can install AOD Display, which will then be shown in the Settings. S6 edge+/Note 5 users will also benefit more from this, as they already got some S8 functions inside their firmware like changing Screen resolution or being able to activate Boostmode. The tutorial should be applicable to every Samsung device that runs Android 7.0 (A-2016 series/J-2016 series)

No. Please only use the versions I linked in the video. If you install a more recent version of TouchWiz/Bixby, they might start to crash. You can try though

The app for the company I work for doesn't work on Android 11. Someone has updated to Android 11 and now I need to get back with that phone. It's another company that offers this app and talking to them to update the app is very bad. I'm not a manager, I'm a simple employee with this mission to leave cell phones in good condition for the teams that use them.

Dear All,
I am using Color OS 13.0 official version and I installed the Android Auto app but when I plugged wire in to my car it said as the pictures and it doesn't work even I choose File Transfer / Android Auto or anything else.
How can I fix it???
There are two solutions.
One is to root your phone and make Android Auto an native app. I don't have the details but you can google and find it.
The other one is to flash Oxygen OS.
thank you @peteve
Finally I came back to Google Pixel ;P
