Is there any way to remove the delay time after unlocking the bootloader? not the message. I removed the message by editing lk.bin file.
Device: MTK Tablet MT8168
Thanks.

Dear fellows,
I got a Alcatel One Touch Evolve 5020T (T-mobile) from US as a gift.
When I put my India's SIM card into it, it says network locked.
On searching XDA (and other) forums, I learnt that the SIM slot is locked. In MTK Engineering mode, the option of SIM ME lock (unlock) is grayed out.
I tried to use SP Flash tools using the scatter file but I get an error - Secure Baseband. Need auth file. I dont know where to get this auth file from.
I tried using Alcatel One Touch Upgrade S 2.8.0 software as well. I used the model number - 5020. But the moment I connect my switched-off phone, it says - "Read terminal information failed, Unplug device, remove battery and try again..." [Screenshot attached]
Questions:
1. Is there anyway to reset the firmware...so that the SIM ME Lock menu can re-appear?
2. I have the NCK code with me (from a trustable source), is there anyway to directly push it to the phone and unlock it?
3. Are there any special tools available to directly unlock this phone?
I am not an expert at this, but have working knowledge of linux/android.
Any possible answers?

Not sure why you never got any responses. I know this is about 18 months late but hopefully it will help someone else with similar question on Alcatel OT 5020T.
1. Is there anyway to reset the firmware...so that the SIM ME Lock menu can re-appear? You can get to the SIM ME lock menu by dialing *#*#3646633#*#*
2. I have the NCK code with me (from a trustable source), is there anyway to directly push it to the phone and unlock it? No. You canĀ“t "push" unlock codes into a phone. It has to be processed (the phone has to "ask" for an unlock code first).
3. Are there any special tools available to directly unlock this phone? Yes. GB-Key, SigmaKey and other dongles can DIRECTLY unlock the 5020 and a wide variety of Alcatel models without any unlock codes. But those tools are quite expensive and only make sense if you are providing a commercial unlock service.
Hello everyone,
I tried to reset my XT1068 phone from Motorola to the original system from Cyanogen mod. When I got the phone, there was already Cyanogen mod installed, but I didn't bought it myself.
After some tries I finally used a Version 5 (?) Android image. All the steps with mfastboot (v2) succeeded - also locking the bootloader.
However after restarting the phone I got ( and still get ) "failed to validate system image. ( fastboot reason: Fall-through from normal boot mode )"
and also "Device is LOCKED".
Why did this happen? Did I flash the wrong image? How can I find the one which fits to my system and the current bootloader?
And the most important part: How can I restore the system to a working state?
I don't want to unlock it using a code from motorola, because if I need support, it would be probably bad, if I voided the warrenty this way.
Is there (any) another solution without requesting a unlock code from motorola or without unlocking the phone again?
Any advice would be highly appreciated.
Thank you very much.
Kind regards
Hi,
I am in fatal situation, where I set temporarily random pattern for lock screen and now I cannot unlock the phone.
The device is Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo, with android 6.0. I cannot factory reset it at all cost.
I tried everything but I have found one solution that I am unable to test, because of errors. Here are my questions:
1. Can I unlock the phone using aromafm? I do not have custom recovery, so there is a message about unsigned zip. I even signed it using sign-app but there is another error about "whole file verification" or something similar and it doesn't start.
2. Can I install custom recovery without unlocking my phone? Do I have to root my phone? If yes, can I root it without unlocking?
3. Debug is disabled, but if I could enable it somehow, then it could work. Is there any method? Like bypass lock screen and turn it on, or anything else...
4. Unlocking phone is as simple as removing one file from the device (gestures.key). But I am unable to do it. Let's say I have access to the phone files, but I cannot delete this file, because of SecurityException. If I root my phone, will I magically gain the permission?
5. Samsung find device is sadly not configured. Can I configure it without unlocking the device?
Thank you for your support.
Regards.
Hi Guys
I have an XT1528 FRP locked,
Security patch level 2016-04-01
Build 23.29-17.5-2
I tried almost all the methods available on internet but failed to clear the FRP. Recently i came across 4CDMA video which shows how to unlock the phone but its on a updated Patch level.
I just want to know is it possible to update my phone while its FRP lock! I notice If i let my phone battery drain! down to zero, and the trun in back ON with charger attached! when I enter the setup! i do get the update notification, but the problem is when I press the update button the phone reset into boot loader mode! then a txt appear "error" and the phone reboot back to normal! no updates!
If it possible i can manually update the phone while its FRP locked? And if someone have those zip file to share.
