HI Earthlings,
I liked the SlimKat weekly roms for the one plus, but just one problem. No f2fs. I also like playing with AK kernels so I combined the two and have this.
I am in no way a dev, just an amateur cut and paste merchant, but if its of use to anyone feel free to use.
It is based on:
- Slim-bacon-4.4.4.build.8.9-WEEKLY-7688 and
- AK.072_B11.GOLD.OPO.CM11, here.
Thanks and real credits go to:
- @Slimroms
- @ak
for working with bacon.
To install it I
- used the latest Philz recovery, formatted system, then cache, then "data and data/media to f2fs format.
- used abd sideload with the following zip, then AK kernel, GAPPS
- reboot.
download here and enjoy.

If you are already using the SlimKat rom, take a nandroid using a F2FS friendly version of TWRP beforehand. You can then restore your data to the new F2FS rom.
AK kernel are f2fs compatible so you can flash AK kernel updates when they become available.
If it messes your device, its your fault not mine.
edit: delete
Slimcat! haha, you made me giggle
Based on build 7.0? Weekly 8.9 is available. Is there a reason why you use the old build 7.0?

Just flash in Magisk Manager (NOT TWRP) and enjoy ^^

Only bug to report is a big one whenever the screen locks touch stops working.
Yes perhaps you are right there is a touchscreen static bug
However it only happens when you try to enable AOD
For that matter, avoid using AOD
I tried with it enabled and disabled and got the same result
So that's it
Which build you are using beta or stable
A moment ago I've updated the kernel please Download and flash it again & besides this keep AOD off
Thanks for reporting

Marisa OSS Kernel was build for toward performance, efficiency, while also maintaining battery backup.
Please Note:
The Marisa kernel is only work on OSS AOSP Android 12.
Changelogs of R3:
-Import Anti flicker(DC dimming) Support(NEED TEST)
-Use efficient CPU frequencies and busy costs
-Some more that idk...
[Check more on GitHub for details]
Instructions:
•Enter recovery mode, install Magisk first as it required, then find the file you downloaded in storage and install it.
•Clean "Davik-ART" and "Cache" after done and before reboot (Optional).
Bugs:
•Weird or corrupt color when the brightness is set to low enough. Avoid set the brightness to lowest or your device screen will become total black, if you are stuck, then reboot.
•You may experience minor lags of animation in some apps.
•Slow charging? Go to system/vendor/etc and remove all the files with name "thermal-xxx", "thermald-devices" and reboot (It's recommend you to take backup before remove them), if the system is blocked you from delete it, then boot to recovery mode and go to file manager or something like that, if it not, then reboot few more time until it's working.
•It's the only fix i did found so far, and on't worry about overheating, kernel or the ROM (maybe) have msm or caf thermal. When it reach 45°-46°, the charging will slow down.
•However, don't run any heavy app like 3D Games, Video Editor or Benchmark during charging, or your device will get huge lags, freeze and the fast charging will stopped working until you reboot it.
Also don't use or uninstall any Magisk modules that affect charging.

Download from One Drive
Install Instructions
Make sure you are on OneUI 5 firmware (C bootloader or newer) before flashing this ROM, otherwise the installation might fail or not boot!
Make sure your device's bootloader is unlocked.
If not done before, flash blank VBMeta with Odin in AP slot.
Make sure to have the latest available version of TWRP/OrangeFox installed.
If wanted, backup all your necessary partitions (super, boot, vendor_boot, data, EFS) before flashing this in case something goes wrong.
Download the PE build for your device from the link below.
Flash the PE zip using the "Install" button.
Format data in TWRP/OrangeFox as the very last thing, otherwise you may end up in a bootloop if coming from stock ROM.
Wipe metadata and cache partitions. This only has to be done once when you install PE.
Reboot
