Is there a possibility/app where everytime you get a call/text message on you phone it is displayed on chromecast automatically?
I need a way to see my incoming calls on a big screen TV. Ideally, when a call comes in it is being send/displayed thru chromecast and the TV with CEC is automatically turned on and shows the caller ID.
Can this be done? Is there an app for this?

I am trying to use my SS GS2 as a living room PC. It is easy enough to connect the MHL to HDMI adapter and connect the phone to a big screen TV. I am then able to use a bluetooth mouse (Microsoft 5000) and keyboard (Microsoft 6000) from my sofa to "use" the phone.
Most apps look ok. What is painful is when I have to enter text or the on screen keyboard pops up, suddenly, 70% of the TV screen is filled with the keyboard or the text box.
Is there a way to disable the pop-up keyboard? Are there apps that "understand" that I am connected to an HDTV and actually output 1920x1080 and stay at that resolution.
Also, is there a way to turn off the phone screen when connected to a TV. I find that because it is on, the phone slowly discharges (1% per 25 minutes) instead of charging. Since I am using bluetooth to control the phone from far away and I can see the UI on the TV, I don't need the screen on.
For example, I like that I can use the Dolphin HD Browser to look at my Facebook page is desktop mode (same view as my PC). It is irritating that the URL is gigantic, and every time I enter text, the UI zooms in, and after the huge text entry box goes away, the UI stays zoomed in.
Thank you in advance for any advice or guidance you can provide.

I wanted to watch a sports event on my tv from my phone. I pay for the service, but the must lock the phone so you can't put on a tv for some reason. Is there something that will let me mirror what is on my phone? I'm guessing once it senses phone is connected to hdmi out it will just shut down app so not way to bypass.
Hi
I am unable to use the mirroring function of my Z2 Tab. I have a Sony TV and it's connected to the network. Whenever I attempt mirroring, I get the message that no compatible devices are present. Am I doing something wrong?
Thx
Hi.
I have a problem with screen mirroring. When I try to mirror eg. Netflix or NC+go (in Poland) on TV i hear voice but i do not see any image.
Is there any way to fix this?
Hi, I have a Lenovo Tab 4 10 plus (Android 7.1.1), and I would like to use it with a Bluetooth speaker or in my car connected via Bluetooth for non-cellular phone calls. The problem is, that when I place a 'phone call' through a third party phone app, it doesn't route audio through my Bluetooth device. upon further investigation, I found that looking in the settings of the Bluetooth device through the tablet, I can see Media Audio, but no option for phone audio. I am using Google voice as well as an app that connects to my company's phone system for calls, so there isn't a standard phone cellular connection. Is there anything I can do to enable this to work? Thanks for any suggestions!
