hi, i have a verry annoyng bug on my mi 11i, when some one call me i hear a strange noise in the background. try to listen the attached file. it happen whit all ringtones i try to set and whit music player all works fine, someone have a solution?

I flashed latest Global Developer ROM 7.6.29 and noticed a bug in Whatsapp notifications. If you set your own notification (an mp3 or ogg), phone doesn`t sound when recieving a whatsapp text. Phone only sounds if you set one of the notifications that come with the phone. Anyone else have this problem? Is there a workaround to this? I have an HTC Zeta notif tone I have been using some years and can´t get used to the crappy "DingDong.ogg", LOL.

when i set custom tones for whatsapp phone is not playing the sound
but when i set system tones it is playing the sound
custom tone for whatsapp call is working fine
All fixed but you need root access. Just cut-paste ringtone to system-media-audio-notifications folder (using root or es explorer) and voila, now whatsapp takes said mp3 tone as system tone and phone sounds.
Hi there... since MIUI 10 has been updated to my POCOPHONE F1, whatsapp is getting an anoying trouble... evertytime i get an audio message and want to listen it privately at my ear, the sound keeps cutting. If i listen to the same audio on speaker, it´s perfect...
Any idea? It only happens with WHATSAPP... telegram works fine... and all kind of audios using it in my ears.
Please... help me... i have already uninstall and install whatsapp again... and nothing changed.

Hi ,today ive got my mi mix 3 and installed the app smart video recorder after that i muted the volume but theres still an annoying sound when i use the app. Does anybody has the same Problem and knows how to solve it (sorry for my bad english)?

Since I updtaded my MI 8 Lite to MIUI Global Version 11.0.2 that I have this problem.
The sound is too low that i can't almost hear the other person.
The solution to talk is use headphones.
All volume options are at max. There is no separate option for sound during the calls.
If I do the receiver test i can hear the girl saying the numbers... So this look like a software problem.
Can anyone help me.

I really love this phone.
But there is one thing, which is really annoying and I have this issue not with my Mi Mix 2s, that I used before.
It doesn't matter if there are headphones connected it is also when Audio is played over the speakers.
When I fast forward a Video (Youtube) or Music (Spotify, Soundcloud, Youtube) or press the Pause Button, I can recognize stuttering.
But the effect is stronger when bluetooth headphones are connected.
It is like a short stop then the audio plays again for a really short time and then finally stops.
So it is not really smooth as on my old Mi Mix 2s.
Is this a software bug? or should I send it back?

What version Miui are you using .. have you tried playing around with the Bluetooth options under developer's settings .. I managed to overcome this problem in my Mi x6 .. I'm using beta EU rom and I haven't encountered this problem , however I only watch or listen to stuff I really like I don't use ff all that much .
Hi, I have the exact same problem with 2 different pairs of wireless headphones.
Did you find a fix to the issue?
so just pause in youtube and spotify and resume back it stutters?
I'm on 12.0.2 and no audio issues like that for me.
I only connect to my car and some air pod pros
