Google has posted the full OTA images for the January P6 / P6 Pro update.
Doesn't look we have location specific versions this time (like November). No Verizon built yet either.

Google starts rolling out January update for the Pixel 6 and 6 Pro
Hitting the late January target precisely / a few days early, the next patch for the Pixel 6 and 6 Pro is now beginning to roll out following a long delay...

Looks like the unified the builds as there is only 1 build out, so I would imagine so. But....ya never know if they will release another build later on like they did for the December Aussie people.

OTA nothing. Sideloaded now. I have no fear here after the December mess. Was already on the Dec one. All looks good and works just like before. No differences.

Unlocked P6 with Verizon sim just took OTA. 40.61mb
Up and running on T-mobile.
Unlocked UK didn't get December ota

UK Pixel 6 user here on 3UK network.
Just sideloaded the OTA from the OP's link in post #1 the only version available at time of writing this.
December OTA - January OTA
Installed with no issues, rebooted fine & back up and running in no time.
The only real issue I experienced was if I lost mobile data signal, the phone wouldn't reconnect once I was back in range, meaning I had to manually toggle Aeroplane mode.
Hopefully the update fixes that problem.
I'm on December Image with disabled verification. I can update to January without disabling it? Do it wipe my store when I don't disable it? Thanks
Just got it pushed to me OTA on T-Mobile USA. I was already on the sideloaded Dec update. Only 40mb for me. Wife's phone still on the Nov update just got a 200mb version OTA. I guess T-Mobile has alot more confidence in this update than the December version.

Yes, you should be able to do that without wiping.
Ive got the ota update in germany and it optimzes the system now for an hour. I am curious ^^

That's how the November update was. IF you got it OTA the optimization took forever.

I bought my phone on dec 4th and until that time I didn't receive any updates for my phone.
I have the European PLK-L01432B121 Firmware but the only option for me is to update my phone manually which is kinda annoying.
Does anyone else experience this problem?
I didn't find anything related to my problem on xda or somewhere else...

Yes. Your not the only one. I'm in the UK and still on B121 and not received any ota updates. I'm hoping the MM ota will be rolling straight out to us this month.

Yes - unless we've done manual updates or beta tests, most of the us are probably still on B121.
Not quite sure why you think this a problem though.

Same here numbnuts (like the name! :silly 2 phones did the same, signed up for mm beta, nothing
I even signed up for the Indian MM release for ****s n giggles.

A lot of people already got their Updates to B140 and B170 so I was wondering why I don't receive them via OTA...
It's a problem because I think it is very annoying to do a manual update every time a new update rolls out. When Honor implement a OTA feature, than it should work.

1. Backup with HiSuit all your stuff.
2. Factory reset phone.
3. Don´t setup any apps, just anything the setup wizard asks, including wifi and google account.
4. After completing setup, check for update.
5. After each update, repeat again from line 2.
6. At B730, restore HiSuit backup except for apps already included in the ROM.
I have the RS988 G5, unlocked, purchased from B&H. I was wondering if there is a link to information on what is in the RS98811c update? I had no luck finding anything about this update.

Have you heard that there is a RS98811c update? RS98811b brought the Android security patch level up to June 1 2016, but I've read somewhere that there is an August version of the security patch as well. Perhaps if there is a version 11c update it will include that latest security patch.

I just checked for it and it was waiting for me to download.
Here's some information about it:
For those who care about such things, the RS98811c update DOES increment the rollback counter. Security patch is taken to 2016-07-01.

The RS988 is the unlocked US variant, and I am using it on AT&T's network, so I can't say for sure. I found it by checking for updates under the "About Phone", then "Update Center", then "Software Update" menus, and there it was. I tried using LG Bridge, but software update wouldn't work for me.
I just had this update pushed to my phone yesterday afternoon and just installed the update, I'll report back my findings later this week.
Trying my best to ignore it for now and wait for more people to confirm if you can rollback after this update. Don't want to ruin any chance I have at getting root in the future.

I also received this OTA (Security patch level @ June 2017) last night (I'm south korean). I've removed lockscreen ads via adb as @dosangst already had been described. After OTA update finished, annoying lockscreen ads app (com.amazon.phoenix) was reinstalled, and it looks like previous method doesn't work any more... T.T
This update reinstalls the ads and invalidates all previous methods to remove them. I would advise declining it if you can.
Does anyone have a backup of this image. I accidentally flashed the ret version and bricked my phone
Hello friends I was trying last night to eliminate publucidad of amazon but it turns out that I have already updated the security version of June try several methods and nothing I hope someone invents some other way and thus to be able to release our finish, thanks

What model of Moto G4 you have? XT1625 Amazon?
It seems updates are very slow for this device? I mean it's still on May security patch and now we are in July.. Also my 2 year old Honor 6X is on June security patch, how come my new 10 isn't

Region Russia, an update on the site since August 15, but has not yet come.
Mine is still on version 120 (COL-L29 8.1.0.120(C432)) did a factory reset today but no updates available.
I tried dload but there is no option to do a local update? Anyone have a solutions?

I used Lenovo rescue to update my G Power to the QPMS30.80-109-2 version (from QPMS30.80-51-5) and I was wondering what is different. I think it is strange that this update was not OTA. It is also still on the July security patch.
The update was released on August 31st 2020 according to a mirror

No, no crashes. I updated using the Lenovo rescue, removed the erase user data line from the XML file.
I never got the Ota update.
Retus G Power here. The OTA update is QPMS30.80-51-8 with the September 1, 2020 security patch. The LMSA downloads the QPMS30.80-109-2 version for some reason.

Maybe due to LMSA only downloads full firmware and its not available yet.
Ok so got the Google Fi version. It's a -4 model so no OTA update yet. Help?
