Hi sir. Thanks for the reply. That's exactly the supersu version I've tried which worked for kk but not for 5.1. The app supersu is installed but when I run it says that bin has not been installed or something like that.
The thread's steps are similar to mine steps: I install twrp-3.2.3-0 and stock 5.1 via fastboot, then install UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.01 under twrp.
If you see my steps are wrong, I'll try the thread' steps.

yes , I did.
I specifically checked the downloads again and it all says condor.
however, sometimes when i rebooted after flashing, it said that superuser is not installed. However, i already had it.
but that error only occured a few times.
are there some pre-requisites i need to meet before i flash the rom
Did you factory reset before flashing new rom? And after install just to be sure? Have you updated recovery to newest version? Did you make sure you downloaded the correct rom for your dual sim phone? Have you looked over the forum to see if anyone is having the same issue as you? Do you flash Google apps after rom? You should wait for after first boot to install Google apps. If you do these things then you shouldnt have a problem

get the latest twrp recovery. and follow the exact steps mentioned in the original rom thread. You should install it then successfully.
To root the phone again, just flash superuser zip after you install rom

Yeah, I had the same problem on my condor dual sim. After flashing *any* custom rom, I tried CM12.1, Euphoria, stock android 5.1.1 (for condor) and nothing would work. I wiped everything, did try to boot several times...
This thread helped because I was using old version of TWRP. I flashed the newest. But it would still hang on boot no matter what.
So I read in another thread a format of the internal memory was necessary before reporting bugs. And it ****ing worked.
this is done in TWRP from main menu WIPE > ADVANCED > type yes.
Now I'm part of this really great group of ppl running android on their devices independently on the mercy of carriers or makers.
Thanks for making this thread, I learned from here.

hey. Are you using a custom recovery to do that (TWRP)?
you can read this thread to find info on that, and a bunch other stuff.

Thanks sir for the quick reply, I have unlocked the bootloader of my phone (MOTO E Dual SIM).
I want to ask the following before flashing the ROMs in my phone; please help:
1. What does official and unofficial mean?
Does it mean that the OS is released from MOTOROLA and unofficial is the created ROM by members of XDA or others.
2. Do we have to root the phone first and then flash the CM11 before installing CM12 or CM12.1
and is CM12 a stable ROM like CM11?
3. What is the use of going from OS 5.1 released from MOTO to home made CM12.1?
4. And which CM12.1 should I install as there are lots of CM12.1 available online, pls give link....
regards

1. Official means that the ROM will be supported by the CyanogenMod Team so u will recieve daily OTA update contains with bugfixes and new features, custom ROMs not maintained by the Motorola or any device Manufacturers, custom ROMs like CM12.1 provided by CyanogenMod Team and The ROMs for the specific device's are maintained by our xda Devs, if u unlocked your bootloader and rooted your phone already yout warranty automatically void, so u lost the support from motorola, motorola only updates on stock rom that comes with your device out of the box, this custom ROMs nothing related to motorola
2.some phone bootloop when flashed cm12.1 directly above stock rom, so flashing cm11 first and flashing cm12.1 then solves it, CM12.1 is fully stable,
3. Going from stock rom to CM12.1 the use is u get more tons of features that stock rom not provide you,
You not need to download ota every day, download weekly or monthly, your wish
Don't forgot to flash gapps with the ROM

The problem with this guide is that the download "mfastboot-v2" after downloading does not show any file or is corrupted.
Secondly in step 4 it says "copy it into the root of your internal memory" Where does it want to copy the files on PC or on mobile's root.
Thirdly can't understand point 9.
"Press power button and do swipe to unlock to get your touch working again!
As Motorola released source code for the kernel, @cybojenix has fixed the touch issue, you can skip to step 10 directly!"
THen I tried using the below:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2754358
But it is silent how to flash twrp recovery and super user through adb.
Then I tried this which helped me to unlock my phone but is silent about rooting the phone.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2753110
Lastly I am unable to find a time when do I have to backup my mobile OS, is it after flashing TWRP recovery and rooting the phone.
Also I am not sure how to flash TWRP recovery as there is a method saying that I have to install the TWRP manager and give root permissions for installing TWRP recovery but I still have to root the phone.

Thanks to Adarsh for helping me installing CM11. I will update to CM12.1 soon.
So i recently updated to Marshmallow with root (using this guide hxxp://twigstechtips.blogspot.co.il/2016/04/sony-z5-compact-root-without-losing-ta.html)
And now i want to update to 32.2.A.0.224 (.....without wiping data......), but i'm not sure what exactly to do..
Here are my thoughts :
Download latest 32.2.A.0.224 FTF , extract the kernel from it and patch it (using hxxp://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-z5/development/root-automatic-repack-stock-kernel-dm-t3301605)
Download latest SuperSU, then create flashable zip (using hxxp://forum.xda-developers.com/crossdevice-dev/sony/tool-prfcreator-easily-create-pre-t2859904)
flash it , and then flash the patched kernel (maybe to reflash drm keys after? )
so i'm not quite sure that's the optimized method.. if you guys can share some light on it that would be great!
(ps : sorry about the links, not sure what are the exact rules on them)
I came here for this exact question as well.

Hi. I decided to go for it because TWRP was there to revert any mistake. I just followed Twig's guide again using the 32.2.A.0.224 firmware and newest version of tools and now happily running 6.0.1 with root.

Hi everyone , i'm new here but was told there's alot of fantastic people here that could help with my problem, so here goes.
I'm familiar with the process of using flashtool and downgrading my firmware , i recently flashed to 4.3 to enable root and then used towelroot , which worked fine, but i had issues with Link2sd not working correctly, which has important files i need to use. i decided just to go back to 5.1.1 ,so i flashed the firmware in the title and used Kingroot as a simple solution , but i honestly don't trust it being there. Ive read a few posts but most of the links for files have gone because the system is quite old now , can someone point me in the right direction and help me out please.
Bootloader - can't be unlocked (according to Sony)
Firmware 5.1.1 (current)
If any more information needs to be added, please let me know, thank you
If you don't want to use chineese root tools like KingRoot and Vroot, install any firmware like 4.4.4 or 5.0.2, after install recovery using option 3 (Installation on an unrooted ^(Lollipop 5.0^) ROM using rootkitXperia). Upon entering recovery, flash PreRooted 5.1.1 zip. As a result, you will have 5.1.1 with root and recovery.
