Magisk has been updated to the new version V16.7.
If you install it, on some devices on the first boot you will notice a large LAG.
To press, you will have to do 1-2 Restart your device.
It is not a ROM problem, but a Magisk behavior.

I try to upgrade my android OREO to PIE but I meet problems.. i saw a guide on yourube with title : " Install Android 9.0 Pie on Any Android Device! (Treble Enabled) " but i cant find Twrp Exclusive for sagit, only mido. Also i tried to do it with regular twrp and redwolf but error 7 appears.. also, i tried to fix that error 7 by deleting some lines in "update-script" to avoid /vendor mount check, in POST-sGSI_1_v0.14 folder, but after installing and rebooting, device stucked to fastboot mode..
any ideas?
Hey, That is Treble Image (Generic System Image) which can almost boot on any device that got Android 8.1 and treble supported.
You can try it out by here!
https://forum.xda-developers.com/project-treble/
And you don't need twrp for treble, You just need fastboot.
Always wipe Internal Storage ,Data, System, Cache,Dalvik before flashing treble image
You can flash it by
fastboot flash system file.img
or
TWRP
Install -> Select Image -> File.img -> System Image & then flash
Hello!
Just received my Umidigi A3 - MT6739.
Firmware is Android 9, latest release: N Android 9.0 V1.3_20190610 ROM
I would like to flash a custom recovery (TWRP) and flash a custom ROM - like Lineage OS or Stock Android.
This is not the first time I root and flash an android device, however I am having difficulties finding the right files.
I tried to install custom TWRP recovery both through ADB tool and with SP flash tool.
I initially unlocked the OEM and bootloader using ADB tools, then I tried to flash a TWRP recovery image I found online but it turned out to be for Android 8.1 and not Android 9.
The phone switches on and boots normally - however I still don't have a custom recovery nor the possibility to install a custom ROM.
Here's a list of threads I already looked at and tested:

Did anyone who has the same phone manage to do such?
Thanks!
A3 TWRP Recovery
Hi,
It sounds like you have tried all the available options and since I have Android 8.1 mine is not the same. I can tell you that just in case you haven't seen this page yet, it may help, as it worked perfectly for me.

Hi,
I am getting error 7 when trying to install latest Oxygen OS (v 9.0.5) on my Oneplus 3 via TWRP v. 3.0.2.
ADB sideload does not work (cancelled after 4x%).
If i try to flash the unzipped image via fastboot and then reboot to recovery, then for some reason, somehow, lineage os instead of oxygen os appears.
Even though internal storage was formatted before trying to install oxygen os. How is that possible??
Installing a modified oxygen zip as suggested in this guide did not help either https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2302599.
Does anyone have an idea what is going wrong here?

issue resolved - cause: did not use latest twrp version
Hey, recently I've updated to miui 11 and I've unlocked the bootloader long ago but I couldn't install twrp on my phone, every time I push the up volume button and power it leads me to the mi recovery, and if I press down volume button it leads me to the fastboot with that communist rabbit.
I'm quite tired of trying over and over watching every tutorial of Hindi kids speaking as fast as a squirrel and I just want to know if someone did it with miui 11 working and explain me how to install that damned custom recovery
I think someone has to build the recovery, because I tried to flash the TWRP, but I can't install it.
TWRP that is compatible for Redmi 6A MIUI 11 does not exist yet.
Even the previous version of "MIUI v10.4.4.0" which now used "Android 9 or Pie" replacing ""Android 8.1" had to use an unofficial modified TWRP to get it working.
if i update via twrp with the v11.0.5recoverymode zip file what happen? it will brick?
well, i did it
the update package install normally without errors for me, but when i try to enter in twrp, it is erased, instead is the stock recovery lul
my steps:
>Previusly have Android 9 Pie MIUI 10 (i think was v10.4.4) with TWRP 3.3.1 MOD (For pie) and root with magisk (20.0)
> Donwload the recovery package (1.4GB in MIUI11 oficial you can donwload it)
> Go to TWRP in your phone
> Install the package
> Reboot
- I did not install the Magisk bacause i forgot that, but the system runs normally
- I dont know what happen if you root the phone after zip installation (maybe brick)
- You will erase your TWRP, basically you will have a stock phone
- Now there isnt a TWRP official or mods for MIUI V11.0.5

So right now your phone is on MIUI 11 but not rooted correct?
Just now. I just installed TWRP and have root on my phone. All seems to be working fine.
