Got it on my EU model yesterday. Udated and factory reseted my device. About 2 h on standby on 5G and Wi-Fi watching movies. I thing battery is improved.
Also HDR is not so aggressive.

Looks good, I let ya know when I got more data
Currently on latest update with dark mode and better auto brightness - i lower it during usage. Mostly on Wi-fi.

Hello, so what the title says. My phone is turning off when battery Reaches about 50%.. what can cause this problem and how can I FIX it?

Flash miui using PC and check if same problem happens.
There's a newer version of PE available, (clean) flash it and see if it makes a difference.

just when I thought this phone couldn't get any more annoying, it was the most difficult phone i've ever had to root.
And then basic things like Android auto didn't work at all.
Now, to take the biscuit, after updating to UI 3.0 i've lost VoWiFi, makes it utterly useless for me now.
I take it i'll have to wait until my phone network enables it?
Propably you must wait for new update.
And 5g doesn't work either, on either sim.
This update is seriously bad

This is the official UI 3 ota from RealMe. Can't believe its such basic things not working properly
Try resetting your settings/phone, it may resolve issue, for me VoWiFi is working. However Android Auto is still an issue with earlier as well as current update. OTG disconnects after 10 minutes.

Hi dear! Do you have CN version? right?
I have Cn version and after updated to "C10" Th phone lost VoWiFi and VoLTE in Settings! I can't testing 5G, bz don't have this standard in the city.
I swapped to global version rom. Then UI 3 Android 12 update was near enough forced onto my phone. But everything works fine on the global ROM.

This phone is even better Value than Redmi. I hope it will have custom ROM or Global ROM soon.
I agree that this phone should have its own section in these forums. Since there's currently no global rom, only CN rom with CN bloatware / spyware, it would be nice to have a custom rom, or official LineageOS support.
I plan on tinkering with GSI on this phone. Will post results eventually.

Hoping for goods result brother.
No sadly but I see some people have had sucess with GSI roms. I plan to give it a try once my phone arrives. There's also the option of using a debloating tool. Nah, having it for some time already. Not a lot of improvements but regarding battery life, it is back in the line with One UI 4.1 maybe. 5.0 was pretty bad for me at least (Qualcomm version here). But with location enabled, the drain is still considerable. I am considering making a full wipe to see if it does solve the lags over the UI that it shows from time to time. The least important things (animations), improved. I'm still trying to understand the reason a company like Samsung (or even Google) put so much effort to a truly worthless features like animations. I really don't care about things flying around, I just need my applications running as quick as possible, preferably without redraws...
For reference, a factory reset helped to restore smoothness, battery and even small lags the phone was presenting occasionally
