hi.. after some searching on the internet, on sony forum and this, i kind of found out that the upgrade is only available for one specific SI number: 1253-8881.
has anybody else with other SI numbers got the upgrade?
mine is 1253-8865.

I'm from Turkey and when I check XperiFirm for my Xperia Z2 it shows that Lollipop has arrived in Turkey but I don't have it yet http://i.imgur.com/tmhavy9.jpg . My SI number is 1281-0821 and it is not on the list. What does this mean.
Edit: Never mind. As it turns out my phone was imported from UK. And SI number is not the same as CDA.
