Hey all,
I have an ALP-L00 that has been rebranded to an intl version BLA-L09.
I want to root it but also want to be able to get the beta version of EMUI 9. What model should I rebrand it to? Can I do this with rooting?
Thanks!
Title, basically. Is it safe to use TWRP, or install LineageOS or /e/ builds based on guacamole onto the 7T Pro? Or is this phone too unique to use them? I tried looking at the upstream code here but I couldn't tell if the 7T Pro was simply not yet included, or was left out because it's not compatible. Sorry if this has an obvious answer, I am quite a noob when it comes to Android and rooting.
No 7T Pro has Android 10 out of the box and the boot and recovery partitions are different from guacamole . It is similar to 7T . No TWRP is available for 7T or 7T pro , We have to wait for more development work as these devices are one of the first to get Android 10 out of the box.
Thanks! This leads me to a follow up question. Does 'guacamole' refer to a specific combination of Android build and hardware? For example the OnePlus 7 and Android 9?

No, it's the codename for the OnePlus 7 Pro.
Hotdog

Guys
Just got OnePlus 7t pro but couldn't find a root tutorial for latest software. My model is HD1910 and it's running 10.3.3 build.
Please let me know which guide I can use for it as the ones I found are for Android 9

I want to try EvoX on my 7t pro. Just wondering how hard it is to port the 7T version over, if it's even possible? Just assumed it's possible because there are kernels that work on both, and TWRP works on both unified
It's the only thing I need to unbrick my OnePlus 10t
I have the super image from the global 9 pro uploaded in the morning. It is from the f20 update
