It comes with common aosp tiles, for customisation options you might lookup the chagelog in official havoc os telegram group. Im not fully aware of all customisations on Havoc OS.

Hi, I like ROMs with much customization also.
I didn't get a definite negative answer to my question about a feature in the ROM in this thread yet, so I'd like to ask you as a user, if you don't mind checking - are middle lockscreen shortcuts available in this ROM? like in my earlier post
